This testimonial is well over due! My experience started almost 15 years ago as a little kid seeing my parents come home with a new car, from Tom Pappas Toyota of course. I never understood why they???ve bought approximately 4-5 cars from Pappas until it was my turn to buy as a 18 year old teenager ready to make my first major purchase. I of course had to use Mark Garner because well, that???s who my parents trusted and referred. I bought a 2009 Scion tC, which meant no way to negotiate which meant pure pricing back then! I???ve had my ups and downs with my tc, bought her July 3, 2008. lets fast forward and talk about what seemed to me a very simple recall, regarding my car burning through a ton of oil, not good with cars but that???s the English version. I remember calling Chris Banks in a panic because my car was driving very ???rocky???. Of course he knew about the recall, told me to drive it up to so many miles so they can track the consumption per Toyota to figure out my issue. I drove away, got 1 minute away and freaked out! Called Chris and he said please come back and go from there. He was so good with keeping me calm and explaining the issues. Come to find out I almost blew a rod, what ever that meant, found out could have destroyed my engine and my car would essentially be non drivable. Chris immediately put me in a loaner and said he would look at her in more depth. Make a long story short, the oil piston recall if I???m using correct terms resulted in the damage. The damage would cost me roughly $7,000 in repairs including labor and rental. I was in no state of mind to drop that kind of money, she???s been paid off for roughly 2 years at this time. Oh and she unfortunely was not worth $7,000. This is where Kyle, Chris, myself and the Vice President which I believe was Tom Pappas son had a private conversation with how we were going to resolve this unepected surprise. Most dealerships would hand me the 1-800 number and say take it up with Toyota, because it???s a Toyota recall, not the dealerships issue. When I say this dealership went above and beyond, that would be an understatement. My out of pocket expense cost me nothing, they figured out the repair cost directly with Toyota! I remember Kyle calling me with the news and I was so happy and appreciative! They easily could have started the whole conversation with buying a new car but they didn???t. They recognized the many many years of loyalty myself and my parents had to Tom Pappas! I tell this story to a lot of people when buying/servicing their vehicle to go straight to Tom Pappas! Tom Pappas I really hope you recognize your team, I???ve never had any negative experience with any of your staff members. Do I have my go to favorites, well of course! Without those people, who knows what kind of car I???d be driving or how much debt I???d be in! As much as I???m dreading buying a new car, I just can???t listen to other people recommending dealerships and sales people to me. I laugh and smile and respond with telling them I have my people and place to buy my next car! Biggest shout out to Mark Garner who I bought my first car from, Chris banks who is always there to answer my silly odd questions and of course goes above and beyond without question, to Kyle who is service supervisor who went to battle with Toyota regarding my major car repair, to the Vice President at the time, I???m sorry I don???t recall his name, young fella who was extremely helpful as well! The service and attention to my needs were way above and beyond the normal car buying experience. The sales person --Matt Sanders-- was Amazing. I set the appointment up with him for my elderly parents, 81 & 75 yrs . I explained prior what they were looking for. He was so understanding and patient with my parents . Just Amazing service hands down . I'm 57 and was the best car buying experience of my life, My parents said the same thing. Between us 3 , we are talking about 40+ car buying experiences. So I can tell you , if you shopping for a new car, Matt Sanders at St. Charles Nissan is the one you want. This is not normal for me to even fill out review, much less a review with such praise. Take it for what it's worth. Ask for Matt Sanders and you also will find yourself wanting to praise the service you receive.

Reason I came to St. Charles Nissan was service department is the best in the St. Louis area! So I wanted to look at buying a new/used truck, and Scott Riley was our salesperson. First and foremost Scott was very professional and courtesy and extremely knowledgeable. He immediately pulled the used trucks on the lot and showed us several, then offered to show us a mid-size truck (Frontier) I was skeptical since I've only owned full size trucks but we looked at 10 to 12 trucks and even a few new 2017's still on the lot. Scott let us test drive the Frontier and I felt the Frontier would be ideal solution to my next truck. Scott went above and beyond in working with us to get the right price, and getting a fair price for my trade in. This was by far the best experience I've had in buying a new vehicle. I would highly recommend Scott to any of my family members or friends. Again Scott thanks for all of your help on my purchase of a 2018 Frontier.

