This is my first car and I am so happy I chose this one. I love it because of the usb port for my music as well as the efficiency for the amount of gas you're putting into it (36mpg hwy) is pretty great! I believe this car will satisfy all needs for any driver. It also is eco friendly with a 7/10 emmissions rating for the environment

Charles Bain is exemplary employee that represents the service department at Camleback Kia. This is the 2nd time I've worked with him servicing my 2016 Sorento and each time he is absolutely the best to work with, kind and prompt. I literally have no worries when I leave my car there now because I know he'll make sure it's taken care of, that all my concerns are addressed in great detail even before the work is completed. He always calls me to let me know what's going on and follows through on a promise. This is what you should expect from a marketplace exchange with a business as a wary consumer but the fact that not only does he deliver as he should as expected of his employer, but he makes me feel comfortable knowing he's "got this" that I'm not coming back to things I didn't agree to that have been added without my consent, my car is cleaner than when I brought it each time, walks me to the car to make sure I approve of the work, just an overall above an beyond experience. I remind him now how much sincerely appreciate his help and knew when it was time to service my SUV this time around again that I picked the time that HE was available. I live in Peoria, minuets from Peoria KIA, and I'd rather come to Phoenix which is near my work just to work with Charles Bain.... Long story even longer, I needed the basic service to my SUV. Oil change and I requested a tire rotation but I also was coming in because the power seat wasn't working. When I came back he told me I didn't need the rotation yet and didn't do it to save me some cash - He could have just done it regardless but his integrity kept him honest. I appreciate that. Also the seat fuse just went out so it was no charge and all I did get done was the oil and a engine filter. I haven't worked with anyone else at Camelback Kia so hopefully they're all like Charles BUT in any case management needs to start looking at Charles as the role model for the standard on how consumers are treated.

So here is the deal. I don't normally write reviews that are very good for car dealerships. I was looking for a second vehicle as I have recently started school and my wife works full time. I was looking through the Craigslist, offerup and so forth looking for something used that I could fit comfortably in. I ended up finding a Nissan pathfinder on their craigslist ad, and then followed it to their website. The pictures were representative of the vehicle I was looking at. I didn't want to go but discussed it with my wife and we ended up going on 2.11.17. During our visit we met with Jerry, he was nice, professional and greeted us not like a normal car salesman, but just like a normal person. I do not like feeling like a fish in a shark tank. Jerry was professional, but laid back. We were going to do a deal on the pathfinder and then I saw something inside their show room that caught my eye.I went to look at the Xtera that was out there, and saw it wasn't for sale. Next to it was a Rogue and I was curious "Would a big guy like me fit comfortably into this?" So I said hell with it and got in, it fit nice and I decided in the middle of poor Jerry after putting up with my crap for the last hour, The manager came in and told him I wanted to change to the rogue. He didn't complain, he didn't make me feel bad about changing the deal at all, in fact he was very nice about it. Given the treatment at this dealership I would recommend them especially if you are looking for something used. The miles are a bit high, but the price is right, the treatment is good and the time spent with the customers is good. It is a lot better than what I can say for even some of the new car dealerships I have dealt with in recent history.

This is the best little commuter car that I have ever owned. I bought it brand new and now it has 250,000 miles on it. I did replace the engine and transmission at 244,000 but it was well worth it.

