This was my second purchase here and it was the best experience i have ever had by a new car of any other dealer. Craig was our salesman and he made the process a breeze could not ask for better service. Will be back the next time i purchase a vehicle.
Daughters car was totaled by hail and suddenly looking for a replacement. Stumbled onto hertz in stl and Tom. Great experience and price on used Ford Focus. Very accommodating as we were traveling 3 hours for purchase. Would recommend and will consider them for future purchases
The staff were a pleasure to work with in the purchase process. Greg would reply to my questions online in a timely manner and when we arrived at the sales office he was there to greet us and show us the vehicle. Jeremy made the process very easy and answered all our questions. We were especially grateful for the Military discount Hertz offers.

We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.
The team out at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia has a winning combination with Darwin Cunningham and Ken Stark. This was my first experience with this dealership and even though it's quite of a drive from the local dealerships that are closer to home, it is WELL worth the drive. After arriving, I met with Ken Stark who I can't say enough about. There were no slick gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. As cliche as it might sound, but we hit it off as if we were buddies for years. Again, he was easy to talk to, the other employees/salesman appeared as though they genuinely enjoyed working there, you could just feel that positive energy in the air. It made car buying fun again as it should be. Enter Darwin Cunningham. This guy gets it. It's those little things that go a long way. When delivered on EXACTLY what I wanted, he wrote "CONGRATS!!!" on the paper. It made it that much more fun on signing and being a part of this great experience. He too couldn't have been easier to talk to and was VERY transparent. Extremely friendly, kept me informed every step of the way and was fast at delivering what I wanted but took his time when or if I had any questions to ensure we were on the same page. The service I received at Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia is nothing short of extraordinary. To say that both the car buying experience and its salespeople have challenged my preconceptions about your typical car dealership and its antics is a gross understatement. They have truly changed my mind and those ideologies and I will be telling anyone and everyone that will listen about my experience and to give Napleton's Mid Rivers Kia a try before they give another dealership their business.
Our first impression of Kurt Marty was "no nonsense." Is addition he was courteous and informative about every question we had. Never once did he push or show any impatience. He was very professional at all times. He informed us of other options. His sale to us was followed up by a visit from Mr. Barr. He thanked us for using Mungenast for our purchase and offered to answer any questions. Jessica Mungenast then walked us through all our options for insurance and made the purchase very easy. Excellent service from Ryan as he put the hitch on my recently purchased PHEV. I have 1500 miles and 1150 miles battery use only. Less than 20 gallons of gas used. Also, chose to tint windows. Charles Curry was great to schedule appointment. Confirm by email and provided a 24 hour reminder. Mungenast provided shuttle to shopping mall. I'm appreciative of the professional attitude. I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.

I've never taken the time to write a review on a car buying experience, but I HAD to after going to Andrew with Behlmann's Carnection in St. Peters, MO . Most satisfying car buying experience that I have ever had. I've never felt as at ease as I felt buying a car from Andrew. He was very patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Better yet, I was not there ALL day. Everyone else at the dealership was extremely pleasant as well. I just can't say how much I loved this experience, and would recommend them to anyone. Because I live in Illinois, it was about an hour drive for me but I would happily do it again. Thank you Andrew for being so wonderful to work with.
Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. I have often said, "service is the other thing that can beat Wal-Mart." Thanks to the entire team for your excellent customer service. Harlan

The service and attention to my needs were way above and beyond the normal car buying experience. The sales person --Matt Sanders-- was Amazing. I set the appointment up with him for my elderly parents, 81 & 75 yrs . I explained prior what they were looking for. He was so understanding and patient with my parents . Just Amazing service hands down . I'm 57 and was the best car buying experience of my life, My parents said the same thing. Between us 3 , we are talking about 40+ car buying experiences. So I can tell you , if you shopping for a new car, Matt Sanders at St. Charles Nissan is the one you want. This is not normal for me to even fill out review, much less a review with such praise. Take it for what it's worth. Ask for Matt Sanders and you also will find yourself wanting to praise the service you receive.
