Mike Zeller went out of his way to make the purchase easy for my daughter. Honest, funny and good at what he does. Thanks Mike!
2016 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought it used in February 2024.In the time that I have owned it I have had no issues whatsoever and it has had all the required maintenance. It currently has between 77000 and 78000 miles. I am the 3rd owner and as long as the proper maintenance is done it is a very reliable vehicle.

My experience with Wendell was nothing short of amazing. He was patient , kind and extremely knowledgeable. He got me into an amazing suv with the exact one I wanted. My process was quick and not dreadful how it can be at other dealerships. I will come back to work with him if and when I need a new vehicle! He was the absolute best

I purchased a car with Quon the Ellicott City location and when I tell you his customer service was exceptional. True knowledge of cars. I would recommend any one that wants a car to him. I will be buying from him and the Ellicott location again! Thanks again Quon
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
After trying out dozens of different makes & models (looking for a used, comfortable 1 or 2 yr old car) we found our Tucson on a show-room floor with everything we wanted (except CD player) & paid less than what we were looking at with an older model of anything else! (would have given the car a 5 Star rating for interior, but center counsel is awkward to get into while driving & not quite enough small storage spaces.. other than that.. it's our 1yr anniversary with the car & we're Still learning all the buttons! We bought the car in Janesville, Wisc. The dealerships here in Rockford were pushy & wouldn't answer any questions unless we committed to buying with them. (Stay away!!)

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!
2019 Hyundai TUCSON review
Recently purchased a used/leased 2019 Tucson and wanted a stable safe vehicle. For a single person this compact SUV is great. comfortable ride, enough cargo space for groceries. As a metro driver the gas mileage is on par with other vehicles. test drove a crossover and was not happy with the bumpy ride nor the cargo area. Checked having fun with this car, but it is really an about town for errands car.

2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have had zero issues with this car since I bought it in 2022. I only have one complaint that it has to do with a recall. The recall has to do with removing the wiring harness for the trailer hitch but the problem is, there is no replacement wiring harness.

Hassle free, transparent and integrity describe my experience buying a new Hyundai. My sales rep Funke was awesome and took the anxiety out of the car purchase. I was able to get it within a couple of hours also.
2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
The Hyundai Tucson Limited is far beyond other vehicles in the same class. This car has features of luxury cars in an affordable vehicle, and it looks sharp too. If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

Heritage Hyundai Towson review
I had a wonderful experience with Heritage Hyundai. From the beginning, they were extremely helpful, listened to what I needed, and genuinely worked with me to make everything come together. I received a very good price on my vehicle, and I never felt pressured or like I was just another customer. My salesperson was absolutely great. She was patient, helpful, and made the entire experience much easier than I expected. I will always remember how helpful she was and how much effort she put into helping me get into my new vehicle. What stood out most was how comfortable everyone made me feel. By the time everything was finished, I honestly felt like I was among friends rather than sitting in a car dealership. I truly appreciate everything Heritage Hyundai did for me. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but they made it a positive experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that listens, works with you, and treats you with respect. Thank you, Heritage Hyundai! I’m very happy with my new vehicle and grateful for the way I was treated.

I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

2018 Hyundai TUCSON review
Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

Koons Sterling Ford review
Best new car buying experience I've ever had. Great communication and very fast and efficient process. It was definitely worth the 4 hour drive to buy from here
2023 Hyundai TUCSON review
I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

Koons Annapolis Toyota review
All aspects of my experience at Koons Toyota of Annapolis were very good. I have no complaints even after weeks, and the times I've contacted the dealership after our purchase.

Darin was great! Very informative and direct! I happily drove 4 hours from out of state to purchase a limited vehicle! Upon entering the dealership everyones smiles are seen behind their masks!
2025 Hyundai TUCSON review
I just bought it. How would I know how reliable it is? We're used to a car with a V8, but bought this for economy and the warranty. It' slightly underpowered but not a deal breaker. The Auto stop start feature is a royal pain. It's 95+ degrees, We're at a series of long red lights. The engine stops, the A/C is running, the engines heats up, the car starts for the A/C compressor, stops, starts, stops, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, stops, starts, (wasn't that annoying? YES IT IS!) and starts when I release the brakes. This goes on all afternoon. I've worked on cars for 65 years and you will never convince me it won't wear out the battery and starter prematurely. I want that mess disabled. We will put less than 6,000 miles per year on this car. I doubt we saved $,20 in gas compared to a $600 battery/starter replacement bill.

Walked into their dealership on a Saturday morning, and two hours later I got the car I wanted at the price I expected. I also got a fair price on my trade in. Nick and his team made the buying experience very positive. Will return for future business.
2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
I have a 2024 Tuscan XRT .I bought slightly used and now has 17k miles . It has been a fantastic car. Initially wanted the SEL convenience hybrid for the gas mileage but couldn’t justify spending an extra $4-6k to save a few hundred dollars on gas a year. My non- hybrid has gotten amazing gas mileage. Averaging 28-29 mpg mostly stop and go, some highway. Way better than the estimates of 23-28mpg. The EPA estimates are way off ! The Tuscan drives so smooth and so quiet. The 8 speed transmission is amazing! It shifts quickly and so smoothly . The cabin is extremely quiet. I think there is more insulation/ sound proofing than the hybrid versions that try to cut down on weight. You don’t hear any road noise in theTuscan !The suspension is smooth and adsorbs every bump . The most surprising positive is the handling. There is absolutely no body roll and handles like it is on rails! I have owned a lot of vehicles and this handles better than anything in this price range. Handles better than any Subaru, better than the BMWs I have had. Feels like I am driving an Audi A4 which is pretty impressive. The seats are extremely comfortable, the stock radio sounds great, lots of legroom and the passenger and cargo room is amazing. Back seats hold full size adults and the seats recline! The cons. Not very many. The 0-60 could be better. However, it shifts so quick and smoothly you don’t notice any issues with speed/ power. A few reviews say 0-60 in like 9 +seconds . I don’t think this is accurate. My guess is high 7s -low 8 seconds but haven’t tested it. It doesn’t have sports car speed but it sure handles like one. For long drives and a daily driver, I would take the comfort / quietness and handling of Tuscan over a muscle car.

We love our little 2015 Tucson! Perfect size! The car just wraps around me when I get into the driver’s seat. Great little runabout! It is Red and the 2015 Tucson is the most beautiful shade of bright RED! Adorable and substantial car.

2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
I previously had a 2022 Tucson Limited which was flawless, ran like a top, and trouble free.. I have now upgraded to a 2024 Tucson Limited Plug in Hybrid which runs and looks great. This is my 3rd Hyundai. All excellent.
