Josue was very helpful. Got an amazing car! Thanks again, will be recommending family and friends!!
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
Bought car used in September 2026 w/65000 miles. Needed to replace my 2016 Escape which broke down catastrophically after 2 years of constant repairs. Also, my sister was facing knee replacement and we needed to fit her, her 300-lb husband, walkers, wheelchair, and groceries in our everyday vehicle! Two words describe the result: exceeds expectations! Lots of room even with all of us and our junk; More road power than my old man's driving style needs, but it translates to smooth as silk road behavior on the steepest of Pennsylvania's hills; Typical Hyundai reliability and dealer service : helpful, courteous, attentive, and informative. Not the cheapest, but worth what I pay. I was suspicious about putting all my eggs in a 6 year old vehicle ... but I think I just bought 250,000 of solid comfort and driveability that's better than new!

CarMax Columbus SawmillReviews
CarMax Columbus Sawmill review
Great experience from start to finish! During the test drive, I noticed a noise in one of the front wheels. My salesman (Mike Khurshid) noticed it too. He said he would have their service dept look at it the next day. He called back to say that the tires were mismatched, so they put 4 brand new tires on the car (no additional charge). When he drove it again, the noise was gone. I was just going to pick up the car, but he insisted I drive it again myself to make sure the noise was gone. This was a small sale for CarMax, but everyone there made me feel I was the most important customer they had that day. I left with my new car, and a handful of Mike's business cards to give to friends!

Love our SEL. Perfect for long road trips with the family, and we've had a few of those. Gear shifter takes a trip or two to get used to, but otherwise, everything else is intuitive. Couldn't be happier with our family mobile.

They were friendly and reasonable throughout the experience. While I was disappointed there turned out to be only one key (used Outlander), the salesperson made it right in a way that kept me feeling OK about everything, and I now have two keys. The car is the best ride we've ever had. Very versatile on fitting up to 7 without being massive to drive around.

Douglas VolkswagenReviews
Douglas Volkswagen review
I was referred to Douglas VW by a friend who has done business with the company for 15 years. She spoke so highly of the dealership and the sales rep Irene Peixoto, I knew I needed to try them out. My daughter and I both needed a new car. We had no idea if it was even possible, but because of Irene and her expertise, we both walked out with new cars without breaking the bank. She understood what we needed, what we had to work with and she went to work. I have never been treated so professionally or fairly than I was that day. Every question answered with sincerity. She did not promise what she could not deliver. Because of Irene, my daughter and I have decided we will remain a VW family and we will only buy from Douglas VW moving forward. Irene changed the game for us. We are forever grateful. Make sure you go to Douglas and make sure you ask for Irene. You will thank me later!!

Mag Auto CorpReviews
Mag Auto Corp review
Poppy at Mag Auto made my car-purchase an enjoyable and relieving experience. After being in an accident and obtaining medical injuries as well as a totaled previous vehicle, I was at a total loss and very much in need of a vehicle IMMEDIATELY. Poppy went out of his way to ensure I was in the vehicle within 24 hours of receiving all necessary documentation, made it a quick a painless process and ultimately sold me a car I immediately fell in love with. Thank you Poppy!!!! Maria, BMW X3
2020 Hyundai PALISADE review
I bought my 2020 Palisade limited all wheel drive brand new and LOVE IT. I had a 2017 Santa Fe and hated to get rid of it but so glad I did. The Palisade handles and rides great and the interior room is awesome. Even though it is mainly just me and hubby, we love the size!
