We went in there after we saw a van online. We left there the first time with nothing. Got a call back from them with a better price. Went it and purchased the van. Super friendly and honest!
2018 Jeep Compass review
Based on driving habits. I never had a major issue. Drives great, rides nice, sound of speakers could be better but overall best SUV I ever got. Others may complain. But riding it hard all the time will tear up anything u drive. But overall keeping as long it goes 4 yrs so far and can't complain

Sands Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I would like to thank Matt McMenamin for making my used car buying experience a very positive one. I’m so happy with my selection. He’s a class act and a man of his word. I wish I knew more people in the area to recommend his dealership. Also I wanted to praise the gentleman in service for getting the car ready for pick up. Thanks again Matt.
2020 Jeep Compass review
We own two 2018 Compass'. We have bought 3. We bought a 2007 brand new. It was a great car for 10 years and it got totaled. My wife currently drives a 2018 Compass and I just bought a second 2018 Compass yesterday. She drove a 2017 Ford Escape for while and didn't like it so we went back to the Compass. These are not without there issues. My wife's transmission started to get a hard shift last summer at around 55k miles. We had the trans fluid changed and currently at 65k no issues, no hard shifts. The dealership says that it is a "life time fluid." I don't agree. Find a good mechanic and have the trans fluid replaced every 30k miles and you should be fine. It cost much less than the one thousand dollars the dealership wanted to change it. I've also heard that the 2.4 liter Tiger Shark engines eat oil. We've own my wife's car for 3 years now and have not noticed any oil consumption. It's our travel car, and my wife travels a little for work so it puts on the miles. Smooth ride easy to drive for long trips, a little wind noise but it's not bad. The interior is nice. It actually has just a little more cargo space than the Cherokee. Infotainment is okay just a few quirks that I don't like but nothing major. The sound system is in my opinion one of the best. They changed the body style in 2018 and I think it's a really good looking car on the outside. The one I just bought is white with a black roof and blacked out badges and rims. Overall it's a great car and they are affordable. Do you research and make sure it's got a good service history. Best of luck!

DriveTime of Plymouth MeetingReviews
DriveTime of Plymouth Meeting review
The first vehicle I purchased was from Allentown... There was a major electrical issues with the car so I returned it after a few days.. Another words it was a lemon.. So anyway I saw a car at Plymouth meeting that I liked... The process was easy and smooth they explained everything to me.. I love my new Nissan.. The only thing negative I have to say is they left me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas... I drove 55 Minutes to get this vehicle.. Quarter of a tank of gas will take me a couple blocks... When I purchase my other car at Allentown they filled my tank because I was returning customer and they told me the policy was half a tank... Plymouth meeting wouldn't even give me a half a tank of gas... Very very poor service very very poor management whoever made that up that your let with quarter tank of gas...That is ridiculous... Including myself I have bought two other family members there to buy cars that's awful for returning customer

Good experience overall. The car came around a little dusty on delivery day which bugged me, but they pulled it right back and cleaned it up without any attitude. Everything else was easy.
2022 Jeep Compass review
I have had my 2022 Jeep Compass for 8 months now and no complaints. I can accelerate onto the fwy with no problems. I get the mileage they say. I do wish the storage was a tad bit larger and maybe more leg room in the back, but honestly I only travel with two dogs and rear air is good for them. Love the larger display screen and never a glare so I can’t see it as in some other cars I tried. My backup camera works fine at night. I have the 4X4, so I need to get more info on that. I know the 2023 has a turbo, but I don’t care about that.

I,ve had several Jeeps and Subarus and Chevys and my Compass Latitude 4x4 is as good as any for around the city and my freeway trips. Better than the Subaru for the highway and offroad. I feel safe. posted this as i feel some people are harsh and wrong about Jeeps. Do the required oil and transmission services as requested.

2022 Jeep Compass review
Bought this 2022 Compass Trail Hawk new for my wife. Earlier this year (2025) we landed a sweetheart deal on a new 2024 Wrangler Sport S. Guess who inherited the Compass ? I stepped down from a Grand Cherokee but I have no regrets. It has had a few electrical teething issues but all have been resolved and have not come back. The handling and fuel economy are much better than the Grand Cherokee. There are only 2 downsides..........the size of the gas tank (13.5 gal vs 24.5) and the cargo space behind the 2nd row seats. I have easily adapted to both ! I want to give a shout-out to our local dealership, Tri-City CDJR. Start to finish, an excellent place to purchase and maintain our Jeeps. BRAVO ZULU !