Chuck Lucas was our sales person, and he was amazing! He treated us like family, and that made us feel like we were exactly where we needed to be. One of the first things he told us was that he is a Christian, and he feels called to make sure that his customer's car buying experience is a positive and blessed one. He was in no way pushy, and even asked more than once if we had any questions or concerns about the vehicle. Before I test drove a car, I explained to Chuck that we had just been discharged from a 5-year bankruptcy. I needed to let him know about that up front, because I knew financing would be a problem due to our credit situation. I did not want to waste his time or ours, if the dealership did not deal with people that have credit issues. Chuck told me that they are a family-owned and operated business, and they understand that life is not easy, and that hardships arise. At no time were my husband and I made the feel uncomfortable due to our credit situation. The finance department did a great job of getting our credit approved, and our payment where it needed to be. I would 100% recommend the Dick Dean Subaru team, and when it is time for another vehicle we will be back.

We went in to purchase a 2016 Hyundai Sonata. We had been to other dealers and had some price commitments and Dean Team was the final stop. We met with Justin who showed us the car we wanted, immediately set us up with a test drive and, once back from that, we discussed the price. Having been elsewhere and discussed pricing at a couple other places I knew what I wanted to pay. Justin didn't mess around. We quickly agreed on the price, signed some papers and were on our way. When we have bought cars in the past we would be able to agree on a price but then have to wait forever to be able to get into the finance manager and finalize everything (last car we bought at another dealer was 2+hrs wait time just to get in to see the finance guy). Adam, the finance manager we worked with, got us in pretty much right away and only kept us in his office for around 15 minutes or so (this also included personal chatting, he is also a really nice guy). This is the least amount of time I have had to spend at a dealership in order to purchase a car. Total time was probably less than an hour. To be able to be out this quickly is nothing short of amazing and impressive. Also, Adam was very nice and quickly explained everything to us. Overall Justin was straightforward with us, honest and completely helpful. Also, no real pressure at all. After we got the car home we had some issues getting the vehicle registered on the MyHyundai page and signing up for the BlueLink service (which came with a trial). I sent Justin an email about it and he took care of it very quickly. If looking to buy a Hyundai in the St. Louis area I really don't think you can do better then Justin and Adam at Dean Team!

When I placed inquiry online into Sam's auto buying program, I had calls and emails from at least 5 different Hyndai dealers within minutes. From my first conversation with Jacob, I could tell he was different from the rest. I talked to several dealers who gave me canned dealer responses while Jacob truly listened to me, answered my questions, and gained by trust over email and phone...to the point where I drove 30 miles, passed at least one other Hyundai dealer, to Dean Team. I was a little concerned about financing since we were buying two cars for two teens when we already had auto loans. But, he helped me with financing pre-approval before my visit to shorten my time at the dealership since time is a commodity. When it came time to make a deal I was presented a fair price and generous trade in values. And even purchasing two cars we able to get everything done in an evening AND make it out for dinner before going home. Jacob and the Dean Team exceeded my expectations. I don't foresee a need for another new car in the near future....but I will certainly be referring anyone who in the market.

