My wife and I were looking to expand to a bigger vehicle. The Tucson was an easy choice. It’s a great looking design, plenty of seating, plenty of trunk space, and awesome on gas mileage. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The only thing that was a downer is the Hyundai 100k mile warranty is non-applicable to the second owner.
John and Barry were not only professional but also very honest. They would not allow me to over extend my budget. They worked with what I had and provided results. Hell they done me one better and helped me get the exact truck Ive always wanted. On a side note: parts and service were honest and didnt force add ons down my thoat. They lrovided me third party options to meet my budget. Thank you bud clary of auburn.

Very good car! Great control and looks awesome!
Panoramic sunroof on the Limited trim is just fabulous! Kids love it.
Very reliable overall.
The driving is very responsive and spacious enough for a family of 4.
Took many roadtrips - never a problem.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I love my new car!! I never test drove it or researched the specs but from day one I was impressed with the way it rides smooth, updated features inside and out. I have been recommending that everyone purchase one.
Missing cargo mat that was in the pictures. Never disclose that there was Only 1 set key which is &500 to buy. I understand it’s a used car but still need to tell buyers what comes with the car. The salesman was awesome. Kasra was very friendly.

This is my second Hyundai. I owned it for fifteen years. Never had a problem just the maintenance. I love these cars. Everyone should own one.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

This car has great legroom and is excellent for toting around plenty of items and people. I use the car primarily for commuting long distances in both the city and on the highway. The vehicle handles well and the car's electronic features (rearview camera, dashboard display, etc.) are very beneficial.
I was recently in the market to purchase a new car so I stopped into Milam Mazda and I was greeted by Chris Wodjenski. Instantly he made me feel at ease with the process of purchasing a new car. He's very knowledgeable about every model and options. After looking at a few cars I decided to go with the Mazda 3 Hatchback. I highly recommend you stop in and talk with Chris Wodjenski. 2 engine replacements in less than year and a half

This vehicle is a piece of junk do not buy. 2 engine replacements bad hoses and possibly the tranny going already. Only good thing is the free towing for 100k so you can drop this junker off at the nearest Hyundai for repairs.
I bought a new Volt. The sales reps were not able to answer some of my questions and when the car was picked up it was still dirty with scuff marks. There was glue on the inside of the window from the sticker.

This car has everything and more that I could possibly want especially the safety package. Very quiet ride and the blue link feature is great!

This car was meeting my needs but just went over 100000 miles and it is in shop with Motor issues beware. I only had it 3 and half years and still paying on it and now I don't even have a car to drive.
Buying a car from here was the best experience I’ve ever had! I have been taken advantage of in the past, but from the moment I spoke to my salesman Kelvin it was different. This was the first time I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of and the whole process was fast, but without me feeling rushed or pressured! I lease the car from Lex, I’ve had it for 2 years now and I’ve had nothing but problems with this vehicle, the car has had 3 gear boxes and still doesn’t work properly, today it got stuck in second as I entered a motorway. I’ve also been locked in the car with my family and I was locked out of the car with my 2 year old daughter stuck inside.
Hyundai have completely dismissed me.
I’m terrified that the car will catch fire and my family will be stuck inside the car.
This car has met my expectations 100%. In addition the dealership has been fantastic during the purchase and subsequent routine service visits. As a long time Ford owner I’ve discovered I can get everything I had in my previous cars, plus. My next car will be another Hyundai, and my dealership will be Shawnee Mission Hyundai.
Leonardo is a really nice guy. No pressure was very pleasant. I recommend my friends and families to Doug's Hyundai Dealerships in Lynnwood. Very nice experience. Sunny in finance was fast with no pressure.

I previously drove the 2006 Tucson and it gave me years of reliable service. The 2017 Tucson is a vastly improved model, with a much smoother ride and features like Bluetooth, charge ports for electronics, options for multiple radio stations and a one-touch system to raise and lower the back seats. The cargo space is much better and more spacious, although the overall dimensions of the car are roughly the same. I can put a piece of plywood in the back deck or comfortably transport five adults. I can split the seats and pack my skis and still have lots of room in the back seat.
I test drove a few cars with my girlfriend with the assistance of Leonardo Rojas. Leonardo was really nice and helpful by providing information, suggestions, and allowing us to test drive unaccompanied. Though I ultimately ended up purchasing a different type of car elsewhere, I appreciated Leonardo's assistance.

This vehicle has met all my needs so far have only had it a few moths. At first I didn't want all the extras but am actually glad I have e them now
This is a great and best car. The only problem I have is that all the hard plastic keeps falling without being hit or anything. When taken to the dealer. They do not budge thus have the change to keep the car looking great. Every part when coming to changing cost arm and leg.
