I purchased my Ford Escape here, and the entire experience was excellent. The vehicle was in very good condition, exactly as described, and I’m extremely happy with my purchase. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. They answered all my questions honestly and treated me with respect throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle and great customer service.

Tracy Toyota review
Tina, Deepak, and Johnny all helped make it easy buying my 2024 Land Cruiser. I submitted a credit application online to show I was serious and secure my reservation for the test drive. They have fair prices and the price tag was transparent. What you see is what you get plus they even gave me some extra amenities with it. I never had to haggle. They quickly approved my loan and went over the warranties and maintenance program in detail with me. I was able to use my credit card for the down payment. The car was detailed for me. And Tina showed me how to use all of the bells and whistles the car had to offer. She even offered to take our picture. I was really pleased with the extent of customer care they provided and their consideration of my time. This was the best car buying experience I ever had. Thank you Tracy Toyota Team!

Bob Thomas Ford WestReviews
Bob Thomas Ford West review
Steve was our sales person, he helped us compare 2or 3 vehicles in their inventory. We decided what we wanted and he said he would have picked the same vehicle. He walked us through all the options and how to access different apps. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicles content. He didn't even mind me asking my stupid questions more than once. Once the sale was final and we were on our way he said any time you have a question or concern, stop by or give him a call. A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Tim was also helpful throughout the paperwork process. He also said any questions after the sale stop by or give a call. Very pleasant experience.

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
I bought my 2019 Cherokee new in July 2019. I have had it for 4 and a half years now and I have had no problems at all. I have over 61k miles on it. I do worry about the warranty being up that something might happen but it has not given me any issues so I shouldn't really be letting it bother me. This is the longest I have had a vehicle. I usually keep a car and trade it in around 3 years but I have loved driving this car so much that I have no desire in letting it go. I hate that Jeep is no longer producing more of these.

Drive Direct review
It was a good experience. Severely low offer for our trade in but that’s ok. The staff was friendly and communication was great prior to us coming into the dealership. Once we decided to buy the vehicle the paper work took the most part of the day, seriously, our mortgage and when we bought a new camper seemed quick by comparison. Other than not we would recommend them.

J&S Autohaus III review
The car wasn’t exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to pass, but Melvin at JS Autohaus still made the experience worthwhile. He answered all my questions, tracked down the details I wanted, and kept me updated without trying to rush my decision. That kind of straightforward service matters when you’re searching for the right car. If you’re browsing used exotic cars for sale in New Jersey or checking out exotic cars NJ, I’d recommend giving JS Autohaus a look. Melvin was great to work with!

2019 Jeep Cherokee review
Overall, pretty decent car. As professional reviews will note, the transmission is a little finicky, but nothing over the top. Learn to work with it, it works with you. Bought this car used last year with 68k and I drive a lot, so I've already put 30k on it. Handling wise, this works great, even in the snow (FWD, not 4x4). Good cargo room, and room for the kiddo's carseat. Now, this is a Jeep, and hasn't been without issue. The front struts have been replaced, probably as part of my driving style and the rough roads in my area. Part of the bumper got pulled off a while back, not a big deal. Mechanically, decently sound, the car has thrown a few check engine lights but for non-issues. It had an issue a while back where it would turn off or restart on its own when stopping (not to be confused with the auto-stop, which is annoying but can be turned off, this car would just flat out turn off), but that fixed itself. Developed an engine tick that does appear in Jeeps, but that has also righted itself. As such, no major maintenance has needed to be done besides my struts. So all in all, it works. If you're in a situation like mine, yeah, buy the 2019.

Was recently in there for my car inspection, they also found I needed a little replacement that was still just covered under my extended warranty of that day. The girls were outstanding, friendly, and nice. Took care of me very quick and convenient for me. Great job

Sendell MotorsReviews
Sendell Motors review
Friendly/ Professional / & Honest. Sendell will tell you what they did verbally & a written copy of services performed. The waiting room is comfortable. the coffee was Great; they need a simple snack tray for customers in waiting. Most dealerships offer these. I give them a 9.5 Stars. out of (5). Why? there's always room for improvements.
