As soon as I got in there, I was greeted and everybody was extremely kind. You can tell Hyundai employees care about their customers, not the money. Along with their generosity, they cut right to the chase and I was in and out of there completing the whole process within 2-3 hours. I was driving again immediately.
This is my 6th car purchase at this dealership. I???ve always had great customer service, even when I???m not buying a car. I brought in one car for service and decided to look at returning/trading our lease for our other car. I tend to do this when I come here, which is why hubby says I can???t get the cars serviced anymore. This is the best place I???ve ever experienced for buying/leasing cars. No pressure and they answer every question I have.

John was excellent; he gave quick answers, very thorough information regarding details t hat I needed to know about my new Toyota. He was responsive; got back to me regarding the entire package in order to speed up my time spent. We had full service information, interfacing with my insurance company, with a service contract and terms. Best experience I have ever had with an auto purchase.
We went there to look at a couple of of used cars. They were so professional, and the cars were in excellent condition.
We did purchase a car and are very pleased with the process, the price, and the experience. We plan on returning when we need another car.

My daughter's boyfriend told me about Herz car sales; he bought two cars at Herz resales on Sahara in the last three years and is very happy with the cars, the process and the price. I was in the market for a new Mercedes so I went there on his advice. I bought a 2015 C300 which I love. The price was great, the sales process was relatively painless and Laura Real, the Sales Consultant was the best that I have encountered in my years of car buying. First of all, it was nice to be dealing with a woman as she understood all of my issues but even more importantly, she went above and beyond in term of service. I am a very happy car buyer.

Wanted to have a utilitarian vehicle. The 2015 Impala was an excellent car but I need a vehicle to take my daughter on adventures and then become dad again when needed. Chip, the manager and finance associate were great. They worked so hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Thanks to all.
The Sales Staff treated me with respect. They didn't rush me into making a decision. They searched to get me the best deal possible and I sincerely believe I got a very good deal. They explained everything carefully and clearly, and were very patient with my many questions.
