Dec 2025: My father & I didn't catch everyone's name who we've came in contact with but from the moment we entered the dealership show room floor until the time we left with the vehicle everyone was friendly, hospitable, approachable, and didn't mind answering random questions about anything regardless they were our sales rep and finance manager or not. Great car, love driving it. It is under powered but once you get to highway speed it’s fine. Had a great service rep but he left so will have to see how new one pans out. I have had zero problems with this car.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Had since new. Over 92,000 miles and I just replaced front brake pads. Did rear pads at 65,000. Never had any issues. Very comfortable. Actually got over 31 mpg on highway for the 2.4 which is rated at 22-29 mpg
