Excellent from start to finish-starting with Dave,then Tina in online sales-to Ben and Kevin as showroom sales people. I was treated promptly, with great respect and as quickly as possible.
In dealing with Lauren one of the sales managers I was treated with great communication and an understanding of what my needs were. A GREAT JOB was done by all! Kevin handled the delivery superbly-making sure all the 'little ' details were handled well, explaining many features until I was ready to go.
A quick shout out to Kevin in finance as well who took care of the loan and explained everything clearly to me.

We really liked he way it handled on the road going from a bigger SUV it was great. So much so we decided to buy one.
I love the convenience features in this vehicle, and I'm still discovering new ones. The ride is good, and I feel safer in this vehicle than I did in my previous one. The styling is fantastic; I just love the look, and I'm always checking out other brands, but they can't compare. I never thought I'd buy a white vehicle, but when I saw this white Tucson, I was blown away - it looked to me like a sharp tuxedo, only white with black trim. Sharper than sharp!
My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.
I had test driven a Ford C-Max Energi in 2014 and completely fell in love. I knew that was the next car for me. But unfortunately do to timing and circumstances I was not able to buy one. Still, I knew this would be my next car. Whenever I would have a bad day, I would go on Ford’s website and build the car I wanted with all the options and colors choices I wanted. I even saved one of them I had built in a pdf file to reference when I didn’t have internet connection.
This year when Ford announced they would no longer be producing the C-Max in the US I knew it was time for me get my dream car. I went to a local dealership and got the run around. They said since the car isn’t being produced, they can’t get the car with all the options I wanted. They tried to get me to compromise. I felt uncomfortable and pressured into something I didn’t want to do. I left in tears thinking I would never own the Ford C-Max of my dreams.
Then my boyfriend called and said he found a nearly new one in New Hampshire in the exact color with all the options I wanted. He started making the calls on my behalf. Craig the sales representative was always available and even though the transaction was made across states, made me feel like I was sitting right in front of him. The entire Portsmouth team did their best to answer all my questions. Signing the paperwork was seamless and easy. They even set up delivery from NH to TX. When my car arrived before I thought it would, I was overjoyed and estatic.
Thank you for everything you did to make my dream a reality. You really are the best. I’m a Portsmouth customer for life.

We had been looking for an SUV that we could just slide in and out without much effort. We have had multiple joint replacements and it's not easy getting in and out of something low or high. This Tuscon is great for us! My husband researched a lot of SUV's on the market. Price, headroom, looks, safety, and the excellence ratings for the dealership are what sold us.
I was looking for a Subaru Forester to replace my 10 year old vehicle and chose Autofair for the close proximity to where I live. I was greeted by Serg Orlov when I arrived and he asked what he could help me with. I told him I wanted a new Forester and that I had researched the car models and options and knew what I wanted. I told him I wanted to drive one first and go to my home to ensure it fit in my garage which he happily obliged. Once we returned we went over all the packages of options and he searched for what I wanted. I wanted a blue one and that was nonnegotiable. I knew that meant I may have to alter my options to suit their inventory and I was fine with that because a few items I had not decided on. We found a few and I chose the one that best suited my needs. I was able to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted and got it for a price I felt comfortable with. Serg was very nice to work with. He answered my questions and worked with me to find me the car I wanted. I would recommend the dealership and Serg. I was happy to not have to go around to other dealerships to find what I wanted. Everyone we worked with there was helpful and they seemed like a family that worked well together. I look forward to dealing with them for my service needs. After being a 5 time Saturn owner I was not looking forward to having to negotiate to get what I wanted (at Saturn everyone paid the same price for the same car and options so buying was easy and less stressful). Serg made it a wonderful buying experience.

