I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars! Our sales lady Melissa and also Mike made the buying process so easy and smooth. They got everything completed online for us. Charlie in finance was also the most amazing finance person we have ever worked with buying a car, he stayed in constant communication and answered any questions we had. Melissa even went out of her way to personally deliver our new car to us over 2 hours away. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family they gained a life long customer. Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

This dealerships responded to my request for an “out the door”. I contacted six Kia dealers and four didn’t even bother. Our new car purchase went quickly and smoothly. We appreciated that the business office offered additional coverages without being overly aggressive. Our assigned salema, Daunte, was very helpful.

Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

Rated quality of repairs as 3 because the work appears to have been successful. the real test will be whether it lasts a year or more. Rated facilities a 4 because last day of work the elevator was not working to the upper lounge.

That feeling when online you see one or two options, then you show up and realize that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Their lot and website keep updating. While I was walking around, a couple of cars were leaving and others were being rolled out from prep.

CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.
