I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

In winter , the windows freeze. Once you roll the windows down they stay locked down. To roll them up , you have to pull up with your hands. Sometimes that trick works and other times not. Transmission jerks when you try to change gears from start to the 2 nd gear The side mirrors are smaller limiting the view particularly for the rear side view

I wrote a review for this car after I had recently purchased it. I have have had it for two years now and still believe it is one of my favorite vehicles I have ever purchased. So it has 18,000 miles and I have had no problems. Not a single issue and if I thought I had an issue it was because I didn’t read the manual and didn’t realize how to use set the many options in settings. Lol. The interior is really nice and comfortable, the ride is smooth and there is a SPORT drive setting I can use whenever I need to pass a truck or slow car. That mode really makes a difference but I drive in ECON mode mostly because I like to cruise and save fuel mileage. Nice to have choices.

Bought this vehicle for my use. Out beloved Tahoe come up with a check engine light and we decided not to spend money on an older vehicle. Our DIL did some searching and found this one for us to check out. It looked like it came off the showroom floor. Even it was 5 years old it was immaculate and the maintenance records were maintained. I’m so impressed. In my seventies I feel like I’m driving a sports car. So much different that driving the large SUV but still has a third row of seats when needed and plenty of room for luggage and/or packages. Couldn’t be happier. Even my husband will use it instead of driving his Dodge Ram.

I've had my 2022 QX60 Autograph (my 8th Infiniti) for approximately 600 miles, with a 70-mile daily commute, split evenly between highway and country roads. From the moment the Monograph was revealed, I know this was my next car. The wait was long but worth it. Unlike the targeted buyers, I use my cars for both commuting and hauling, and very rarely have the rear seats up. The cargo volume is an important reason for getting the QX60. (My wife drives the QX50.) Everything from Style to Performance are 5-star. With gas prices at all-time highs, I've been averaging between 28 and 30 mpg in eco-mode - that's 45 on the country roads and 65-70 on 95! Never a fan of auto-off at stops, I've found it does add miles to the tank - the computer lets you know- and decreases total emissions. While the beautiful Autograph interior leather, materials, and paint is a subjective taste, the Vision Package, IMO, is an amazing necessity. Once one uses the rear-view mirror camera and Head Up Display, it's hard to imagine driving a car without this package. To improve this vehicle, I can offer two suggestions to NISSAN: 1) offer an option to increase the lane change turn clicks (Hyundai Palisade) and volume, and 2) allow the power side view mirrors to retract when parked and locked, something available in their QX50 - an obvious and goofy oversight. Finally, the most important reason I keep coming back to INFINITI is dependability and safety. Add everything else and the 2022 QX60 comes away a stunning winner.

Volvo is a great car! However, I enjoy interacting with the people who work for Gengras and find them not only professional but extremely nice and very helpful! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.

A couple of reasons I gave it a four rating is that the paint seems to peel at the least nick and one of the recalls gave me pause about the R&D of Infiniti.

Usually, while waiting, I take out my cell phone to pass the time, but this time I didn't. When I got home and checked my messages, I saw two messages from Luis. The first message was telling me if I needed anything while waiting, let him know. The second message was video showing what was being done step by step. Was looking to replace my 2007 Ford Escape. Liked the looks of both the Nissan Rouge, and the Mazda CX-5. Had checked out a Rouge, but wasn't sure on it, then while at work I was checking out local dealers and Schaller Honda popped up. They had a 2014 Mazda CX-5 with about 80,000 miles on it. Went over at lunch time met with Xhoel Lolocaj he showed me the Mazda CX-5, took me out for a test drive, came back and then we started on the paperwork. After Xhoel helped me, he brought me over to finance where Frank Williams helped me complete my purchase of my new car, I had a bunch of work on my end to get money, checks and deposits figured out. For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.
