I have never had such an easy, pleasant car buying experience! Craig, our sales person, was knowledgeable, likeable, and accommodating. He made us fair offers, both for my trade and for the purchase price of my new vehicle. The process was quick, and the level of customer service was on par with that which one would expect from a luxury car dealership. I left BMW of Salem with a smile on my face, and I will gladly return for future purchases!!

Performance is not what I expected though. But everything else is very nice and smooth ride. I would buy again until the day I die.

I've owned about 20 new vehicles and sold cars for 22 years, did a ton on research and ended up with the Caligraphy, it gives you so many features I wanted for a reasonable price. The engine is great and has plenty of power, great stereo, great highway cruiser as well. I have 32k miles, Hyundai has covered all my maintenance, and no warranty claims so far. Great Value! I have normally owned Toyota and Honda but wanted some features they either didn't have or I would have had to go to Lexus or Acura and pay way more for what I wanted.

I have owned or leased about 12 new Hyundais and about 40 new cars in my lifetime. As I am getting on in years and don’t drive that much I think this will be the last car I will own. That said, I am more satisfied with this car than I have ever owned. The only thing that I am not happy with is the push button transmission. I much prefer the conventional shift lever. If something should happen to this car, I would replace it with another exactly like this one. A niggling point is the placement of the charging pad. It is easy to lose something down there but can be retrieved with a shop vac. No big deal.

Jeff was extremely helpful in helping me understand the workings of the car which a prior salesman had never done. This made me feel comfortable driving off the lot knowing what to expect from my new car. I would definitely use Jeff again.

We are in our 70's and wanted a car that had blind spot protection with great window visability, a good sized GPS map, keyless entry, and good fuel economy. Also, it has good space in trunk with fold down rear seats. At 51,000 miles we have had no issues.

Our Kona SEL is stunning to look at. The included technology in the car and the app make it so enjoyable. It is so quiet when driving. We only have 572 miles on it and MTN VIEW HYUNDAI will check on it at 1000 miles. Great warranty too. This replaces a 2006 PT Cruiser. We are very happy with this car and dealership!

The car I wanted sold 15 minutes before I got there. However this dealership went above and beyond. They had two other similar cars pulled out and waiting for me when I arrived. They also called me when another couple started to look at the car I had made an appointment to test drive, giving me the opportunity to save myself the drive. The staff was very helpful and professional. If they hadn't sold the one I wanted, I would have enjoyed giving them my business. Everything was clean. Staff was very knowledgeable.

Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

I came here to buy a used car. Most of the used cars had 10 year 100K mile warranty, and it is truly included with the used car. Most places I have been try to sell you it after you already agreed to a price. Here they had the warranty included. Best place I have ever purchased a used car from. I will be back!

Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

Process was reasonably fast and low pressure. Got the exact car I wanted. Raised my opinion of car shopping and car sales people in general.

I've had this vehicle limited fwd edition over a year now and it's still awesome as the first day I bought it. Smoother ride and quieter ride than the Honda CRV or the Toyota RAV4. I love that it has GDI and multiport injection which the competition does not. I also love that it has a regular transmission and not a CVT. This vehicle comes with all the luxuries my old Cadillacs had plus a lot more features. This car has plenty of pick up and go. You just have to learn to push down on the accelerator not punch it. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the small SUV class. Cause believe me I test drove them all, and this was by far the quietest smoothest ride and most comfortable car that I test drove.

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. So far so good..recently bought a,2022 limited awd..I like the drive and tho the tech took awhile to figure it out it worlks..granted economy could be better and cup holders a bit larger but overall a good value after driven it 5k.

Have been very happy with car in both performance and reliability. Only negative is the rear wiper. It does not clear the rear window enough.

I am definitely satisfied with my 2011 Sante Fe Limited 😁 I have exactly 195404 miles on it, no warning lights are on, and it’s super fast for a mid sized suv. Tomorrow will be the ultimate test I’m driving from California to New Orleans Tomorrow almost 2000 miles 😳😩so I will be back with another review once I reach my destination.

Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle. The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.
