2021 Hyundai SONATA review
My only complaint is the GPS system is not very user friendly. Most of the input is counter-intuitive when trying to enter a destination. Aside from that, the car runs great, handles well and has excellent overall gas mileage. I wish it came with a shift handle rather than the push-buttons on the transmission, but it eventually has sunk in what to reach for. A shift handle can be used without taking one's eyes off the road, but push-buttons can't.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

Great staff and service. No pressure sat and talked what we were looking for did our research for what we wanted. Greeted by secretary, Parry. Friendly and cheerful. Met Geovany, sales, friendly and listened for what we were looking for. Found the car we were interested in and met Sergio, manager. Says he would give us the best deal. I inquired online about the Sante Fe we were interested in; it was parked outside waiting for us. Bob, sales, had already gassed it up and brought it over. We did the test drive; it was a used 2020 it was immaculate in and out. Sergio gave us a good deal; 1st time we ever at a dealership that we didn't have to haggle for price. They were all like family and treated us as. The most pleasurable car experience ever. Geovany called a couple of time to check on us and to make sure we were happy with the Santa Fe. The only downside was the battery was original from 2020. They do a complete check up on their used car/trucks and bring all maintenance up to date. Detailed it and special coated it to keep love bugs easy to clean. When I informed Giovany about the battery, they replaced with a new one, Service manager met me at the door and took it right in, no wait. Really can't say enough about them, they now have a customer for life. They kept us hydrated with sparkling water with all the talking and joking going on. Thank you all. Bob/Marie

We had a wonderful experience with Brad and the internet manager Erin. They went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we wanted. Everyone has been 5 star until we discovered the next day that we don’t have a spare tire, lug wrench, jack and key for wheel locks. We never thought to check for those things as they always come with the car. Today I was told we will have to find our own... what? Don’t feel that is right so hoping that this will be corrected. I would recommend the dealership, Brad and Erin, but I would tell you to make sure everything is in the car.

2021 Hyundai SONATA review

We are so happy with our new Telluride from Kia of Clermont! Everyone was very friendly. We had our three younger boys with on the day we purchased and everyone worked hard to make the sales process as quick and smooth as possible! I will say it takes some patience to purchase a Telluride (or any car) in today's market, but Kia of Clermont seemed to get new Tellurides in each week and listened to our must-have's and let us know when a Telluride was available that matched our needs. Charissa and Tyler worked really hard to get us the Telluride that worked best for our family! They both had great communication and weren't pushy. Overall - Really nice facility, good selection and great staff! I highly recommend!

2021 Hyundai SONATA review
I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!
