Webb Hyundai Highland review
I had an amazing experience at Webb Hyundai Highland, and I have Big John to thank for it. John went above and beyond throughout the entire car-buying process. He was incredibly professional, patient, kind, and genuinely caring. I had difficulties obtaining my state ID, and John helped me through the entire process and supported me far beyond what I ever expected from a salesperson. He truly cared about making everything easier for me. Honestly, I believe John is one of the best professionals I have ever met. He is not only an excellent salesperson, but an amazing person who genuinely cares about his customers. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking to buy a car. The entire Webb Hyundai team was also very helpful and supportive, but my experience was truly made special because of John. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me through this process. Thank you, Big John!

Wouldn't do it any other way. I was very well treated and the buying process was quick and painless. The vehicle I liked was taken offline for 2 days until I was able to go to the dealer and test drive it. I thought that was a pretty nice feature.
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

I always have bought my cars here even back when it was Schaffer and now Webb. John B. and Jim C, in the service department have always taken such great care of me whenever my vehicle needed repairs. Recently, I purchased a new vehicle and Jon C. did a wonderful job showing me choices that would best suit my needs. He was extremely patient with all my questions and always followed up with a phone call to make sure I had all the information I needed.

There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

Wonderful car buying experience. Tyler(Manager) and Dennis (Finance office) were absolutely crucial in making this car buying experience above the rest. Tyler took the time to explain pricing line by line so I had a full understanding of the total cost. Tyler also made me feel comfortable and kept the process low pressure and enjoyable. Dennis in the Finance Office was outgoing and friendly. Dennis again went thru pricing and made sure I knew what the final numbers were and explained every form I was signing, offered warranty options and went over cost and coverages. These two gentlemen made this normally stressful process enjoyable.

First time i actually had a good experience at a dealership. I bought our last cars at two different kia dealers before and about blew my top and probably should have walked out. We got my wife a new elantra at Darcy and we got a reasonable trade in offer and the new car at a reasonable price and got a good loan. Jimmy was cool kept things relaxed. If i replace my car at some point I’ll probably come here. Only complaint was the detail the must have used a dirty or rough cloth hood may need a little buff.

Castle Hyundai Oak lawnReviews
Castle Hyundai Oak lawn review
I just purchased a car from Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From start to finish, the team showed true professionalism, care, and integrity—qualities that can be hard to come by in the car-buying world. Now I truly understand what they mean when they say “Drive Happy!” Jim (Sales Manager), Nick (Sales Consultant), Brennan (Internet Representative), and John (Finance Manager) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, respected, and supported throughout the process. They were transparent, never pushy, and always willing to answer my (many!) questions with patience and honesty. It was clear that they genuinely cared—about the car, the deal, and most importantly, about me as a customer. They didn’t just meet expectations - they exceeded them. The entire process was smooth, respectful, and even enjoyable. These are good people who take pride in doing right by others. Thank you to everyone at Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn—you didn’t just help me get a great car, you made the whole experience one to remember. You went the extra mile (pun absolutely intended) and because of you, I now Drive Happy!

Recently purchased a car from D’ARCY Hyundai and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I felt no pressure throughout the purchase. The car I got is exactly what was we are looking for, and the pricing was transparent and fair. Big thanks to Mike Campobasso, jimmy Kociuba, Matt Sonneman and finally to the best sales man we ever met Phil Gomez, he was extremely honest and went above and beyond to help my son find the perfect car for him! All of them made this a great experience. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car! Thank you God bless Samuel Adam
