The dealership is absolutely beautiful and everyone was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in. Once I got my new car, Brian took the time to help me sync my phone, review key features and make sure I was happy with everything before I left. Jean-Claude and Brian made the process of trading in my lease extremely easy and made transferring my information to the new car seamless. I would recommend Brian and Burlington Kia to everyone looking for a new or used car. The new Kia models are fantastic and I am in love with my new Kia Forte!
Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles
Initially it took a little longer than I feel it should have to be acknowledged. However, once someone greeted us and we explained why we were there the remainder of our time spent was smooth. Unfortunately, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. But if something else were to pop up in their inventory we would revisit.
I never imagined having such a good car buying experience but after dealing with Adam and the staff, it was clear why they have been around so long. I got exactly what I wanted and no fuss. This is the real deal dealership.
After going to 3 other nearby dealerships & trying to explain what I'm looking for I finally went to this place & actually got help. Admittedly I was particular but most other places didn't seem to even want my business. While here though, someone helped me FINALLY find my new 4 wheel drive vehicle Subaru. Miles are higher but the car has been running great and I left actually feeling like a valued customer. I rarely bother doing reviews but after a day of headaches this shop turned a horrible day into a good one!
Great team (you do not need a review so you get a pat on the back. This is the downfall of companies. People spend to much time trying to get a 5 that everything else suffers. As I stated the experience was great. However this side of the experience is going downhill. Do your job everyday the best you can, enjoy it or get out. I HATE this side of your business, do not let it consume you) you do your job well, keep up the good work. Get rid of the survey.

I recently financed my first car ever from this dealership and it was an easy experience. I was assisted by Matthew Carlin and Kevin P. Burwell. Both of these people were helpful in answering my questions and explaining things to me I did not fully grasp or understand. I did not have to wait long to begin my car purchasing process as I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that the test drive, financing, and buying my auto insurance through their representative (representative was helpful in setting up my preferred auto insurance company and policy) all took place under six hours.
Kyle Dulock & Lauren Johnson were very easy work with and very helpful. I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I usually dealt with another dealer that I have used for over eight years and 7 cars but had nothing but trouble trying to buy this last car.
