AutoNation Buick GMC West review
I had an excellent experience purchasing my new truck at Automation Buick GMC West. Megan, my salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. Matt in finance made the paperwork easy to understand and the loan process was smooth. Julio, the sales manager, was professional, courteous, and worked with the team to give me a great deal on my truck. Everyone I worked with was polite, honest, and treated me with respect from start to finish. I highly recommend Automation Buick GMC West to anyone looking for a great vehicle-buying experience. Thank you, Megan, Matt, and Julio, for making this such an easy and enjoyable purchase!

I had seen ad of HGREG auto dealer as I was looking to buy a hybrid one. And I found Toyota Corola Hybrid 2024 in used car lot. The mileage was also manageable for me. Within few hours the agent Joel Augustine helped us to get the sales go through. The Finance person Louis Whatts also was helpful.

Granite Subaru review
Granite Subaru stands out in my already excellent experience with Subaru dealerships. Their entire staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. This particular location has deep knowledge of my particular vehicle which is the rarer STI WRX variant. They have offered me the opportunity to trust in a dealership 100% and have never let me down which as a Subaru owner has been invaluable in my reliance on the brand. Could not possibly recommend you shop / seek service at this location more.

McGovern Subaru review
Cheryl is an ideal salesperson. When we arrived, she asked if we were looking for a new or used car. We wanted a used car. She asked our price range and she respected that, without pushing us higher. She provided CarFax data for the cars we considered, printing it out so we could take time to read it. We selected two cars. She got them ready for test drives, and did a walk around discussion for each one. After all that, she waited patiently for us to decide what to do. The story had a happy ending - we eventually bought a third choice after a lot of discussion. We definitely recommend working with Cheryl!

Ken Ganley Kia New Port Richey review
Devin is always very pleasant to work with and not pushy which I love because yesterday I had my car in and I knew it needed things but we literally just came from a funeral for my Mother in law and my husband had just went one week prior to her passing to visit her so money for those two trips out of state was my extra for the time.
2019 Hyundai KONA review
Have had trouble with car not starting. Seems the starter has a "flat spot" on it, and on occasion will not start. Battery is good, and I must turn the key up to ten times before it will "catch". Will happen up to 5 times, and then will move on and start just fine. Service unable to duplicate problem, so can't get it fixed under warranty.

This was my first time at this dealership. I contacted them online first and was connected with the salesman by the name of Jordan. He was a great communicator. And when we met in person he was extremely polite and not pushy. He had the vehicle I wanted to see already pulled up in the shade it was summer at the time here. I didn't purchase anything but we're in communication. And we'll see what happens. The dealership environment was very classy. With a adult generation of sales people. Some dealerships feel like a frat house and this was the complete opposite.

Volkswagen Thousand OaksReviews
Volkswagen Thousand Oaks review
A year ago I bought a new ID buzz and overall, the experience has sucked. This 5 star review is specifically for Francisco in the service department. Since day 1 of owning the brand new ID Buzz, the brakes have been TERRIBLE - squeaking and grinding every time I brake. I had brought the car to the Thousand Oaks dealership and the Woodland Hills dealership multiple times for the issue. I had been told that this is a normal problem, the metals they need to use in CA are going to squeak no matter what they do, the hubcaps were designed poorly so there isn't enough ventilation to remove dust and debris from the brakes, that it is my responsibility to be washing the car more and removing dust and debris on the brakes, and overall my complaints had been 100% dismissed. Finally, I gave up and just decided the car is a xxx and I will have to live with it. I brought the car in for unrelated issues and said nothing about the brakes. After this visit, Francisco brought the brakes up to me, noting how horrible they are, which I said I know, but it seems thats just how the brakes are and will always be. He said absolutely not, that is not normal and can be fixed. He is the ONLY person at VW who has actually CARED. He kept me in the loop of the whole process and completely FIXED the "unfixable" brakes. My brakes don't make a PEEP since he fixed them, they truly have not made a single noise since. I always wanted to love the ID Buzz and now I finally do!! I can't give enough praise to Francisco, it is so refreshing to be helped by someone who actually cares. Victor was also very helpful along the process of getting them fixed. Thank you guys! In my opinion, the only two people at VW (Thousand Oaks and Woodland Hills) that actually deserve a 5/5 review. :)

Springs Automotive GroupReviews
Springs Automotive Group review
All I can say is GREAT things for this company and Andy Rosales as a salesman. I came here looking for a low mileage nice Golf. I didn’t have an appointment but Andy Rosales came out right away and came across as an acquaintance/friend rather than a salesman right off the bat, and didn’t try to push a sale on me at all. Just asked if I wanted to look and test drive some. I test drove 4 cars, and Andy was super nice about letting me test drive all the vehicles I wanted to look at. they had 3 options on site and another at another location here in the springs. I just came to test drive the first day and was planning on going home and sleeping on it. And they had no problem with that and just provided a phone number to reach out. No pushy salesman tactics you see at most auto dealers, by the salesman, manager, or financing manager. I came back the next morning to talk numbers. I did my research on the vehicle and they were very transparent with me throughout the whole process. Like any dealership, negotiation skills are helpful, but I truly believe based off my experience that this dealership is truly not out to scam you. I got the EXACT car I wanted, for a veryyy competitive price. I am 100% coming back here as far as I’m concerned.

Broadway Motoring IncReviews
Broadway Motoring Inc review
I recently purchased a 2015 VW Golf TSi from Broadway Motoring Inc. in Ayer, MA, and had a great experience from start to finish. Ed, the owner, was extremely kind and took the time to listen to my concerns. We were able to work out a fair deal on the vehicle, and I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to work with me. Valerie was also a pleasure to work with—super friendly, professional, and informative throughout the entire process. She made everything clear and stress-free. Mike, who worked on the car, clearly takes pride in what he does. The car was in great shape and ready to go when I arrived. All around, a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend Broadway Motoring to anyone looking for a solid used car and great customer service.

Bill was very helpful, kind, and efficient in getting our new Santa Fe hybrid. Don't like many car dealerships, but for Prudy I will make an exception. Thanks Bill
