I'm thrilled with my 2022 Honda CR-V Hybrid Touring. It's the best, most well equipped and luxurious SUV for the money. My husband is tall, and I'm not. The driver's seat elevates nicely to accommodate my short stature. The leather feels and looks great. I like the position of the operating screen. It's set lower in the dash, compared to the Accord's, which extends above the dash. My only disappointment is that I wanted to have my CR-V raised a few extra inches, for that extra bit of clearance when off road. Because the CR-V is a unibody vehicle, getting that extra lift is not only super expensive, but it's also very difficult. Honestly, for it's factory height of 8.2 inches, it's okay. I go off road on moderate dirt, sand and gravel paths to reach great hiking trails. I'm not climbing rocky mountains.

In retirement, we wanted to get to being a one-car couple. The Ridgeline has been perfect. Rides like a car with great features and still allows you to haul large or bulky items in the bed and tow (we've done both). The dual swing tailgate is great and we use the trunk all the time. Just been a great all in one vehicle.

Good place, good guys, and nice cars. You'd think it was a franchise by looking at it, but turns out that it's a local family-owned place. All the cars were really clean. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because my car developed a rattle in the dash a couple months after I bought it.

I'll recomend this vehicle to anyone and everyone. Its the best vehicle I have ever owned. It has an exelent balance of comfort and ride. Fuel consumption could be better, but on the other hand I like the responsive engine.

This car is excellent on gas, has great room, and storage compartments, gps, Sirius service and runs so quiet and very smooth. I just got it but i have no doubts i will have this car for a long time.

Very reliable, never has needed repair, easy carry for cargo as its a late model Honda Accord....7" rear camera and right turn display, great A/C and heated seats, tires in very good shape....commuter car only. 24mpg avg. Clean leather interior....garaged at work and home.

2022 Passport only has 900 miles on it. Been driving for over 60 years and will say this vehicle is one of the more difficult ones to drive -- the long hood really makes it impossible to tell where the right front fender is when parking. I have a great feel of a vehicle while driving and can say that the Passport does not offer that feeling. Will say that Honda quality for final inspections is sloppy as the Passport came with all 4 wheels unbalanced. Passport is also a very low seller for a variety of reasons. Given all that, it's still a good vehicle that takes time to warm up to.

We called Lindsay to purchase our sixth Acura - five of which came from Lindsay. Our regular salesman had moved over to the Honda lot (Shannon Dailey) so we were recommended to a new salesman, Thad Beaver. We live in the WV/KY/OH Tri-State area, which is almost three hours from Columbus so we wanted to do as much work as possible over the phone. Thad is remarkable! If I could give him ten stars, he deserves it. He found the perfect vehicle for us and met my husband in Chillicothe to deliver it, saving him a few hours of time in getting the new MDX. We are loyal Lindsay customers because of the service that is offered at this dealership. We bought our first Acura locally but found that the deals, service, and personal attention that we have received three hours north in Columbus keeps us coming back.

I Love My Passport! It runs great, and is very good Off Road with it's AWD! However, I think it, like many other new cars are overpriced today by about $10k

Our experience was very unique. I started inquiring about the car through the internet. I received a call from Gary Hilton, who is the nicest person you will ever meet. During the process, my wife’s father became very ILL and ultimately passed away. Gary went out of his way to help us. We live over 75 miles away and Gary delivered the car to us. He was professional, showed a very caring side and even prayed with us. BTW, that is a first for me, but really can’t say enough about Gary and Lindsay Acura. The car is great and experience was five star perfect.

Just right ! We pretty much drove every single mid size to large SUV. And the passport delivered. The styling looks awesome and it also gives a lot of space. We have 2 large dogs and they have a good amount of room when traveling. We also considered the VW Atlas but went with Honda for it’s proven reliability. Also considered the Pilot but didn’t like the styling as much and it didn’t fit in our garage very well. For the Passport - The only thing I’d change is the material around the drink holder - it’s a shiny and seems to always be dirty. Prior to this car I had a 2019 GMC Terrain which I had to get rid of due to an issue with the automatic stop and then not starting again. I would definitely recommend the Passport!!

