We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.

This vehicle has met all my needs so far have only had it a few moths. At first I didn't want all the extras but am actually glad I have e them now
I must admit that this was one of the smoothest car buying process i've ever experienced. The staff were very accommodating to the fact that I was coming from out of state.

This is a great and best car. The only problem I have is that all the hard plastic keeps falling without being hit or anything. When taken to the dealer. They do not budge thus have the change to keep the car looking great. Every part when coming to changing cost arm and leg.
I had a 13-year-old car to trade (very sad; love that car) and cash to spend on a new used car. Matthew was excellent to work with after searching online, finding one I thought would work, confirming its availability and then finally arranging an appointment and test drive. I felt listened to, understood and absolutely valued as someone important to him that day and the dealership overall. The whole transaction was smooth ??? and I wasn't the only one. It seemed to me that day that all of the sales people and customers were having good experiences. They must be doing something right! I would recommend Matt and Shortline without hesitation.

I love my new car!! I never test drove it or researched the specs but from day one I was impressed with the way it rides smooth, updated features inside and out. I have been recommending that everyone purchase one.
We just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Stevinson East. We were extremely happy with our salesman Ernie Khalil. He came in on his day off to do our sale. We had a limited time to do the deal and Ernie made it happen! He had our trade appraised and deal locked down and into finance within 30 minutes. Finance was so simple as well. We were back on the road with a great deal in the exact truck we wanted.

This car is exactly what I was looking for, its practically brand new, it has all the space I need, it has the back up cam and sensors that I really do need,
I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and not only is it a wonderful car but the entire experience from when I started looking on line until I drove off the load was the smoothest car buying experience ever. I will definitely refer everyone I know to this dealership!

My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. It was great that Groove definitely had the lowest price on the vehicle we purchased. Even better that Zach was our sales contact. He kept in touch with us over the buying process and ensured all was right. I think Groove Toyota is one of the few dealers that realize that the old rules don't apply in the new internet age...as customers are well informed on their purchases. I love my Tuscan, I have 0 complaints about it. It’s perfect for my small family, great in gas, & comfortable ride. All the options we have in our Tuscan you can’t get in another car of equal value, you’d have to spend $70-80k on one. I highly recommend a Hyundai Tuscan to anyone.
I had a nice experience at EchoPark. They did not pressure me at all. They let me take my time and make sure this was the right decision for me. Facilities are nice, cars are in great shape. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend EchoPark for sure.

This car meets all my needs, has a lot of room good for my stuff and easy to clean, the drive is so easy on the car I love it.
This is the second time I have used the service department for my Sante Fe. Each time the team members that I have had contact were professional and very helpful. On this visit a small request was overlooked. And b I mentioned during final review of the service the service manager immediately sent my car back in and had the issue resolved in less that 10 minutes. I have been very pleased with each interaction.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
