The paperwork was extensive but went smoothly. No high pressure tactics on extended warranty and such. I usually prefer to buy private party because of the games so many dealerships play. I came to this car from a 2016 Yukon which was a rolling dumpster fire. At 102k miles, I haven’t had a single failure with this car. It tows extremely well, the seat comfort is by far the best I’ve ever owned, I don’t love the exterior styling, but its such a great owner experience that it doesn’t matter. Maintenance is like owning a Camry, cheap and infrequent. AWD system makes driving in all conditions a breeze. Great vehicle.

This was my second year in a row doing business with AutoNationUSA-Katy, and it turned out to be even better than the first year. QX 80 is very comfortable driving. Despite it's size, maintenance is great. Thieves often mistaken the rear gatelift cover to be something valuable hidden inside thereby forcing it open and causing damage. May be a sign may be necessary. The current look is nice but attractive to thieves who have no idea of what it is.

I didn't have an appointment for oil change, car was taken in shortly after arriving and finished in a hour.

This QX80 is most comfortable to drive on a long trip, you have the power and performance and looks in this SUV. It is a pleasure to drive!

Most sturdy, luxurious and roomy car I have owned. I feel safe when driving this car, it is a very smooth ride and a noticeable eye catcher, boy am I blessed.I love the body style. The only kick back is the 3rd row leg room is a-little to short, my family have long legs, as long as they don't ride back there its wonderful.

It was a good experience. The only problem was we weren,t told until we were leaving,that the car only had one key fob,and no operators manuel.so I have to pay $500.00 to Cadillac for a new key fob,and $85.00 for a manuel.