I wanted to express how great my buying experience was at St. Louis Acura. This is my second Acura from them and the process was even better than my first more than a decade ago. I've been an Acura/Honda fan for almost 20 years. The reliability and premium feel is rock solid and this dealership end of the experience completely matched expectations. They were great to work with on my trade (specifically compared to Audi Creve Coeur which basically tried to steal my car), and sales manager David Michiaels was both sensitive and knowledgeable about my particular credit variables. The whole process so much less painful than it's ever been. I wanted also to personally shout out Jesse Griffin, my salesperson. Quite honestly, if not for him I wouldn't be in this car (2018 TLX A-Spec SH-AWD). My plan was to continue driving more vehicles. I was at a point where I had even kinda lost my yearn for the Acura side of the brand; Jesse helped me find that again. He was also great at speaking to me much more like a friend than a salesperson. I hate to be sold -- hate it! And I've always despised the whole car-buying process because it feels like you're doing combat. It wasn't like that at all. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the cars, the dealership, the competition, and even other brands -- quite honestly something that salespeople who have been around for 20+ years have kinda given up on. And best was when he didn't know (rare) he would learn rather than just spitting back an answer. I've had other salespeople blatantly lie because they didn't want to appear like they didn't know. Jesse didn't sell me anything; he and I talked while I worked through the process for myself; he was there to help. For me, that's what all salespeople should aspire to. I wouldn't rate the rest of the dealership experience quite as high, but it was still up there. I've never purchased a vehicle from Leta, but I've tried to look there and I can tell you it's a night and day difference. I have purchased from Plaza and St. Louis Acura has them beat by a mile. Post-sales service also means a lot to me. I had to return for a few things agreed upon during the sale and the Service department experience just continued the pleasantness of this process. In all, I am loving this dealership and give it the highest marks. If you???re considering an Acura, I don???t think there???s a better place to go.

I rented this car for a 3 day trip while my car was in the body shop. It was the only midsize sedan option available. I’ve had a lot of experience with Hyundai via a friend and his shop. The shop owner and his family love Hyundai for their reliability and they find them fun. I’ve driven most Hyundai’s and Kia’s as a result. This made me think this would be an ok car for trip. This Sonata is very much a base model. The 2.4L engine does an acceptable job getting the car up to speed for merging onto the highway. You don’t need to put your foot all the way in to get up to speed. That said; the power does feel lacking compared to other cars in the segment. The steering feel was surprisingly good. I keep the car in “Sport” mode the entire time for the steering feel alone. There is a nice amount of feedback when you push the car into a corner. The seats were adequate. My passenger and I never had a case of “numb bum” from the drive. The cabin is relatively quiet and comfortable. It’s no luxury vehicle by any stretch but it is well laid out and doesn’t leave you hunting for controls. The infotainment screen is lack lustre but does work. It’s a bit small compared to the basic offerings from Mazda or Honda. With the amount of real estate on the dash, fitting a larger screen shouldn’t have been a problem. The upper materials are soft touch while the lowers are hard plastic. Hyundai did a good job of hiding the hard plastics though. You likely wouldn’t even notice the difference in materials if someone didn’t point them out. The back seats have a good amount of leg room. If I had back passengers, I’m sure they wouldn’t complain. Overall, not a bad vehicle. This base model did a great job for the weekend and I would rent one again. I would even consider a better spec’d version for a daily car.

My name is Melanie and I have purchased (4) Mazda starting in 2006. My 1st Mazda was purchased from Randy Blount Dealership. I live in north city so after Randy Blount closed I chose this location because of the accessibility from home and work just in case a car problems ever occurred. I have owned each new model 2006 Mazdza 6i, 2009 Mazda 6 , 2010 CX-7 , & presently a 2015 CX5. And because of my purchases I have had more encounters for service with Shawn. I had a battery problem on January 9,and Shawn DeGrasso who I have chosen as my service advisor took care my issue. Over the years he has always been friendly, been patience, & he listens and is always professional. I received an email from Mazda Customer Service Survey and answered it on January 13 and Shelly Adams did a follow up call regarding my service yesterday. I want management to recognize Shawn's worth because he knows I have had some very unique issues with all my car purchases. I have learned to respect his knowledge with my car concerns and I believe he believes my concerns as being legitimate. Because who wants to come a dealership unnecessarily (smile). Also, over the years I had the pleasure to have some car issues solved from Glen and Bruce regarding some defects. Finally , the office personnel, and other associates, & parts department have been outstanding, too. Great Job!!!

Great smaller SUV for the money. Everything you need in a car without the extra cost in gas. AWD, dependable, comfortable, blue tooth, backup camera, stylish, lots of room, etc. Highly recommended!

