I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. 2020 Hyundai KONA review
I have been using my Kona 2020 for five years (almost), I am delighted except few minor problems I had. The rubber around the front left ( Automotive weather stripping) side which is on the body of the car is torn and the wipers were broken in few months. Overall I am happy with car. The driving on ice, snow etc during winter is so easy and stable.

2019 Hyundai KONA review
Have had trouble with car not starting. Seems the starter has a "flat spot" on it, and on occasion will not start. Battery is good, and I must turn the key up to ten times before it will "catch". Will happen up to 5 times, and then will move on and start just fine. Service unable to duplicate problem, so can't get it fixed under warranty.

2020 Hyundai KONA review
I love my Kona, easy to get in and out of, runs great, great on gas. The only problem is the spoiler is plastic and the paint has faded. I think it is a flaw in the paint job. The paint is out of warranty but Hyundai is going to take a look at it and see if they can help in any way.

I was having some issues with my vehicle that I wanted to get looked at to see if they were repairs that needed to be done, after I expressed my concerns to Drew he immediately made me feel at ease and informed about the services and repairs needed to resolve all of my concerns. He gave me several options with cost effective options and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed or taken advantage of. He kept me informed via text message and called me when they had other recommendations. My questions were answered in great detail to where I had no concerns about work being done nor did I feel lost about items being taken care of. He was so friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable that I will be using him from now on and also informed my parents about him so they can use him for their Santa Fe. 2025 Hyundai KONA review
Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.
2023 Hyundai KONA review
The Kona is a nice car, has plenty of power for the 2.0L engine, as long its in sport mode. Gas economy is ok at around 28mpg. Sun roof is great. All the auto features are nice, but I wish that the "Turn the motor Off" at a stop was off by default. I don't like the jerk feel it does when it turns itself back on after you release the brake, I tend to manually turn that feature off, if I remember to press the manual override button. Plenty of room for normal size people. if your pushing 6 foot I wouldn't recommend this vehicle, as it would be hard to duck to get in and out of the front seats. I do like the warranty BUT Hyundai hides a few things from you, like the computers are NOT covered by their 5 year, 60k or 10 year 100k warranty only 3 year 36k. I would suggest an extended warranty to cover the 35 computers alone in this vehicle. Also These new cars are all drive by wire. meaning NO cables anymore to throttle, brakes, etc.It is all done by a computer and sensors, keep that in mind. GPS computer is pretty good, map works good. I still like that Hyundai still offers a USB for flash drives with MP3 music, Not everyone wants to use your stupid phone to play music.

2024 Hyundai KONA review
Great car, very roomy over my 2020 Kona. I bought an N Line and love the sporty look. Lots of features are standard including a Bose audio system. The ride is much better than my previous Kona too. Definitely would recommend this car.

I had a wonderful experience last Friday, Feb. 14th at the Ed Voyles Hyundai. I received the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. Maria my Service Advisor was very helpful and accommodating. EJ was the sweetest young lady and was very helpful as well. My technicians Corey and Emmanuel did an excellent job with my repairs. Micah the porter was nice enough to go to the back and retrieve my apple charger from my car while my vehicle was being repaired. The Service Manager was not nice at all and very unprofessional to say the least. I asked to use an iPhone Charger and one of the employees found one for me. I would typically have my cord on me, but what I thought would be a quick oil change turned into an 8-hour costly repair. Because I was caught off guard with the I was not prepared for the time spent at the dealer and I live across town so I could not go home nor was I provided with a loaner. I had a conference call to take and needed a charger. I went to one of the service advisors and she tried to help me find one. She found a cord in the wall but, when she went to grab it the service manager snatched it and said no. He was really rude and disrespectful about it, and I felt so disrespected by the way he handled it. He saw me there all morning and knew I would be there for the majority of the day, but his attitude was horrible about it. That's when Micah saw the disappointment on my face and suggested that to retrieve mine from my vehicle, he was such a sweetheart. I will definitely return to Ed Voyles Hyundai because of the employees but not the Service Manager.
2022 Hyundai KONA review
Just bought a 2022 Kona SEL AWD in thunder gray, so far I love it. I traded in a BMW twin turbo with around 330 hp, and I thought this 150 hp 4 cylinder would be weak but it does its job and is peppy, quick, and merges into highway with ease. Not gonna win drag races but then again cops own the road not people with fast cars, all those performance cars will do is break my wallet. BMW. It’s more solid and fun to drive then my past cars and is backed up with a great warranty, I hope to drive this car for years and years. The all wheel drive system is better than the BMW and its apple car play is great and my model has wireless charging. I could do another road trip of 1000 miles with this and get almost 14 mpg better than my BMW. All in all if you’re not into the illusion of driving a “German” car and want something gutsy and simple I would recommend the Kona over all the bmws and Hondas I owned in the past. 5 stars out of 5.

2022 Hyundai KONA review
Bought my Kona 6.24.22 and I already have 24000+ miles on it. Mine is Blue Wave/Black in color. It's been great. You definitely get what you pay for. It's small. But I'm small. It's sporty and stylish. I've been told that my vehicle matches my personality. I'm adventurous so we match great. I wish the mpg was better (my avg mpg is 26.2). No issues yet.

2024 Hyundai KONA review
Bought this car January 2024, I got the base model SE with AWD. The only thing I have to say is when the vehicle is in cruise control it has a habit of over revving the engine going uphill. My last vehicle pretty much had the same options (engine specs, bluetooth, AWD) this one had but my last car was 10 years old and falling apart with over 130k miles. Otherwise the Kona is great. I bought it initially because I needed and update rather than an upgrade if that makes sense to anyone. Overall 4.5/5 in my opinion.