2014 Jeep Compass review
2014 Jeep Compass: I’ve had some issues with my Jeep but overall I’ve loved it. Bought it in 2016 with 34,000 miles on it. Now January 2026 I have 146,000 miles. Seems that things started to happen when it turned 10 years old. Tends to rust in the same places with all these jeeps (lower door trim, lower hatch trim). Had to get both front bearings replaced about $350 each side (suspension needs to maintained per manual timelines then you’ll have no problem), drivers window pulley broke and did repair myself, replaced throttle body myself (my fault for not keeping enough gas in the car). With that, I would recommend going above 3 in RPMs every now and again to teach your throttlebody to open wider. I’ve always kept RPM’s under 2.5. Stereo went out which is common in these models (went ahead and got a aftermarket stereo), drivers power window switch replaced (did myself for $80). Also, check engine light WILL come on if an oil change is needed. If your dash says oil change, you’re already waaaay too low. Now, my coolant is leaking around the cap. Thankfully it’s an easy fix I can do myself (about $100 repair). If you’re handy, these vehicles are easy to work on and if you keep them maintained, they will last a long while. With regular maintenance, I hope to keep it for another 150,000 miles. Oh yeah, 4WD gets stuck on or off sometimes. Not sure why but always seems to happen in the winter. Go figure.

2024 Jeep Compass review
We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. Thank you Jeep and Jeff Belzer CDJR of New Prague, MN

Great place to buy a car. People are friendly, vehicles are priced fairly, top dollar for trades. Where else can you go to see and drive all makes and models for all brands.
2022 Jeep Compass review
I have had my 22 High Altitude for about 4 months now and the only issue(s) I find are the following: MPG is not as advertised, it's not that great. It's around 24 average, I am about 50/50 city/highway driving - It's fine. It DOES ride like a Jeep - so it's not as "luxurious" as your higher end cars, but YOU BOUGHT A JEEP - The last snow storm we had in Cleveland was about 10" in 2 hours - No problem, even with 235/45/19 tires - Would be way better with not so wide tires. It's slow. Who cares? Are you driving in the F1? Nah - It's plenty. Interior is baller. Infotainment is great, comfortable. Heated steering wheel is a plus. IDK - I read these reviews and everyone is so picky - It's a nice ride. If you find you like it, give it a shot.

CarShop Glen MillsReviews
CarShop Glen Mills review
I purchased my car a few years ago from CarShop & have always been very happy with it. Close to the 4th of July my car started acting up & needed attention right away so it could be drive-able. No other mechanic near where I live could work on it until almost a week after the holiday. I ended up calling the CarShop & told them I did purchase my car from them although not recently & told them my problem & they said to bring it in right away the same morning I called. They even provide courtesy rides within a certain distance from the shop so I ended up not having to get a rent a car. The car was fixed that afternoon & drove better than it has in a long time. They told me they do all kinds of work, even inspections. Their garages are air conditioned & very clean too so the mechanics can stay to finish your vehicle & not leave early due to temperature changes. The charges to fix my car were better or equal to other garages & the quality of work was amazing for the money. Most of the time they can take you the same day as you need them so no rent a car costs. I am surely going back to the CarShop in Glen Mills for future work. Also the staff is wonderful too; I spoke a lot to Eric, and also to Lisa & Morgan. They are all very helpful & kind.

Jeff D'Ambrosio Chrysler Dodge Jeep Mits review
I recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta and had the pleasure of working with Gary Thomas. As a 22-year-old woman buying my first car, the process felt overwhelming, but Gary made everything so much easier. He was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through this major purchase. I truly appreciated being treated like a friend rather than just another customer. I also want to give a huge thank you to Nick, the manager, who was incredibly kind and took the time to chat with my grandpa, who was involved in the process. Their support meant so much to me, and I’m beyond grateful for the outstanding service at Jeff D'Ambrosio. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family!

I bought a trailhawk, thought it would be the best for resale value. The new engine is terrific besides better gas mileage better air quality it feels just as fast as the six-cylinder I used to have in the Cherokee. The new interior feels like it was made for me. I fit in it perfectly. Easy to scoot around in easy to park!

It was one of the best experiences buying a used car in years. I found the employees knowledgeable, honest and fair. The offer was exactly as stated in line. The auto is in perfect condition with low mileage at a more than fair price. I would highly recommend This dealership to anyone looking for a great used car.

