This car has met all my needs, especially the driver's seat being comfortable. I have severe back problems and getting something that was comfortable for me was a priority. You do have to get power seats, though, to achieve that. Manual seats in the CR-V were not good for me. So far, it has been a nice driving vehicle and heats up great in the winter.
The 2017 Ridgeline Black Edition has been 100% reliable since purchasing it! The truck is very comfortable to drive and ride in and the in-bed trunk is very useful! My only complaint is the occasional false alarm from the "Honda Sense" sensors when in the rain or snow.
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.

This car is great on gas, performs well for a commuter car, and is very reliable. CVT is great and helps you save gas. My next car will mostly be a Civic.
I went in to find a used car that I saw online. Marc was very helpful and didn't use any pressure sale tactics. He was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and follow up afterward. I haven't purchased a car yet, but would definitely return here.

In the summer of 2017, got a 2012 Honda Accord with low miles (only one previous owner) at a good price. Many friends (some Honda loyalists) told me to go with a Honda for my next used car purchase. So far so good except for two items. One, the Takata air bag recall that most people already know about. Thankfully, the service appointment to replace it was a short one. Second, and this has happened twice so far...the driver's visor (with vanity mirror) to shield the sun has twice fallen out of place despite limited and gentle usage. It was able to be fixed both times, but this is not in keeping with the usual fit and finish one would expect from a Honda. Other than that, however, no further complaints.
I have been buying a new car every two years for a long time from different dealerships around Austin. I purchased my first BMW at BMW of Austin. I had an excellent experience shopping for a new car with Troy Massey. Absolutely stress free, quick, very professional sales process. He found all available discount options to match my expectations. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. It was my best shopping experience!

Too soon to give a good review, but so far so good. I like the towing hitch being standard. I wish the wiring was also included.

We only own Honda’s for their reliability, price, sleek exterior, and comfort. I trust the brand. We depend on the car immensely. I’m very happy with our purchase.
I have bought and leased many cars over the years. I have never had such a pleasant experience as I did yesterday at David McDavid of Austin. All of them were extremely courteous and so helpful. They spent a lot of time working with me and when it was all said and done I felt they were extremely fair. This was overall the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I love my new Acura and look forward to a long relationship with this dealership.

Got an 2017 CRV EX AWD used with 22k miles CPO. As with a lot of Hondas there is some road noise, but it helps my son sleep, so it's not a big problem for me. I have had a little issue with the screen connecting during cloudy/stormy weather but it's been fine lately. Will see how it does on my next upcoming trips. I am enjoying the saftey alerts like lane assistance and the Apple Car Play feature is very nice! I bought this car for its reliability and hope it keeps is value as most Hondas do. I plan to keep it for a very long time unless I have another kiddo and feel otherwise :)
Dorian Bass is awesome!He picked me up and took me to get my new vehicle. He was very polite and knowledgeable of any questions and concerns I had. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a new vehicle.

Just very good dependable transportation that just needs gas and an occasional oil change.Sometimes I wish I had an Accura , but the old Honda Accord does everything you want an automobile to do without nickel dime you to death. ,Very dependable car that still drives and looks new just like the day we bought it!
Weird honking noise when I turned to the left and my instrument lights kept coming on. Susan talked me through all of the recommended work and was very helpful.

This is a great commuter vehicle and a fun car to drive. It is the most reliable small car out there. I have owned two Civics, and the total cost of ownership can't be beat. The can easily exceed 200 K miles or more by just performing basic maintenance (grease and oil)
Smooth, fast and friendly. Edgar was awesome. No fuss, no pressure. Excellent service. Thank You Edgar and your team. Chris was great too. It was late in the day too but stayed till we got it done. I recommend for sure👍🏼
Power and efficiency

The vehicle had good power for a smaller engine and provided surprising efficiency. The ride was acceptable even on long journeys. Shifting through the gears was smooth.
The staff members with whom we worked at First Texas Honda are very knowledgeable and friendly and made every effort to ensure that we were getting the vehicle that best suited our needs.

Bought this car after my Accura was in a bad accident. Did not want to spend the money again on a new Accura instead opted for a comparable car without the luxury tag. The Pilot has met those requirements. Large and roomy interior, wonderful updated safety features like the lane departure stutter in the steering wheel, the improved back up camera, the freeway pacing while on cruise control, the four cameras sensing approaching objects, and more. I would highly recommend this vehicle. My only complaint would be that captains chairs be available for second row seating without an upgrade to the touring model. It makes access to the third row more easily.
My car has a recall, itissoftwareupdate, Iwan came to me quickly, tells me the details including schedule, after the job done, the car get cleaned up, he also follow up and see if anything wrong, good job!

This car is just what I was looking for. I was driving a Charger so I'm used to plenty of room and power. This is more of a mid-size car with plenty of interior room. The engine is a 1.5 L 4 cylinder turbo which makes it great on gas and has plenty of get up and go.
Vince and Marco were so friendly and made the process super easy. The exchanges were smooth, quick, and they were super accommodating to my whole family.

A few days before this past Christmas I moved from an Altima lease to a ’18 Accord EX lease. I ended up paying a little more than what I wanted but was happy with the vehicle features. Unfortunately, immediately (let me note that I accepted the vehicle with less than 10 miles on it) I began having an issue with the vehicle. At certain speeds (mainly the normal traveling speeds), there will be a consistent, high pitch feedback / vibration from the speakers. It is an unmanageable noise. When I raise the radio volume past a certain setting the noise will cease. If I have others in the car, this is a major nuisance as nobody can hear anyone else.
I have had the car checked by one of your service technicians (who had been helpful to date) and was notified that this is an issue with the Automatic Nosie Canceling (ANC) system. Most disappointingly, I was notified by the technician that this is a known issue with the ’18 Accords and that there is NO KNOWN FIX. And the issue apparently is worse in cold weather. I brought the vehicle back for a second repair as there was a procedure that he wanted to execute as recommended by engineering. Unfortunately, that procedure did nothing to remedy the situation. I was instructed that my only options at this point are to drive with an open window (as that disables the ANC) or unplug the ANC (but not know are the potential negative downstream implications). The service department also said, engineering at some point will have a fix and basically I just need to deal with it.
Everything was great. Chris was friendly and helpful in explaining about the repairs needed. On my car was delivered on promised date. Loner car is great.

Love this reliable vehicle. Comfortable seating even in third row. Handles well. Love the luxury features at reasonable price. Have owned several Honda’s due to their reliability and good resale value.
Great service and product. My third new Mazda from these folks for that reason. Their attention to detail is one reason for coming back, the other is Zoom Zoom.