This SUV never stops impressing me with the way it handles the weather & terrain that I drive it in & on . I have the Limited so it does a LOT of things others don’t . The headlights moving around the turns & up & down the hills helps me see much better then regular lights have on other cars . I’m handycaped so the comfort of the vehicle has surpassed my expectations. I Love this Tucson more everyday.
This car has met my expectations 100%. In addition the dealership has been fantastic during the purchase and subsequent routine service visits. As a long time Ford owner I’ve discovered I can get everything I had in my previous cars, plus. My next car will be another Hyundai, and my dealership will be Shawnee Mission Hyundai.
I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted. Mike helped me select the perfect truck. The rest of the process was super easy. Thank you so much!!

I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.
We purchased a 2017 from Salem Ford and it was the most stressless auto purchasing we have ever done.
Mike King was very knowledgable about the truck and answered all of our questions. Showed us all of the functions of the trucks vast electronics.
The financing was flawless and painless as well. Great finance manager even took the time to talk to our insurance company to get us insured because we forgot to do that.
We have nothing but praise for this team.
Keep up the great work.

I lease the car from Lex, I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle, the car has had 3 gear boxes and still doesn’t work properly, today it got stuck in second as I entered a motorway. I’ve also been locked in the car with my family and I was locked out of the car with my 2 year old daughter stuck inside.
Hyundai have completely dismissed me.
I’m terrified that the car will catch fire and my family will be stuck inside the car.
Wonderful salesperson, Dan, made buying our used car a stress free experience. He was pleasant, friendly, and knew his business inside and out. The communication was excellent and we felt secure and confident throughout the entire procedure. He was informative, but not pushy. We will definitely head back there for our next car!

It has the space of a SUV but the style and comfort of a car .. It has AWD which is key with the New England winters
It also has Bluetooth for both hands free and streaming
The purchase was very easy no haggling over price. Very smooth transaction. My salesman mike Saltman was very nice and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. There was no pressure from him and got me the deal I was looking for

This car is exactly what I was looking for, its practically brand new, it has all the space I need, it has the back up cam and sensors that I really do need,
So the facility is small and can’t rival the amenities of a large name brand dealership but Auto Choice of Peabody (same owner, different location as Middleton) made the car buying experience very comfortable. No high pressure or conniving tactics; just an honest man who cares about his name’s reputation.

This car is nicer then I was expecting. Could be quieter inside. Would also like to have the backup camera feature. Other then that a zippy SUV!
I spent 15 years in the car business so, knowing what I know about the process, it makes it very unpleasant for me to buy a car. Grimard's treated me with respect, I never worried for a moment weather or not I was being scammed. They took real good care of me after the sale too. I just took my daughter there for her first car, and she couldn't be happier.

This car was meeting my needs but just went over 100000 miles and it is in shop with Motor issues beware. I only had it 3 and half years and still paying on it and now I don't even have a car to drive.
This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. He was very personable and certainly made us feel like we were talking with an old friend. We would highly recommend David and all of the Michaud TEAM to any perspective car buyers. (In fact, we have already referred him to our daughter and son-in-law!)

Only car I drove before diving right in to a decision. Love the Hyundai cars. Tucson my
main choice. SUV is better than a sedan for me.
I visited this used auto dealership a little apprehensively - had recently gone to a dealership specializing in used inventory and my experience was not much to write about. From the time I met with general manager Justin DesPres to the end of my visit I could not have been more impressed! Although I did not leave having made a purchase, its my intention to do so in the next 7 days (had to firm up some details before purchase). Justin is clearly prepared to do business - he was much more motivated and knowledgeable than the previous place I visited.

There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. Will definitely be buying from here in the future. They're willing to work with you if you don't have the best credit, and most importantly, they're just honest and transparent. Two very important things when spending tens of thousands of dollars.

It meets my needs and it is styled reasonably well for the year and price point. Today it is not the smoothest or quietest ride, but it is still a good vehicle.
I wish the entertainment system was better and Hyundai should really start supporting some limited firmware updates to keep it operating well for longer.
2 engine replacements in less than year and a half

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
