My purchase was a bit lengthier in process than usual ,but it all worked out . My car salesmen Xavier Pena was professional and patient . Marc in the financial department was also very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this dealership to anyone ,they have a wide variety of vehicles to choose from and many helpful staff .
My experience of buying a car at this location was an excellent experience. The location has a wide range of vehicles in good condition and the prices are very reasonable. Buying a car can be stressful but the sales staff such as the delighful Winsome Gadson made the experience pleasurable and genuinely wanted me to buy a car that I would be happy to purchase without comprising style and budget. I cannot praise her enough for her knowledge and customer care.
The manager, Bobby Grimes is extremely helpful and was very accommodating to my needs. He is a credit to the company and again made an otherwise stressful experience go smoothly. The other staff at the location are great too(Shawn and Lee)! Whoever helps you to get a car goes the extra mile.

Did my deal long distance after seeing the vehicle at a different dealership that did not want to share numbers so we could start a deal process. So, working with the dealership I. atlanta, we settled on a car and a lease deal. Went to pickup, signed all paperwork, and then found car was missing an item we really wanted. Miscommunication in the long distance deal. They worked hard, found the perfect car, and delivered it to us a little over a week later. Great job in overcoming the challenges of correct vehicle and long distance deal.
I did not purchase my car at the dealership but I come here for maintenance of my vehicle. Their customer service is awesome!!! Amazing experience! I purchased my first car this past weekend and they were more than helpful and accomodating. Everyone involved provided top of the line customer service and treated me in such a respectable manner. As a first time car buyer, I was reluctant and unsure about the process, but the salesman and finance manager went above and beyond to make this a great experience for me. I feel confident they were doing best by me - making sure i got low interest rates, the best deals, etc. They went the extra mile for me and it does not go unnoticed and under appreciated! I hate dealerships and I typically try to buy private party when I can but Carl Black has changed my opinion on the entire experience. I couldn???t find what I wanted anywhere until I found Carl Black. The sales team is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt no pressure and knew I was being treated fairly. The used car selection top quality, not like those pop up stores you see lined down the street....
