He was not pushy, answer my 50 questions with patience, The sales manager Ben was really helpful in finding the right car. The best part was the finance manager Gil Cruz, he got my car payment lower then I budgeted! It was the trifecta of an incredible sales experience.
We went to other dealerships and they had an attitude. They thought they were doing us a favor for allowing us to buy a car from them. One dealership actually sold the car we were buying and didn???t tell us. When we went to pick up the car they tried giving us a different car. Ed Morse Cadillac of Delray Beach made buying a car a pleassure. Paul Betteridge followed up and made sure everything was right and Alan Berkowitz was so pleasant and went out of his way to please us. Kasey Salman took care of a few things that had to be fixed with a smile. Great dealership.
Honestly I???ve always hated salesmen but Tevin was amazing! He wasn???t pushy at all and helped me find the perfect car. The only thing holding me back was my trade wasn???t free and clear, however his manager Ben assured me they would make it work and get me into the car I wanted. A little while later I met with Gil not only was Ben right about making it work but Gil was able to get me an interest rate much lower then I was expecting and even a lower payment then I was paying on my previous car. Thank you guys so much!
Went there looking for a new car, wasn???t sure what to get but as soon as I got there Michael was right there to assist me. Thanks to his knowledge of the vehicles he helped me pick one out in no time. You don???t see that type of customer service very often in dealerships, great job Michael! Will definitely be back for future purchases.
Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
I can't rave enough about the quality of service I received in buying a car in June. Mario was exceptional. He was able to help me with identifying my needs and choosing the best car for me and my family. Due to his great customer service, wealth of knowledge and expertise, I will continue buying my vehicles through this dealership. This is my 3rd car with Nissan in 5 years. Mario was the best sales person I've dealt with my entire life. Due to me being active military, I was unable to give the great review he deserved. I hope this review helps give Mario the credit he deserves.

The dealership is very impressive. Cars are kept in a garage out of the hot Florida sun. Our salesperson was Peter Firestone. With twenty years of experience under his belt and a great attitude, he guided us into a stylish new 2018 CRV. Come for the cars and Peter, stay for lunch! The dealership has a nice little cafe to feed the family while they service your car or wrap up paperwork. 10 out of 10.
