Used INFINITI Q50 for sale near Elburn, IL

We were a little nervous about making a 3 hr road trip to look at a Grand Cherokee but, they were one of the few places that had what we were looking for. Which is unfortunatly the reality today. We spoke with Nathan from the interenet who got us all the information we needed and more. Upon arrival James was our salesman. Truely nice guy who explained things about the vehicle and was wonderful about answering our questions. The whole process was smooth. James kept us informed and things moving along. Everyone we encountered from sales manager, to finance, to store manager were very nice and gracious. The only thing that we did not care for is that when a car is sold the music is CRANKED and COW BELLS are rang. but the killer was the horns from the vehicles within the show room were honked right where we were sitting. I get that your creating a vibe but, come on. Its just one little thing that otherwise was a great experience. Thanks so much James!

This car rocks. The only maintenance I've done on this car is for oil changes, new tires and windshield wipers. Has never broken, has never needed any repairs - none. Superb handling, excellent power, intuitive controls and excellent visibility. Audio system is excellent too. The only drawback I've experienced is the trunk - it's little. However, the rear seats fold down independently and larger items can go in the trunk if you don't mind folding down one or both of the rear seats. I traded my 2017 Jaguar XE twin turbo sedan for this car and I have no regrets. Some posts have indicated that Infiniti isn't what it used to be - and they're right, This brand is exceedingly better than it used to be. Just my two cents.

Beautiful car. Many good features. Bought certified used. Rear brakes had to be replaced 9 months after I bought it. Had only driven it for 2000 miles. We’re the breaks missed when being certified? Don’t know but the dealership replaced when asked to do so at no cost buT we had to insist it was their problem no ours. Also had to have the front rotors replaced (we weren’t charged. The only problem I had was the dealership wouldn’t give us a receipt to prove the work was done.

Not a review writer, but had to share the great experience. Went to multiple dealers and left frustrated with lack of willingness to deal or even return a call. This was not the case with Chicago auto place. Robert made the whole transaction super simple with zero pressure. Car needed a few small items and he took care of them with out question and had the car ready a day before I was expecting it. Robert was able to match my private bank low APR. Hello there. This is my first time driving a twin-turbo vehicle. I must say, I am quite impressed with the power and performance of this car. It feels similar to the power of my previous vehicles, a 2020 PP2 5.0 Premium and a 2022 5.0 Premium with 460 horsepower. The all-wheel drive launches are particularly enjoyable, and the car handles nimbly in traffic. I appreciate the spacious and comfortable interior of the Q50. It feels like a luxurious living room, and the 16-speaker Bose sound system provides beautiful and clear sound. I often find myself sitting in the car just to listen to music. Overall, I am very pleased with the Infiniti Q50. It is a powerful, comfortable, and enjoyable car to drive. I am glad I finally decided to purchase one, and I do not think I will ever part with it. Drives and handles very well on the road. The only surprise was during purchase. I expected it to have a Bose sound system like my G35 had, and the automatic front seat and steering column. On my G35 these two systems moved in unison and had memory for the position of the seat and steering column that could be set for two different drivers. The only other thing is the absence of a spare tire. Those run flat tires ride very hard and are not cost effective for owners.

This car has been great so far, lots of safety, decent amount of tech some of it a little dated, the car is pretty quick with the twin turbos, it drives and handles great. Interior is comfy with a fair amount of legroom and a decent amount of trunk space.

Love the roominess inside and the way it drives so much that I purchased a second time. It has more noise than some, but I don't find it unpleasant and it is much improved from prior years. Tested another car that was so quiet that it felt strange. I like a little sound when driving. Find it soothing actually. This car feels much roomier inside than others.
