Very friendly staff. Several know me by name.. and I am not there that much.. but they know me and my 4 Jeeps. Service isn't backed up so that it takes 3 hrs for an oil change like some of the other dealerships in the area. They are very efficient and understand that good service with the ability to provide timely is what the customer needs.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Wydell Whiting was great with keeping me informed and smiling as a solution to my problem was trying to be figured out. And Tim Whitehead always keeps me laughing and makes sure that I’m being well taken care of every time I visit. It’s one dealership I actually look forward to going to because of great service! Keep it up guys.
On the 22nd of January, I had the honor of meeting an extraordinary salesperson by the name of Michelle Briscoe. She welcomed me into the dealership and answered all of questions. She anticipated my needs and provided me with a host of information. Unfortunately, I was not ready to buy at the time. Nevertheless, she provided a very positive and unforgettable experience.
I had bought several used cars, but this was my first new one. It was easy to find our Atlas on Cars.com, and just as easy to reserve it. The whole experience from internet to facilities to people was great.
I just want thank Millo for a great first time experience in getting a me a great reliable car. Although, it was late and close to closing two nights straight he listened to my needs, and made sure I was fully taken care of. Felt like a distant uncle. He showed true compassion for what he does, and was not "pushy" in making you feel like you were just a sale. Karl was great as well in getting me in out and answering all questions I may have had as a first timer. Jersey made sure I got the most for my trade in and I truly appreciate the team work in making me feel okay about my purchase. Millo even made sure I got new windshield wipers not thinking he heard me he text me to let me know he was going to take care of everything. I sincerely appreciate everything guys. I honestly haven’t even bought my vehicle yet but after Speaking to kat mason my decision is made. I was planing on buying my car somewhere else but after I spoke to the staff at Scott Evans I decide to take my business there instead. They called me first thing in the morning to get more information about what I was looking for and I know when I finally get my vehicle I’ll be satisfied with my decision again thank you to kat mason for providing such an amazing service just on the phone I can’t wait to meet her in person.
Mr. Alton Taylor had very good customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and tried going over and beyond to get me in the car I wanted. Unfortunately, the financing wouldn’t match up to what I wanted. I still recommend people to him because he goes over and beyond to try and make sure needs are met.
I have purchased two vehicles in the past year from landmark and both experiences were the best I have ever received at any dealership. I appreciate all the hard work my sale person Matthew Moyers did to get me a fair deal.
I was having trouble with my Wrangler soft top and stopped in to Landmark. Even though I wasn’t interested in a purchase a salesman (Lamin Ceesay) came right out and helped me. Truly awesome experience.
Oh my. What a wonderful experience! Shane B. and Abby F. were nothing short of amazing. I had no idea what a wonderful dealership Willet Honda in Morrow is. I literally was financed and my new CRV was detailed in about an hour and a half . Even the gentleman in charge of the detail shop was high fiving me. Trust me folks, look no further.
