I went to the lot looking for a car they had posted on their website but when I got there, I wasn't impressed with it. I ended up driving several of their other cars and decided on something completely different. The buying process took less than 30 mins. Everyone was super helpful and efficient. I would definitely recommend this business and these employees to anyone looking to buy a car.
First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!
Bar-none, this was the best experience purchasing a vehicle. I didn't even have to enter the dealership! Found the exact car I wanted on-line, contacted the dealer, worked with James on a few phone calls and took possession of the car the next day, even brought the car to me and picked up my trade. Terrific customer service, I missed initialing one of the papers, and he brought it to me the next day at my office. Seth met me in the parking lot. I had hit a deer and totaled my car, so I was in a "situation". I explained my financing, credit, and payment options. We looked at a used car, and I even test drove it. When I returned to the dealership, I was told I couldn't get approved for a used car, but could get approved for a 2018. I was shocked! Needless to say, I came out with a better deal than I had planned. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience!
Noah greeted me in the car lot as I was looking, typical thing to happen at a dealership. However at no time while talking to Noah did I ever feel pressured, obligated or judged. That was a great feeling of relief and allowed me to enjoy my car buying experience unlike most sales members that I have dealt with in the past. Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience

I went on the Hyundai website to set up my BlueLink. Somehow, this generated a test drive request which was sent to Ty at Paramount Hyundai. Ty called me to set up my test drive. The funny part is, I live on Long Island and I had no intentions of test driving a car, especially in North Carolina. I called Ty back to tell him that I was just trying to set up my BlueLink and am not in the market for a new vehicle. He asked me what issue I was having and has been helping me ever since. We are on our second day of trying to fix the issue and he has been more than willing to go the extra mile to help me out. I can't tell you how grateful I am that there are people in the world like Ty that are trustworthy and willing to help out. He owes me nothing. He won't get anything out of helping me, however, he is going above and beyond to figure this out with me. He's a great guy!

Everyone is great while “selling” the car. However, Formula One and my sales person, Tina, did an amazing job throughout the entire process. From the time I walked in the door to receiving my permanent tag in the mail. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an upscale vehicle.
