After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. It was the easiest new car shopping experience I've ever had. The process went smoothly, no pressure, no stress and all of our questions were answered. Our salesman (Kevin) was a pleasure to work with and he knew his product, too!
We were looking for a very specific color VW Beetle Convertible. Found one, but the dealer sold it from under us. Saw this one, but at 1500mi away it was a stretch. Jay did a great job. He even setup the delivery of the vehicle, right to my front door! Thanks to the entire staff that was involved.
Upon a visit to the Service Department, was greeted by Cathy Moye. She was extremely friendly, and wanted to assist with the problem. Cannot ask for better service than what I received on December 20, 2017!
Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
I want thank my salesman Tone for everything. He tried to put me into a new Toyota, but the timing wasn't right. Cause a lot of things have change int eh past few years. So I told Tone that i will hold off for now on getting a new Toyota. And he was very understandable about my decision. So I bought out my lease and I will see him in a few years when things have changed. Thanks for everything Tone. And tell Ryan thanks again for all his help.

We were held by Josh Gowling at Ganley and we really had a nice experience! We ended up going in kind of spur of the moment but we had both of our kids and it was a really cold day and they were so sweet - gave them hot chocolate and never made us feel like we were infringing by having them there. We immediately found the car that we like and Josh was extremely fast and aggressive with helping us make the deal happen. He followed up with us after we bought the car -would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone And to go to him to find our next car!

I was greeted warmly, treated with respect and honesty, given a fair price for my trade, and offered a purchase price that was reasonable without having to dicker and play games.
Stay away from the "mega" stores. I received better customer service and a better price at Ganley!
