Wow! I have and will recommend this place to everyone I can. This was the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Everyone was accommodating and friendly. Fast process with our 2 kids was a huge plus for us. Had a play room available car was already up front for a test drive and every single employee met us at the door to introduce themselves. All I can say is WOW!
I walked into the dealership to test drive an RDX and within 15 minutes, I'm on the road. When I returned, we talked numbers on both the car I purchased as well as the one I traded. Wasn't any BS that I've encountered at other dealerships--their offer on my car was fair and I paid $250 more than I wanted to for their car. Done deal, I was home in 3 hours from the point the odyssey started!
My Honda was getting old and I was looking to switch things up with the new 2017 Maxima. I went online and made an arrangement to test drive the Maxima with Colin. Colin was extremely knowledgeable, fun, friendly and made the experience truly enjoyable. After taking the Nissan Maxima Platinum on an all day test drive I knew it was the car for me. Colin worked out a great deal for me and I am the proud owner of a car that I truly love. It's been a great experience and I am so in love with this vehicle. I highly recommend Buckeye Nissan to anyone. The facility is beautiful and all the people are amazing. Jeff, the sales manager, deserves a mention too. Just a great group!
Buckeye Nissan is a tremendous place to do business. The entire staff is up front and honest, while also being very helpful. At Buckeye, they look to take care of the customer's needs, while also saving them money. You don't find that at many dealers these days. I recommend Buckeye for anyone looking for a new or used car!
I had a very good experience here at this dealership. Everyone was laid back and didn???t treat you like a ???customer???. No one was pressuring us to buy anything just because they needed to make a sale. They treated us like friends but in a professional manner. Francesco was willing to work with us to give us the right price for us, not for him. Before we picked up the car, they rechecked everything to make sure the car was working and running the way it should. When we picked up the car to sign the papers, Ian was our financial guy and he was super nice and was good at explaining every detail and was patient when we had questions.
I needed to purchase a car pretty quickly and dreaded the trip to a dealer. I was so pleasantly surprised at Buckeye Nissan. Our salesman, Michael Free, was helpful but never pushy. We were able to look at cars without him hovering over us. Once we made a decision he was quick to get us through the car buying process. This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle after almost 40 yrs. of driving. I was a die hard GM person since my mother retired from there but I wasn't happy with their latest move on layoffs so opted to look at the Mazda and Subaru recommended by my son. I had such a good time with their sales staff, I felt at home and they all treated me like I was special even talking about small stuff that we can all relate to. I recommend them Very Highly!
I wish I lived closer to this dealership. My electronic dealings with Chad Sneed have far exceeded my expectations! Super professional, non-pushy, knowledgeable and simply pleasant to deal with. I am not fond of dealerships in general due to negative past experiences, however, Chad unknowingly challenged me to rethink this perception. There really are still some good/great agents with integrity around! Thanks Chad for everything!

Was having such a hard time getting a vehicle & something that I liked. This place was awesome & the people were great! They worked very hard to help me. I will be going here for any service the vehicle may need as well as future purchases..
The staff was awesome. It was my neices first car purchase. They were very fair on the price and there was no pressure to buy. The salesmen took a lot of time explaining things to her. The car was still under warranty and a factory warranty part had to be fixed. We went to a large chevy dealership where they tried to tell My niece she needed a part fixed before they would honor the factory warranty on another part. It was going to cost around $700.00 She called wheels to let them know what the dealership told her. They changed the part that really didn't need changed. It looked like new. Tots cost of the part $60.00 Wheels then told her they would take the car to the dealership and have the warranty part fixed. She is very happy with her 2013 chevy Cruze.
It was a wonderful experience. Very knowledgeable about the cars. They spent with us and there was no pressure to buy. Much better then going to the big name dealers. We had to set something fixed on the car. Dealer was going to charge 700.00 they charge us 60.00.
My husband and I visited Chesrown the Sunday prior to Labor Day and they were extremely busy given they are one of the few dealerships open on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. Salesman Joey Powell assisted us as we test drove several vehicles and ultimately purchases a 2018 Chevy Silverado truck. Joey’s patience, product knowledge and sales approach coupled with Chevron’s ease in transacting business made for a pleasant buy/trade vehicle experience.
