This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

The car has been great with one glaring exception. The 2023 Rav 4 navigation system and manuals explaining it are far from easily understood by some of us with advanced degrees and years of experience in writing and interpreting complicated financial documents. The 2023 Nav screen is as much a distraction as driving while using a mobile phone a highly discouraged practice., perhaps more dangerous. Our 2028 Rav 4's Nav system and manual were easily understood. intuitively structured and easily used during our drives and with a safe screen. Somehow the 2023 version escaped those virtuous characteristics and is one that has made me start to consider trading our 2023 in after 7 months.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

I purchased the Kia Sportage EX Hybrid model. It is very comfortable and nice to drive. There are many extras with this model. I am still learning the options available. I purchased it on 11/1/2025 the phone app is great to have. The warranty is great as well, we took the paint protection plan considering we live in the Midwest. Go check out the Kia Sportage Hybrid I think you will find it worth your while.

It is not a really bad car but not for everyone. You have to live in warm or hot climate - not a cold for sure. You have to primarily drive within the city limits. You should not drive too little or too much. And one more thing: there is something wrong with either gas engine or its mount - sometimes strong vibration and its is often noisy. I will buy gas only car next time.

So far tour KIA Sportage Hybrid runs flawlessly and drives great on the highwasy. Fully loaded with useful features and an incredible panoramic sunroof that's quite enjoyable during the warmer weather. Engine and transmission runs smoothly. Love the 10 year - 100,000 mile warranty; gives us peace of mind. One complaint is that although our model is top of the line, it does not come with the Homelink feature. To open our garage door we have to a remote attached to the diver;s side visor. All in all highly recommended!

I would have rated Sport Honda a 10 if I could have. I attribute this to Honda’s owner Gibbs Fogarty. He is hands-on and very customer-oriented. He listens to and cares about his customers, treating us as valued and respected Sports Family. On May 16, I bought a 2025 Honda Civic Sport. The entire process was seamless, so unlike the usual, dreaded car buying process. This fear was evident by my old 18-year-old car. My initial welcoming was with Sales Manager Joshua Pesantez. I had talked to him prior to my coming in, in order to advise him of which model I had in mind. When I arrived, he had my desired car waiting for me. After greeting me, he introduced me to Senior Sales Consultant Michael Canter. Mike was awesome! He patiently familiarized me with the numerous functions of my car before, during, and after the test drive. He had extreme knowledge of my car and ensured that I was comfortable handling it. I felt as if he acted in my best interest, particularly answering all of my questions. After we wrapped up the financing, I returned to Mike who would “see me off” in my new car. Mike assisted me in transferring items from my old car to my new car. Even though they closed at 6:00, Mike was there wrapping things up with me until I happily drove off at 8:30. The next day, Mike followed up, thanking me for being a loyal “Sport Fan” and also provided a link to watch videos that would familiarize me with my new car. I also received emails from: 1) Corporate Headquarters welcoming me and ensuring my satisfaction and 2) Service Manager Jeanne Dugan thanking me for my purchase, welcoming me to the Service Department, and advising me of the services and benefits of her Department. We've only had the car for about 2 weeks, but it's been great so far. Gas mileage with this hybrid has been about 44.5 mpg with mostly city driving, cabin is comfortable for driver and passengers, the GPS and audio systems work well, and I can see the bright red color pretty easily in parking lots!

A few years back I had a Suburban and hated coming upon hybrids. When the time came for a new car I first was thinking Corolla since it was my first new car decades ago. Then I figured why not a Prius? I have the XLE model that has most anything you could want in a new car. I usually only go 5mph over speed limits but I'm always passing all the cars when going uphill. I get looks from other drivers I pass wondering why I'm passing them in a Prius. Great handling too and so far I've taken it up to 114mph. I could've kept going but there was traffic ahead so it'll wait for another stretch of road. If I ever buy a Ferrari, I'll get a license plate frame that says, "My other car is a Prius"!

I recently had my car serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Like many people I think, I had not taken my car to a dealer for servicing for quite some time. Instead, I used a smaller private mechanic for services like oil changes and the little things that came up, but had not done much in the way of regular maintenance other than that. Earlier this summer we were going to take the car for a long road trip, and I decided to take my car in for an oil change and a check up to be sure it was safe for a long trip. My service representative, Mark Waters did an excellent job. He explained to me what he felt needed to be done. Essentially it was a 60K mile service, All the fluids were checked and replaced, a new drive belt, checked my tires, new wiper blades, and a number of other regular maintenance things. The car drove great on the trip. The trip included many miles on the highway in the pouring rain. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my car had recently been serviced. Upon my return the air conditioning went out. Mark had the mechanic Kevin Parry inspect it and determined I needed a new compressor. They were able to have the car back for me the next morning. Kevin even fixed a few minor body work adjustments on my front fender and on my driver’s seat electrical controls at no charge. Both times I used them, when I picked up my car it was delight to find that it had also been washed for me. I will certainly continue to use Jim Coleman and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Five Stars!

This is my first hybrid but second RAV4. I like it because it is simple with sophistication. Great ride and I'm getting over 40 mpg. The media system was easy to learn and operate and I use android auto with It. I was able to take delivery in less than 2 weeks.