It’s always been a immense pleasure to not only buy a car but also have them deliver amazing maintenance service. Meeting Thierno in 2016 was a such blessing. I wanted something larger than our CRV but not a 3 row. I choose the passport because of the open cabin being very spacious, strong v6 engine and Vtech sings past 5000 RPM, wow it’s sweet. I got the touring model in white. The car is very nice and comfortable large back seat space and cargo area and great lift over height. The cons are the collision mitigation braking system and scared me at least once or twice a week . I literally said “brake !” And hit the brakes at 45 mph cause a puddle in the road and taking a curb with oncoming traffic. Definitely needs updates. Also the transmission is clunky when warming up. I love the car and it’s been great otherwise

I purchased 2019 Honda Civic Sedan. I was very pleased with the knowledge that Mikale Long provided for me. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that I asked. It was very windy and cold on March 14, 2023. Mikale Long brought several vehicles inside that I had questions on so that I could see and them for my self. That's where the above and beyond come in. He braved the cold so that I would not have to. I greatly appreciated his courtesy, knowledge, manners and respect he showed towards me. This is the 5th car I bought at Lindsay Honda and he is by far the best representative I've had. Never pressured me one bit. Give him a promotion which is well deserved. Excellent performer. Plenty of zip and power. I’ve recorded 39.6 mpg in warm weather last year. Down and back to Florida was recorded at 38.8. Very spacious, excellent cargo capacity. I’m 6’9” and am comfortable behind the wheel.

Excellent service provided by them. Helpful and informative. No high pressure sales pitch from them. We visited several used car places including dealers and independent lots and this was the most friendly up front one.

Had the car for 5 years and had 59,000 miles. I loved the car and had no mechanical problems. Decided to trade it in to get a newer model while I could get a good amount on the trade-in.

Overall had a very positive experience purchasing a used Audi Q5. Although they had limited staff due to the stay at home order, Courtney was very responsive and helpful in scheduling the appointment and getting me started on time when I arrived. The rest of staff was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. It made for a very quick and easy process that had me in an out within a couple hours. Very much appreciated when the vehicle purchase was a must need.

this car is everything I was looking for. Power, comfort, ride and crash security. I love the responsive steering and the cars look. It gets a lot of attention due to body stile. Used in our first winter snow this year it handled it with no problems.

Our Sales Conultant, Carlos Whye, was extremely helpful by providing information on used vehicles several months prior to our purchase. He waited patiently for us until we were ready to purchase and made the buying process smooth and easy. Chris in Finance was easy to work with and made the paperwork process hassle free. They both stayed more than an hour after closing time to take care of us. We have been longtime Mazda owners and the Germain Mazda service department, Amy, Toni, and Jeff are ALWAYS great to work with. I love driving a Mazda and I love buying and servicing our car with Germain Mazda!

Likes: Reliability, short turning radius, front and rear seating is comfortable and spacious. Ride is fine for us. Adaptable cruise is GREAT, except with snow or even rain (sometimes) it is disabled. Dislikes: Road noise pretty noticeable on many roads...I suspect tires. Speaking of (Hankook) tires, vehicle has 25k on it and tires are pretty worn already. Tires are rated for 70k when I shop...good luck on that. Center console not designed well imo. Floor mats started pulling snaps up almost immediately (driver's side). And one other thing (my fault)...I assumed car this well equipped (and pricy) would have backup sensors. IT DOES NOT. You'll have to go to Touring for that. Guess I should have checked. Would buy again, but might bite the bullet and get a Touring.

Had my 2020 chevy truck serviced and was in and out service was great Service Manager Preston was very friendly And so was the rest of the staff

The customer service was great, I have to say the salesman was great and patient, I purchase a sub that day, I got it home and after looking at the car next day and the car much dirtier then I thought, I had mentioned to the salesman the car was dirty, he stated they do not clean them until they r sold, after I purchased the sub he stated they would clean it now, well it came back it did not look any better at that point I was not happy with the sub, took it home next day brought it back, since they have five day return , we found another sub on line and had it brought in, It looked great and clean, I BOUGHT it now very happy, the cars at other location or have the car brought in, cars at Easton for what ever reason r dirty the clean up guy there sucks at there job, but Dan the salesman was great

I had typed out what felt like an essay for this car and ended up deleting it. I do love the car and I bought it used with 90,000 miles on it so it’s new to me. Although I’m thinking the person who had it before me traded it in because it may have had issues they didn’t want to deal with. One being the rear has a bit of sag in it because of the rear upper control arm bushings being worn out. It does need new tires and I need them ASAP but I’m working on it. The turbo is a definite upgrade from my previous cars because I’ve never had a turbo. The CVT isn’t new to me but I love them seamless performance. I wish I could just drive the car endlessly for a job if I could find one. It’s pretty comfortable and I do love it.

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! As a matter of fact, I was very surprised to see anything other five star reviews. None of us had even one complaint.

I've had my 2018 Honda Civic hatchback sport for a couple of years now. I bought it used with low mileage and had it looked over by my mechanic and the only issue was the AC wasn't working. Had the dealer fix it and it's been working fine. This would be my 2nd Honda and love it!

Easiest dealer purchase in my life. Never once got that shifty "car salesman" vibe from anybody on the lot. Hands down, best and easiest experience I've ever had buying a car.

it's still brand new for me but I did extensive research online, so I knew what I was getting when I went to the dealer. I know after only 350 miles, Ima love it. More later!
