Excellent from start to finich

I had done my online research and was ready to check out Mazda CX-5s, so I headed to the nearest Mazda dealer to see what they had. I was approached eagerly and immediately by Jason, who reached out his hand and introduced himself. After I told him what I was looking for, he showed me the CX-5 Hiley had on the lot that ticked all of my requirements: 2014/2015; Grand Touring trim; 17" wheels w/ alloy wheels; Sun/moon roof; Blue, black, or gray. We took it for a spin and Jason answered all of the questions I had regarding the 2015 model versus the 2014s and the 2016s. He also helped me compare the CX-5 to the Hyundai & Nissan models I asked about. The test drive went great, and I got a good feel for how the CX-5 handled on surface streets as well as the highway. It handled responsively, smooth, and quiet like a sports car, but had the advantage of a higher profile. So I decided to buy it right there. It may be silly or naive to buy the first car you test drive, but I feel like I've had great instincts and luck when it comes to buying cars. There's a lot to be said about gut feelings and how the car makes you feel. Jason handed us off to Joe in the other building and he took care of the financing. The whole experience was smooth, friendly, and very importantly, transparent. There wasn't one moment where I was confused about the deal or its details. 40 minutes later, I drove it off the lot. I got the car I wanted at the APR % rate I wanted, and my monthly payment is right where I want it. The maintenance package I purchased means I am worry-free for 80k miles, and that goes a long way to relieve any anxiety I may have about my purchase decision. Great work, Hiley.
