Biggers MazdaReviews
Biggers Mazda review
This was my first experience buying a car out of state. Biggers Mazda was incredibly helpful with this process. We communicated often and they kept me calm and collected while we went through the process. Our salesman Franco spent 5 hours with us while we decided whether we were buying the car. Thanks to his personalized attention we did get the car. Their process was clear and we felt like it was very honest from the beginning. I definitely recommend this dealership, it was a great experience.
2026 Mazda CX-90 review
After owning several luxury SUV”s , the Mazda CX 90 with the inline 6 engine, is amazing and just as luxurious! The cabin is quiet the ride is smooth and have taken several road trips without any problems. We have been very impressed with the gas mileage on this AWD as well. The third row is ideal for anyone under 5.11, and it’s very convenient to have rear AC that can be controlled by rear passengers.

It was like 3 and 1/2 hours from hitting the door to driving away in my new car. Darryl was a chill and knowledgeable sales guy. No pressure. Finance guy Chris was also a chill experience. The web team was quick and responsive. I was very pleased with the dealer experience.

Muller HondaReviews
Muller Honda review
This is the second Honda that I bought from Muller because of the superior service I have received from this agency. The service department is efficient, incisive & will always keep you informed as to why the work is needed. They are fair & honest with their pricing. I would never buy a Honda from any other agency; they are the best!! I know other Honda owners that drive out of their communities & drive very far to have Muller service their autos. When I take my car to Muller, it is a positive experience from checking in to leaving the agency.

Toyota of Downtown Chicago review
I purchased a car from Toyota downtown Chicago. I did a trade in. Juwaun Sims helped me. He was exceptionally transparent and honest guy. He and team give me the very fair price for my car and disclosed every thing about the car I got (almost new with old mileage but had minor accident). The experience was outstanding. Juwaun is an incredible guy.

I am almost 60 years old and have only purchased used vehicles in my lifetime. My experience with 'TOYOTA' BOB PEARSON is without a doubt the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I've ever had. He was delightful and exceedingly well informed. I will DEFINITELY recommend him to others (already pushing my daughter to get a RAV 4 from him). Do yourself a favor, visit this dealership and ask for BOB PEARSON!

Lombard Toyota review
Purchased a new Avalon from them today. Wesley Radford was my sales rep and the entire process was an extremely pleasant experience. Wesley was patient with me and did not give any hard sell tactics. There was a slight glitch due to my misreading some info and Wesley rectified everything to my great satisfaction. Everyone else in the process was polite and helpful. Lombard Toyota is the place to go and Wesley is the guy to ask for.
2026 Toyota Tundra review
Two weeks ago I bought a 2026 tundra 1794. Came right off the showroom floor and took it home. I spent over 25 years in the retail car business… Most of the time as a general manager. Though I bought several new cars over the years for kids and Exes this is the first new vehicle I’ve ever owned myself. And I have owned a boatload of cars over the years, but never a new one. I Actually went out to buy a used tundra V8. I found more value in the new tundra. And after I spoke to the gentleman who traded in his 2020 Toyota tundra V8 for the new tundra, and an extended test drive, I too was sold. My wife loves the heated and massaging seats. Plus, there’s heated seats in the back. I don’t know if spending over $70,000 for an any new pick up truck is smart or a good value, but I do know I love it. It’s a beast on the road and fun to drive. We took my elderly aunt and uncle to lunch in the pick up… My uncle stated “ it’s like you’re riding in a Cadillac” I now find myself creating reasons to run to the store. I question my sanity because how many loads of bread do we really need in the freezer? Hope this helps. Go drive one for yourself.

I needed to purchase a car due to an accident that was not my fault. A stressful situation already. Sultan Matariyeh was very helpful at comparing the options, matching them to my needs, and showing me all the features that were foreign to me. I highly recomend him as a saleperson at the Lombard Toyota.

