Stevinson Hyundai of FrederickReviews
Stevinson Hyundai of Frederick review
I found my very clean and pretty Acura RDX at Stevinson Hyundai on a website. My sales host, Arian called me and the process was very smooth and wonderful. They did only have 1 finance guy onsite so, I had to wait a while, but overall, wonderful experience. Arian was knowledgeable, kind and very attentive. He felt so bad that I had to wait so long to sign my purchasing agreement but did everything to make me more comfortable. I'll be back for sure.

Car is a pleasure to drive and has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want. Very pleased I decided to by an Infiniti over any of the many other cars available.

Always do good work on the service side. Dealership is a bit run down, and not in the best neighborhood. Jeffrey was very responsive and helpful.
2020 INFINITI QX50 review
I love the interior very comfortable seats very stylish exterior ,ride is good. My complain are those 19 inch Run flat tires are very loud . I will be replacing it with a regular tires probably a Perelli or Michellin tires. Brakes were service because it makes a tapping noise because it needs lubrication after 38000 miles .Over all This car is reliable . Just do regular maintainance and everything will be fine.

INFINITI OF DENVERReviews
INFINITI OF DENVER review
I had an outstanding service experience with Infiniti. My vehicle needed a routine oil change, and I also wanted an unusual noise investigated, which turned out to be a wheel bearing issue. What made the experience especially impressive was the convenience and level of customer care. Infiniti arranged to deliver a complimentary loaner vehicle directly to my home and pick up my vehicle for service. This was an incredibly thoughtful touch that made the entire process completely hassle-free. My service advisor, Clark, was exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way, clearly communicated the findings and recommended repairs, and maintained complete transparency throughout the process. From start to finish, the professionalism, communication, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. It's refreshing to experience this level of customer service. Many thanks to Clark and the entire Infiniti service team for going above and beyond. Truly a first-class experience!

These folks were awesome when purchasing my Volvo and fixing my Toyota Solara. I highly recommend them. Check the out if you are looking for a car. There is no negotiation but if you see the same vehicle cheaper they will typically meet that price.
2020 INFINITI QX50 review
The vehicle is somewhat underpowered, would have been better served with the stronger, 3 liter twin turbo that comes in the Q50 (my wife has this vehicle). Also, the heated outside mirrors should be STANDARD equipment, this more important than apple car play or illuminated kick plates.

The staff and Mike Ward Infiniti always takes great care of my 2008 EX35. I bring my car to them from Colorado Springs for maintenance. Arend Macinko checked out a headlight sensor which is now working. This visit, while waiting for my car, I test drove a QX50 and QX55. Ashley Rodriguez-Terrazas was excellent in explaining all the features of each car. Ashley gave me a brochure for each so I can decide on which features I want on my car. Excellent Service! Thank You

2021 INFINITI QX50 review
For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

2021 INFINITI QX50 review
All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.

Rickenbaugh INFINITIReviews
Rickenbaugh INFINITI review
We are currently driving our sixth Infiniti purchased from Rickenbaugh. I will never choose another dealer. There are no games played here. Best price on the “first pencil” every time. No finance department to deal with. Just a helpful salesperson who focuses on getting you in the car you want and need. And the service after purchase is absolutely superior.
2020 INFINITI QX50 review
After owning other luxury brands and having to make trips to the dealerships for issues was a constant time consuming thing we had to deal with in between services. I’m happy with my infinity qx50 looks sleek and very comfortable for my bad back.

CarMax Kansas City review
CarMax is nice except that they do the "No-Haggle Price" thing, which is lame. It was nice though and the man who helped me test drive the car I'm looking at was really nice.
