Don Blake is wonderful Sales Associate. He made me feel important. I have been blessed by the Lord to know him! I came for upgrade and left with 2026. Beautiful experience??
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

9am arrived and met Aryn. Very thorough description of service to be done. Photo of all sides of car. One small scratch and several light scratches that she offered to buff out. 45 minutes later all done with s very detailed report. Great job!

Salesman Tom Shaffer and Finance Suzie Axlerod Woodward were the 2 people that we work with. They were great. They both treated us like family. The entire process moved along well and we felt like we didn't spent an entire day purchasing a car. I would recommend Spitzer Buick GMC to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Elyria HyundaiReviews
Elyria Hyundai review
Darien and Jaclyn are unbelievable! The entire approach with the dealership is very calming, communicative, and helpful. Right from the second I talked to Darien we instantly started to build great rapport. We have been to many dealerships in the past month and I can absolutely say that no one has as great of an experience as they offer. They are simply human, real, and helpful.. It’s a nice breath of fresh air to have that in a car dealership. We all know that’s not always the case either. Their willingness to help as much as they did speaks fathoms on how the team truly cares to make sure that your investment is the correct one for you. Their approach isn’t to try and sell you a car but to actually assist and help find the right vehicle for you. Whether it’s specs, tech, or budget the team is very helpful and knowledgeable. If there is a car at Elyria Hyundai that peaks your interest then you are in luck to meet some of the best people in the game!

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
I had an exceptional experience purchasing my 2024 Tesla Model Y from Don Sitts Auto! GM Ed Tuma and the entire team treated me with professionalism, honesty, and zero pressure--something that's hard to come by in the car buying world. The team was incredibly knowledgeable about the Tesla. They made the entire process smooth, efficient, and transparent. The 2024 Model Y was in immaculate condition, and very fairly priced. What really stood out was the customer service--everyone I interacted with took the time to answer my questions, explain the vehicle's features, and make sure I was confident in my decision. No gimmicks, no surprises, just a great deal and excellent service. I highly recommend Don Sitts Auto to anyone looking for a high-quality vehicle and a dealership experience you can actually enjoy. I love my new Tesla and will absolutely return for future purchases!

Diehl Hyundai of MassillonReviews
Diehl Hyundai of Massillon review
Highly recommend Ryan Goodall, he's one of the best salesman at Dehl Hyundai of Massillon! Very friendly, very thorough, very honest. He found all of the things we needed with our purchase. We needed a sedan with good gas mileage, low mileage, he nailed the price range we could afford and with an unbeatable final purchase price out the door! First time at Dehl Hyundai and first time purchase there as well. When our family needs another vehicle we are definitely going to have Ryan Goodall as our salesman. Thank you to Tyler in finance. It was the smoothest and fastest transaction purchasing a vehicle. Guys like this at your dealership truly make the difference!

I bought the 2023 SEL Kona for my wife. However, she has been traveling for work and I've driven it 4000 miles. I really enjoy the fun little car. Mileage overall 32-40 MPG. Handles/ looks great. Great experience