Was time for another vehicle, so I called Chuck, who I worked with 2 years ago to purchase my 2016 CX5. This time I was looking for something slightly used as a secondary vehicle. While Lou Fusz was my first call, it wasn???t my only call, but as far as having what I wanted at the price I was looking to spend, Lou Fusz Mazda was the place to go. I was in and out in what seemed like no time at all. Chuck and Corey were very fast and friendly. Additional thumbs up to the service department who managed to squeeze me in for an oil change on my CX5 while I was there, despite the fact that I didn???t have an appointment. Will definitely be going back to Lou Fusz when I need another car! Excellent job everyone :)

So far, I've only had it for 3 weeks, the only thing I would change would be the alarm set sound, it sounds anemic, like what you would expect from a little old cat, not a mid size SUV.

Just purchased my 5th Hyundai since 2003 and 4th at Napleton (Munganast). I've owned 3 Sonatas and now 2 Santa Fe Sports. I've never had a bad experience in Sales or Service at this dealership and it was nice to see familiar faces. My sales guy, Billy, was most helpful and was able to get me a great deal on my new purchase. I appreciated his taking care of my many requests. Kyle, in finance, was easy to work with and got me out the door quickly and painlessly. The touch screen set up with my iPhone and instructions, with a helping hand by Weldon Streeter, was great too! I know I will always recommend Napleton Hyundai to my friends and family and remain a loyal return customer. Thanks to Billy and the Team!

Great service and customer service from Jeff Johnson. Even the car wash was Great! I also talked to Greg Patton about a possible future sale when the Santa Cruz finally makes it's appearance at the dealerships. Greg also was very friendly. Only question I have has to do with the purchase of my Tucson from formerly Mungenast Hyundai. When I purchased the vehicle I was told I have 10 coupons for $25 off service or oil changes. When I brought the Tucson to former dealer they would automatically deduct the coupon when the work was finished. The problem is there never was any tangible coupons. I would like to know if in the future I will get to use the coupons that I was given on purchase agreement. All oil changes on the Tucson have been done at this establishment and should show on my service records. Also I have a 100,000 mile warranty $0 deductible bought with the purchase of the Tucson that I would like conformation that it will be honored as well. Thank You, Dennis

I agree with first reviewer about the Palisade. It has a less boxy look than the Kia Telluride but the ride is nice, with not much outside noise. All the safety devices included in the top model make this my choice when the Palisade I ordered finally arrives at the dealer.

We had in mind a date that would work for us to replace our 2006 Prius that had 213k miles on it. I kept tabs on all the local area dealers for a red 2018. As the choices narrowed, I got in contact with Cody Pavish by email. He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there.

I've owned this car for two years and no issues. Cabin is quiet and roomy. The ultimate has tons of buttons for those that like to push things. Heated/ventilated front seats on bottom cushion and back cushion. Heated rear seats. Pull up window visors in rear windows to keep sun out. Full length sun roof with retractable electric cover. Adaptive cruise control is wonderful on long trips. Heating steering wheel. To many options to list that you would only find on a 60,000 dollar BMW or Lexus. Only change I would recommend is OEM touring tire instead of performance tires. This car is more luxury than performance in my opinion and the touring tires I replaced with OEM tires provide a much smoother ride and better traction. This car in turbo should have AWD. I have a front wheel drive and I can easily spin the tires so plenty of power to spare.

I loved my 2007 Toyota Matrix. There was only one problem. It had a manual transmission and my left knee is shot. (That happens when you get old.) I looked at CRVs, HRVs, RAV4s, Highlanders, and realized all I really wanted was a Matrix with an automatic transmission. Enter Jeff, Emmanuel, and Travis at Lou Fusz Used Toyota. They had a 2009 Matrix with only 35,000 miles on it! Nineteen times the original owner had it serviced, not because of mileage, but because of the dates. They offered me a fair trade-in value for my old machine, cleared the outstanding balance, and set me up with a sweet car. My payment went up $60 per month. My insurance costs rose 86 cents every six months. Where's the downside? How can such a bargain exist, you ask? Look up the color called Sundance Metallic. It is the same color as Autumn Squash soup at Panera's. Folks can sure see me coming, but I'm inside, so I'm cool with it!

This is the perfect SUV. Plenty of room. Great power and performance. Stylish and beautifully equipped. Fuel efficient and a real pleasure to drive. I researched al the models and this was the one that hit all the right buttons.