When we went back Tuesday 5/26/15 to complete the sale, my wife was led to a car, and noticed it had NO CRUISE. The sales person, acted shocked , and then said, gee wait, I just noticed it has no keyless entry either. Can we upgrade you to a model that has those. We never got the $25 visa card they lured us way down there for. They had NONE, I was told. And told the same thing Tuesday. I have filed complaints . sorry they gave your brand a bad name . I went to Tempe Kia a week ago, and the salesman there was honest, and told me the True Value price I had of 15K, was NOT a model that had cruise/keyless entry. THAT WAS FINE. I thanked him for explaining that. As you see from below, Camelback promised they could do it, then switched to the lesser equipped model, seemingly thinking we wouldn't notice , or would be enticed to pay more. Plus the car they showed us was filthy with bird droppings all over it. Nice presentation. i didn't even have to file a complaint at the Arizona Better Buisinee Bureau. We were looking for a pre-owned Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie; tore up the I-net until we found just the right one at Mark Kia. We drove from Kingman (AZ) to Scottsdale (AZ) - over 200 miles away and 4 hr drive one way. Frank Cruckson met us at the door and was stellar from the get-go. He was relatively new to Mark Kia so Peter Meyerhoff, Assistant Sales Manager, also helped us by answering all the questions Frank was unsure of. Peter worked tirelessly to get us just the right financing. He also arranged to have running boards installed on the truck, for which we made a return visit 6 weeks later. Jacob Delaney met with us for that visit and once again we were treated like royalty. A few hours later we were back on the road headed for home. Both visits impressed the heck out of us - Mark Kia was busy, busy, busy - not just their service department but their sales office was buzzing as well. Everyone we spoke with at the dealership was courteous, respectful, polite, knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. If we lived closer, we would make Mark Kia our 'signature' dealership. I purchased my Camry here and everything about my experience was great. I had heard that rental company's sold their vehicle's after rental use. I was reluctant but, now I get it. I take good care of my car but, hertz takes better care of their cars than I do of mine. By law their cars must be inspected constantly. The icing on the cake is that a master mechanic completes a 70 point certification inspection on the vehicle's offered to the public. I love my 2015 Camry. It's awesome ! Thanks John ! Ask for Mark Taylor! I was forced into the used car market after my car was stolen. I hadn't planned on buying a new car for years so I was somewhat clueless on what I would purchase. I spent a few days online looking at listings and the Bill Luke dealerships kept coming up with lots of good inventory and prices that were easily $1,000 - $3,000 lower than the comparable dealers (They are a no haggle dealer that prices based on blue book plus a discount so prices on all models were very competitive if not the lowest). I decided to make the drive from Cave Creek to Bill Luke Tempe to look at a few vehicles. I ended up purchasing from a different dealership, but only because I was buying used and ended up finding a better fit in someone elses inventory. However, I would recommend that anyone shopping for used vehicles give Bill Luke a shot, and ask for Mark Taylor. Mark was patient and let me test drive multiple vehicles. he helped me compare the pros and cons of multiple vehicle styles and did a great job explaining how Bill Luke dealerships do business and my options. There was never any sense of pressure. If Bill Luke had anything in their inventory that had matched what I ended up purchasing, I certainly would have returned to Bill Luke to make the purchase. I highly recommend this dealership as well as Mark.

I paid off the car free and clear but I can't seem to get a free and clear title. I have been waiting over a month for it. When I did get it, it was not notarized or signed and it still had a lean on it. I am very disappointed. It was like he just pulled it out of a drawer and mailed it just to pacify. This is the owner! no less, first he was at an auction, then out for 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and now he is going to be gone for a week So I took the title back to Wheels in Motion and still waiting. I don't know what to think at this point. I trust the Tim to do the right thing, but to do business with him again at this point is questionable. Maybe it is just me, so I would recommend this dealer to a friend, because I love the people who work there, but be on the part of caution. I don't think he expected me to pay off the car, I really think he thought I was going to trade it in. I never paid off a car before so maybe this is what is supposed to happen. So I am stumped as to how to get a free and clear title. The title is still not right. It was signed or notarized or signed nothing. I may be wrong but I thought it was up to the company to remove all liens and sign off on it. At least that was what I was told so now I don't know what the truth is. I was told I couldn't take the lien off the company has to do that. So at this point I am confused. I just want a free and clear title from the DMV which shows a lien still in place after a month. So it seems nothing got done in 30 days. So my questions are: Who is supposed to remove the lien? How long does it normally take to get a free and clear title from a dealership? Now that I paid off the car why can't I get a proper free and clear title from Tim Zarbock? Why would he send me a non-notarized title with a lien still on it and call it good? I don't understand. What am I missing? Then be gone for a week? Why are his employees making excuses for him? Why do my emails and phone calls go unanswered? When I called they said he was at an auction, then he was gone 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and last week or he will be out of the office for a week. It seems to me a runaround just to get a free and clear title. Then when I finally did get it was not notarized, or signed and still had the lien on it. So I gave it back. This is what I have been dealing with for the past month. Why? Is it supposed to be this hard to get a free and clear title? What is wrong with this picture? Does this make since to anybody?

