This review focuses on the Q50 AWD vs. the BMW 328ix. I was surprised about the driving performance and interior functions. The Q50 comes with more interior stuff, including a better experience with the control screens. In short, it has more tech on the inside. The Q50 has great acceleration and handling-faster the the 328. The BMW 328 still has superior handling and design-it's just got more swag. For the money, however, there's more confidence in driving the Q50 after the warranty runs out. Having just driven the Q50 in six inches of snow...it does very well, even on un-plowed side streets. In summary: The BMW 328 is cooler, and handles slightly better. The Q50 has better tech, is more comfortable, and still fun to drive.
The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.

This car has it all, looks, performance and is just the right size for the Mrs. A little bit of turbo lag that will take getting used to.
I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very small detail that I never noticed and took care of it, in the 2 minutes he was in my car. My car was finished on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Infinity of Norwood

This car meets all my needs. Driving comfort is amazing. very smooth and silk to drive. Transmission is really good. Overall the car gives your feels like premium.
I drive from RI to Infiniti of Norwood because the Service Dept is very professional, very competent and communicates throughout the service experience. (Infiniti of Norwood should educate my local dealer on what real Service should be to the customer)

I saw this vehicle at a car show and could not wait until it became available to purchase. Absolutely enjoy that it is a crossover with luxury features and although it is 4 cylinder it is powerful and is a very solid car. Very pleased and happy I waited.
Great service center and customer service. Anthony T was awesome very informative and extremely kind. Answered all my questions and kept me up-to-date. Service tech Jeffrey was great extremely helpful and very professional.

Generally, the quality of service is very good. The staff is very polite and accommodating, listens and tried very hard to solve the problems and make customers happy. All that they do very well - management and service agents. The problem is wait times. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change. That is way too long. On top of that, estimates on the phone before arriving and when handing over the keys, were an hour. The result, missed meetings and lost money that goes well beyond the value of an oil change.

This drives more like a car than a SUV. Love the inside. and outside. The car cameras are great but can be confusing when multiple views are on. Otherwise the car has been wonderful so far.
They replaced a part to address a noise issue. They were honest in cautioning me that they were not convinced that replacing the part would resolve the noise issue. But, I left a message on 11/2 informing Anthony that the car was still making noise and I have yet to receive a return call. This is not the only time that I have left a messages for this service center and not received a call back. Unfortunate customer service given the amount of $ spent on a luxury brand like INFINITI.

Car has stalled dead on me three times so far. They have updated software , changed parts, yet it suddenly goes dead in the middle of driving. So un reliable

Since 2009 I was in love with the Genesis coupe but couldn’t afford it and been wanting it up to 2015, then I moved toward the Genesis 5.0 sedan or the Infiniti Q60 to look more my age. when I decided on strictly sedans I started looking at the Lexus GS 350 and the Infiniti Q50S. I test drive both and fell in love with the Q50S. Good speed, good power, smooth ride, a lot of features (depending on the trim you get -mine is just about fully loaded-), fun to drive, pretty good on gas even though it’s a V6, tons of safety features, looks mean but sleek at the same time. Awesome car and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun car to drive as well as safety oriented!
If you are looking for sexy, fast, comfortable, and technologically advanced, go with the Q50 Red Sport. It is worth the extra money to have all the features of s sports car and luxury of a much more expensive brand. At least go test drive one if you are interested in a Q50 or Q70. You will not regret it.
The Sales Manager, Rich, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
Their whole approach was positive, and made for a good buying experience.
I would recommend trying Danvers Volvo, if you are in the market for a Volvo.

great SUV , love it , lots of room , a tank very safe , just a great Truck . great in snow , or just around down .
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.

We deal with Josh Carvalho, the service manager and Bryan Wells, the service adviser. They both go out of their way to work with us in getting our fleet of Volvos in for service in a timely fashion when issues crop up.

This vehicle is really nice, spacious. It has a lot of power. One major downfall for me is, its a gas guzzler. It has lots of buttons and whistles and i still haven't had the chance to figure everything out.
