Outstanding Customer Service!

Please keep an open mind as you begin to read this review, it gets better I promise. I had bought a 2009 Mini Cooper S from Coughlin Hyundai in Heath, Ohio. They did everything they could to get me that vehicle. Sadly the vehicle didn't start after having it for barely a week, Coughlin worked on it and paid for all the expenses considering the circumstances. After having the vehicle back it had to go to the shop again for minor issues, again they took care of everything and helped me out a lot. After getting the vehicle back a second time, it ended up not starting again. Very flustered I called Joe at Coughlin and he helped me get the new Mazda that I am currently driving, no money out of pocket and is towing the Mini Cooper away from my house for free also.
Overall very pleased with how they handled my situation, as awful as it was. They were outstanding and I understand that it was the vehicle that was bad, not them. Even though I bought a vehicle "as is" with no warranty whatsoever, Coughlin helped me get into a new car that I love with no hassle because they understood the situation.
