Michele, and the whole service team, are just great people. Service is not just about 'taking care of' a customer's vehicle. Sometimes that runs over into 'taking care of' the customer. Difficult situations need patience and empathy and people skills. Not everyone has that ability. I know Michele does. And she's so appreciated for it. My husband and I learned the hard way you should always buy and get service from a reputable dealership when purchasing a used vehicle. I’ve been having both my 2015 and 2020 Sonatas serviced at Fred Beans, where I bought them. And I’ll be buying the 2023 as soon as it’s available. I live in Bridgewater. There are more convenient Hyundai dealers for me. But I’ve had nothing but top notch, courteous service there in Flemington, and I have no intention of going elsewhere. Sales people are great, service folks are top notch and staff is first rate. I’ve never had a problem, a complaint or a regret.

Had been car shopping for what seemed forever and I came across a vehicle on one of the car websites that was located at Highline. I am a bit skeptical when going to used car lots because what you see (online) is not generally what you get (on lot). From the minute we drove into their yard, I was in awe. Ali greeted us as we got there and I told him what we were there to see and he made sure it was brought around immediately. The car was immaculate! Everything it looked like online was how it was, only better, in person. After the test drive, inside we were also helped by Danish while Ali finished up with another customer. These two gentlemen were top notch! All in all, from start to finish I think was about 2 hours. Pricing was fair and the deal was wrapped up. On the drive home (30 mins away) the car handled perfectly. All in all, this was one of the BEST transactions I have ever gone through with a car purchase. I would definitely recommend them - not only are they great to deal with, they have a HUGE inventory of quality cars and trucks (Ford, Dodge, Mercedes, Bentley, Honda, Tesla, to name a few) in every price range. Go see them!!

I definitely recommend getting a car from this place. Chelsea W was awesome to work with. She is friendly, kind, and will go above and beyond to help you. Paul, the finance guy, was also great to work with. He was very informative, kept you in the loop going step-by-step, also trying to get the best deal for you. I typically hate going to car dealerships. They are usually pushy and sliding things past you trying to get a deal. This place did not. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them!