He was very patient as I am not the easiest person to please when buying a vehicle. But after viewing 6 cars and 4 test drives later, I finally came to an ultimate decision that he made me feel comfortable about. Not to mention their financing team worked their magic and got me a really sweet deal on payments and a pretty low interest considering my credit score. Ashley, in finance, was super helpful as well and gave me a few pointers on how to pay off the vehicle quicker and to make the interest lower in the future. I felt a good vibe with all the staff and didn't get that shady just put you in any car that would benefit them scenario. Very disappointed with our service here. Our 2015 sonatas lease came to an end so we went to the Bell Rd location to drop it off. The salesman convinced us to lease a new 2018 sonata and have my old 2007 Toyota Corolla as a down payment and they would take care of the remaining payments (which was ONE payment of $193). We just got a bill for this last payment saying it was overdue. We called Chapman Hyundai and spoke to the manager Alex. He said the guy who sold us the car no longer works there and there's no record anywhere saying they would take care of the remaining payment. I explained this is what we were told and we weren't even going to lease another car that day but with all the good deals that were being offered we thought, why not? He told me he would call me back to see if there's anything they could do. I waited the whole day and no call back. I called the next day and he said no, that's not what we agreed on and we can give you 2 complimentary oil changes (worth $40). I explained this is more than money now, this is just good business and having integrity. I asked if he could at least give us one more free oil change and he said (again) I will call you back. And guess What? He has never called me back. This is such poor service, especially in dealing with the Manager himself I thought he would at least uphold their word. It's $193 profit for them now but a for sure $1000's loss later when we decide not to lease through them again. Update-thanks to the manager George, we received a full refund. Thank you George for being a man of your word, much appreciated!

Car is great and well maintained, runs very smooth. The AC blasts Mt. Everest Freezing Air and is the best gas saving car I have ever owned. Almost 40 miles the gallon on the highway. Has Aux and USB ports and great sound. It is pretty spacious comparing to other compact size sedans. Has a lot of trunk room considering the size of the car. Over all I have been happy with this car.

I initially had trouble with the TPMS light malfunctioning after buying the car in winter. It has been OK lately and may be due to the dealer over-inflating the tires. I take it to Firestone now. There is also speculation about using Android products in the car--I don't know if they need to be plugged in to cause the TPMS problem or if just their use triggers it. I have stopped using my phone in the car just for now. But the car is really nice. I have driven it on several long-range trips and through a lot of weather (heavy snow). It defrosts pretty well so you can see when you are driving through snow storms. Comfortable on long trips. Able to accelerate getting onto freeway, safely pass cars. The highest MPG I have seen is 47 MPG on 70 MPH highways. Yesterday I saw I was getting 44 MPG on 55 MPH highways. Trunk holds a lot.

When beginning my car buying process, I was dealing with a salesman named Chris, who turned out to be extremely unprofessional and rude. He hung up on me when I told him that I would not be financing through the dealership. But once I arrived I met Dennis, another salesman, who was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. If it wasn't for him, I would not have given the dealership another thought, and would have taken my business elsewhere. Dennis was great and straightforward. Then once I picked a car and began signing all the paperwork with Rick, the finance guy, I was even more impressed. He was very personable and professional. I will be driving back to the dealership (from California to Arizona....5 1/2hrs) when I purchase my next Jeep!

I owned an A/T Hyundai Accent Model 2018. My question, since some have the impression on this variant of Hyundai that it has the most economical gasoline consumption per KM.