2026 Toyota Tundra review
The 2026 Toyota Tundra is a solid contender in the full-size truck market, offering a mix of modern features and reliable performance. It comes equipped with a twin-turbo V6 engine, available in both standard and hybrid configurations. The hybrid version delivers an impressive 437 horsepower and 583 lb-ft of torque, making it a strong choice for towing and hauling. However, its maximum towing capacity of 12,000 pounds falls short compared to competitors like the Ford F-150 and Chevrolet Silverado. The Tundra's ride quality benefits from a coil-spring rear suspension, providing a smoother experience than traditional leaf springs. Inside, the cabin is spacious and functional, with an optional 14-inch touchscreen that stands out for its crisp graphics and user-friendly interface. While the interior design is practical, it lacks the luxury feel of some rivals, and certain materials feel less premium. Fuel economy is a mixed bag, with the hybrid achieving up to 20 mpg combined, which is competitive but not groundbreaking. Safety features are robust, including Toyota Safety Sense 2.5, which offers adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and more. On the downside, the Tundra has faced reliability concerns, particularly with its twin-turbo V6 engine in earlier models. While Toyota has addressed these issues, some buyers may remain cautious. Additionally, the truck's real-world fuel economy and towing capabilities leave room for improvement. The Tundra starts at around $42,000 and can range as high as $80,000. Overall, the 2026 Toyota Tundra is a capable and comfortable truck that excels in daily usability and tech features but lags behind in towing and luxury compared to its peers. It’s a great option for those prioritizing reliability and practicality over outright performance.

We had a great experience working with Megha! We were able to get a price upfront via email before coming to the dealership to test drive. They didn’t have the color we were looking for in stock, but were able to get one in very quickly. Megha was very responsive, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She made the process of buying my first car easy!

Experience from the beginning was exceptional. Contacted 1/2 dozen dealerships that had 0 Cross' available on their lot. Confirmed with xx. Charles that they did. Setting up an appointment was painless. Arrived at the dealership and was treated with the utmost respect. Our sales consultant, Bob Pearson, is a true professional. Never had someone be so thorough with explaining in detail all the features and capabilities of a vehicle. Their sales approach of zero commission is a breath of fresh air. Will be my go to dealership moving forward.

Such a great experience getting our second vehicle from this store. Everything from our saleswoman, Reanne, to the gentlemen in the back getting my new MPV looking perfect for my family. The process was painless and quick. Reanne was very knowledgeable and friendly, even with my kids, throughout the whole process. She ensured I felt comfortable with our purchase and options we chose. We felt like family as we went through each step and never felt pressured. Definitely recommend Reanne and WAG to anyone looking for a car!

I had a very pleasant experience at McGrath Toyota because of my Service Rep Evan. Not only was he personable and friendly, Evan also had infinite kindness, patience and understanding. I will definitely be back, because even though Dealerships are usually more expensive, the stellar customer service that Evan displayed is absolutely priceless and makes it all worth it. All Dealerships and mechanics offer the same things-- part and repairs-- the one and only difference being customer service, the way a person is treated, and Evan of McGrath Toyota just won his team the first place trophy.

St. Charles Toyota review
I had been searching for a very specific RAV4 and found exactly what I was looking for at xx. Charles Toyota. I called and spoke with Bob Pearson, then met with him after work that same day, close to their closing time. Bob gave me the best test drive experience I've ever had. He showed me everything the model was known for, along with features and capabilities I hadn't seen or heard about before. He was never pushy—only informative, patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. With more than 10 years at the dealership, it was clear that he knew the vehicle inside and out. I left that evening without purchasing the RAV4, but I contacted Bob the next day to let him know that not only was he the best salesperson I had ever worked with, but I had decided to purchase the vehicle I test drove. Bob went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to meet with me to ensure everything went smoothly with the purchase. Izzy made sure the vehicle was spotless and filled the gas tank before delivery. The financing process was seamless, and Toyota was able to offer me a fantastic rate. Before I left, Bob stayed with me to help set up my personal preferences and vehicle settings, making sure I was comfortable with everything and had all my questions answered. This was, without question, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I will be a loyal customer of xx. Charles Toyota for years to come and will happily recommend Bob, Izzy, and the entire dealership to family and friends. Thank you for making this such an enjoyable and stress-free experience!

I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 and have been extremely impressed with the entire experience. The care is absolutely what I was needing for my busy family. I also want to specifically recognize Geyselle and the dealership for making the buying process so easy and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience, and the dealership provided outstanding customer service from start to finish.
2019 Volvo XC60 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid review
So far so good. Plenty of power and comfort. I am enjoying the electric/hybrid part far more than I anticipated. It may not corner like my S90 did but it’s not too far behind!
