Overall our sales experience was a five stars. The reason for the five stars is because of our car salesman Jimmy he was great. Very attentive and outgoing to earn our business. The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

Was greeting the moment I drove in. Definitely good Customer service they were able to turn a bad situation to a good experience. John and Ezekiel were very helpful in getting my car in to get worked on. Will definitely be coming back

I LOVE the Grubbs dealership. They always take such good care of my car and make things go smoothly when it's in the shop. After spending time with the 2024 QX80 Sensory, I’m comfortable giving it a five‑star rating—not because it’s perfect, but because of how well it delivers on the things that actually matter in this segment, especially at the cheaper real‑world transaction prices these typically sell for. The build quality stands out immediately. Material quality, fit, and finish are all genuinely impressive, and even after 30,000 miles the cabin remains tight with very few creaks or rattles. That’s something I can’t say about several other luxury brands I’ve owned, including BMW, Mercedes, and Cadillac, which tend to develop interior noises far earlier. On the road, the QX80 excels at what it’s built for. The ride is extremely comfortable, highway noise is well controlled, and the 400‑hp V8 provides smooth, effortless power. It’s a relaxed, confident cruiser that makes long family trips easy. The interior is spacious, the leather is high‑quality, and both the interior and exterior design have a clean, upscale look. Fuel economy is average for a large V8 SUV—nothing surprising there. The real drawbacks come from the dated technology. The infotainment system feels behind the times, and features like a head‑up display or massaging seats simply aren’t available. The front seats could also use more side bolstering for better support. Even with those shortcomings, the overall package is strong. When you factor in the typical selling price—often well below MSRP—the value becomes even clearer. You’re getting a large, comfortable, powerful, and well‑built luxury SUV that prioritizes reliability and long‑term durability over chasing trends. It’s not perfect, but nothing in this class is. What the QX80 does, it does exceptionally well, and that’s why it earns a full five stars from me.

Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

I bought the car recently. I would recommend if you want a nice interior and don't need all of the fancy tech that are in the newer rivals. I like the off road capability as we drive on the beach a lot and occasionally have to drive on some tougher trails. The comfort is really good though not quite as good as the new GMC Yukon Denali with the air suspension. The interior is reasonably plush but not as nice as the Navigator. It is just a step above the new Expedition or on par with the Yukon Denali. The main reason I bought the QX80 was for its off road capability. We have already done some moderate off roading and it performed flawlessly. The power is adequate. Not fast, but plenty for almost everyone. The only complaints are that the transmission is a bit lacking on gears.

The best way I can describe this dealership from both sales and service is to say that it is the way customer service should be done. The values placed on the consumer is something both old world in terms of respect, and new world in terms of how to manage the experience and maintain long term relationships with their consumer. My vehicle was bought used and needed service six months after purchase. I must commend both the service writer Jessiel Cortez and the service manager Krista Polito for their professionalism and kindness above all expectations. I am immensely happy with my decision to both buy my vehicle from Sewell, and trust their service department to manage my automotive experience. To put it simply: I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else for a car.

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

Like a lot of dealerships, Grubbs offers add-ons that run the price up. You come to the dealership with a sales price that escalates with extra fees. We wanted the car and Eric helped with getting us a fair deal.

Owned this car for over 10 years and had 0 issues. Great family car that will fit 3 car seats across the middle seat. So much leg room for older kids as well and was a top selling feature. Numerous bells and whistles that are similar to newer cars like lane departure, blind spot and 360 camera view.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Vehicle meets and exceeds expectations. Very quiet, virtually maintenance free with the exception of the passenger side seat heater. We are working with our Dealer to resolve.

I approached buying my Miata with usual fear and trepidation... price was a concern... I didn't want to part with my 2001, yet thought it was time. Lori was very patient and relaxed. At one point I decided not to buy and she, without argument, placed it back on inventory. Also, at other points I'd dealt with Mark and Luke, co-workers with Lori--all cooperated with each other in a very professional and friendly spirit. I had two issues under 30 day warrantee--I was given a loaner car and was called in 1/2 day that car was ready! Location is a problem, gps a necessity for someone new to Dallas. I can now find it after 8 or so visits, but laugh when I finally do get there each time. I'll probably return for service, as I have a warrantee contract, though it allows me to go elsewhere. I feel I have some real and honest friends there, a good experience.

I just bought the QX80 and only having it 3 days, i really like it. It is quite, runs smooth, still trying to figure out all of the options, (i.e.) radio, navigation and hands free cell phone, but I will get there soon. I know the gas mileage is not great, but that's ok for now. I have no major complaints as of now
