Only had this QX55 for a few days, so cannot comment on reliability yet. Very high quality fits and finishes. Interior is very high end with real leather, carbon fiber, sensible instrumentation, peppy engine, very quiet and smooth ride, despite having run flat tires. Quality of paintwork is excellent, white tricoat is really eye catching, wheel finish is well done. This Essential model is a bit pricey compared to the Luxe model, but does have several nice extras. We traded in our 2016 Infiniti QX50, which was super reliable; so hoping for the best.

Almost smooth no haggle purchase. Wasn't thrilled with the add-on theft prevention cost. This wasn't included in the out-the-door quote I received in my email. Service was exceptional and they worked with me to insure I drove the car home the same day. Follow-up service exceptional also.

The car is beautiful and runs very strong my wife loves it for as old it is it’s in great shape. I don’t see any fluids leaking. No major interior or exterior damage.all in all its a great car

The car is now exactly 2 decades old, registered in Jan 2003. I've had no engine repairs except the starter and a couple of hoses. I bought the car in 2015 with 65K miles on it and now, Feb. 2023, it's still only at just under 102,000 miles. (I'm retired; no need to commute in it). Mine is the Premium trim which means it has cooled seats, power trunk lid, power rear window shade, headlamp power adjustment and more. Someone complained about the harsh ride for a big car. I took care of that by switching from 18-in wheels to 17-in and asking the tire dealer for the softest-riding tires. My mileage remains the same, 24 mpg highway if you cruise at 70 mph. Mileage decreases by 1 mpg for every 5 mph increase in speed after 70. I abused the car in a very harsh winter once, and that's when the ball bearings and the front suspension went, and eventually (not related to winter abuse) I did have to replace the steering rack. All told, after 8 years and 37,000 miles of driving, I've had $10K in repairs. (Again, almost no engine repairs, and no transmission problems). That's $1250 a year average. But then, the car IS 20 years old, and there's nothing wrong with it now, and performance and comfort are great, and it actually looks and drives more like a 4-year-old car. Someone compared this to a Mercedes, but the Merc will crap out on you after 100,000 miles! A flagship Nissan won't.

Great car, reliable like Lexus. Only the infotainment system is clitchy and unreliable. Frustrating never know when it’s going to work. Wish it had apple CarPlay. Also, expensive to maintain due to underlying German components.

I’ve driven it 10 miles. I traded a 2019 of the same model. My favorite car of all time. Great performance, no mechanical issues ever. Fun to drive. Infinitis more like European handling. Sportier drive, not floaty. I love to ‘drive’ a car.

Very comfortable car, we were worry that it would be underpowered but it's not. Great car, roomy and smooth drive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a small suv.

I highly recommend servicing your Hyundai car here. They are attentive, honest and reliable. I have driven a Hyundai for 22 years now and this is the best service department I have ever dealt with. Now with that said, a big flaw is not offering loaner cars. I don't have access to another car and every time my car has had a major issue, I have had to sit at the dealership for hours because there is nothing I can do. Renting a car last minute is usually not feasible or available. I am currently looking at getting a new car sometime this year. While I have been very happy with Hyundai, not offering loaner cars is a big factor in my decision in what car I end up buying.

This car has been great so far, lots of safety, decent amount of tech some of it a little dated, the car is pretty quick with the twin turbos, it drives and handles great. Interior is comfy with a fair amount of legroom and a decent amount of trunk space.

I bought a used Toyota Matrix here and I really enjoyed the buying process. The dealership is owned by a husband and wife team who were very personable and professional. They have a large selection of older economy cars at fair prices. Phat takes great pride in the quality of the cars he sells and he is upfront about what he had to repair. Before making my offer on the car they allowed me to have the car inspected by my mechanic with no problems or push back from them. I was very happy with the experience and will be back when I am in the market again.

I would say I’m probably the 4th or 5th owner of this car. My cousin got it from some guy and then gifted it to me. I got it at about 130k and it’s now approaching the 230k mark. This car burns through oil quick, so you have to make sure to check your oil frequently. I did have some rust issues with the muffler so that had to be replaced. The transmission finally started giving off a burnt smell so that might be a sign it’s dying. It’s almost 20 years old but still extremely reliable. The interior is outdated and falling apart (cousin was a construction worker and didn’t clean the interior all that well) but still runs great. Great acceleration too, that’s probably my favorite part about the car.
