I went to the dealership without a vehicle in mind although I already owned a Hyundai Sonata with 175,000 problem free miles. Ed took the time to bring several cars in from the cold and let us look them over while explaining the features of each. I have a long commute and eventually settled on another Sonata. Ed had the car readied, the financing completed, and the Sonata was delivered the same day. One more comment about Ed, he seemingly knew every detail about every vehicle he showed us, including Hyundai incentives. I was very happy with the purchase.
My wife and I had a tremendous experience at Manchester City Nissan. The Finance Manager Ken was FANTASTIC and the salesman Chris was helpful and attentive.
The buying process was not the usual loooooong, drawn out affair. It was quick, efficient and actually nice!

I was recommened to check out this dealership, Steve specifically, by my coworker who had a great experience and I am glad he did. Steve was incredibly down to earth, approachable, and did his best to make me feel comfortable. I was in no way preassured to make any decisions or jump into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I then meet Lisa in finnancing who was a pleasure to work with. She was exceptionally kind and knowledgeble. Overall my experience could not have been better and I would recommend Steve and Lisa to anyone who is looking for a Subaru.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.
Being from Waterbury I have many choices here, but saw a vehicle on line that interested me. Took a ride just to see it and Vin came out, didn???t pressure me just talked awhile then took it for a long ride, not just down the street. Really got the feel of it. I liked it so we worked some numbers, gave me more for my trade in than I thought I would get. Worked out great.
The entire process was flawless and great. Beginning with Angela my first contact, to Bob, the salesman and finishing with Angel. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Bob's knowledge of the car on the test drive only made me more eager to purchase the vehicle.

I purchased several cars from our local Toyota dealership. Liked to doing business with them, Lifetime oil and battery is a great deal, specially if do you using your car a lot ! My Sienna is only 3 years old, but turned over 105K . The regular maintenance not smooth now, they didn???t do top of fluids last time, trying to charge for oil change...I think my name and phone # still in the computer files like original buyer w. free oil change, maintenance and battery ?!
Was looking for a used vehicle to downsize from what I had...Ellis and his team did a great job finding me something that fit what I was looking for. They were not pushy and showed me numerous options to find what made the most sense, both with the vehicle and financially. Very fair on the trade and the purchase price. Check them out!