My only complaint are the front seats do not have enough cushion and the seatbelt latch pushes into your hip on the drivers side. and standard lumbar support on all models added

2019 Jeep Compass review
In my many years of car driving and ownership, I have rarely had a better vehicle than my 2019 Jeep Compass Latitude. It has been reliable, comfortable, fun to drive and, for its' size and type, very good on gas. In April, I will have been driving "Lattie"for 5 years. My upkeep has been minimal. She is pretty and still looks new. This vehicle is such a pleasure to drive. Handling and response are excellent. Controls are super easy to manage and absolutely love the heated seat and steering wheel. On a long trip, it is very comfortable (yes, I have ridden in the back seat, too) and fuel economy was just great...fully loaded with air-conditioner on and travelling at highway speeds gave me 30+ mpg. Really can't complain. My Neon didn't do any better. This is a great vehicle. Oh, and I had leased it new, and purchased it when the lease was up..that's how good this car is!

AutoLenders was great to work with. When we couldn’t find the vehicle we were looking for with all the features at their particular location, they were willing to bring in two additional vehicles from other locations for us to also test drive, at no cost to us. Because of their flexibility and ability to bring these other cars in, we ended up purchasing our vehicle from them. They were great to work with!

AutoLenders Exton review
Since it's been six months since I bought my 2014 Magma Red Touring Sport 370z from Auto Lenders down in Exton, I thought It would be a good time to leave a long term review for anyone curious. Pro's - -Super easy to get into contact with, either with text or call. -Super Friendly, laid back, not pushy -Good Atmosphere. As someone who's been around dealerships for half of my life since my father was a master mechanic, this place felt welcoming, and the staff were nice, friendly and laidback as I stated before. It's also very clean and accommodating If you need to hang around for awhile. No sitting in a small room with magazines. -Relatively Quick all things considered. I went in to see my 370z around 2:30 from what I remember, and I was out the door by 6ish(Sorry guys for making you stay past closing!) -No one in the car with you for test driving. This isn't a bag per say, I was just super surprised by this. I walked in, showed serious interest, and my guy, Ryan, just got it prepped for me and let me take it out with a spin. I thought for sure he or someone else would come with me since it's a sports car, but nope. -Didn't try to rip me off with any of that extra crap like paint and fabric protection, Nitogren tires etc, thank god. I think mine only had etching. -Very transparent in their pricing, and give you time to think it over. I felt literally zero pressure from my guy Ryan, or anyone. They honored their sales price. -Financing. I don't know for other people, but they were nearly able to match my own bank, with my bank giving 5% APR, and their Bank in Pittsburg giving me 6% APR, and that's for a sports car. Granted I have goodish credit, so I don't know how it would work for people with bad credit, so I guess this point subjective. Cons- -No Haggling on car price. What you see is what you get there. I paid a premium for my car but If you do solid research on 370z, you find it's basically worth what they were selling it for. Mine was a garage kept from what I could see, one owner, clean title with 59K milage, well maintained, second rarest color, top every day trim(The Nismo is the track trim), tires and brakes still newish when I bought it. Mine an auto which wasn't my first choice BUT its still a great car for what it is, the last mechanical, analog sports car that's bound to be a classic in the future. These cars, If well maintained, hold their value, so I don't fault them for not tolerating haggling. As for a normal, commuter car, that may be different. Shout out to Ryan, Gus and Joe. Good guys. The Owner was also nice and very laid back.
2023 Jeep Compass review
I've owned my 2023 Jeep Compass High Altitude for 3 months and have put 2,000 miles on it, and overall it's a really good vehicle but would be better with a few improvements. The interior layout of the car is excellent -- everything is easy to reach, navigate, and adjust. The center screen is bright, crisp, and snappy and was one of the major draws for me over the prior models. The interior in general feels much roomier than other small SUVs in this class. The ride is smooth and comfortable on long trips, though I do find the premium leather seats to be stiffer than the "standard" leather seats in the lower trim models, which is surprising. The gas mileage is quite good and the brakes are fantastic. I also like the exterior design because it looks even more like a baby Grand Cherokee, and the two-tone paint looks sharp if you're into that. Also, the moonroof is huge and really opens up the interior of the car. I haven't owned the car long enough to comment on reliability, but so far so good in that department. Now for the things that need improvement. First, the engine sounds like a literal go-kart and is quite loud inside the vehicle. Yes, the engine is small but I feel like they could have done something to alter the sound or at least dampen the cabin noise better. Second, there are rattles coming from various places in the car, most notably from the headliner around the moonroof. Considering I paid 42k for the top trim, this is disappointing and quite annoying. Makes the car feel a little cheap and/or hastily assembled. Also cheap feeling are the buttons under the center screen and the interior/exterior door handles. I came from a 2018 Audi Q3 and the fit and finish just doesn't compare in that regard. Overall it's a minor thing but worth mentioning. The last thing (and maybe my biggest gripe) that I'm really bummed the Compass doesn't have is an adjustable tailgate. I have a small garage with low headroom and I have to unload anything from the back of the car before I pull into the garage because the tailgate would most certainly bang into the overhead garage door when fully opened. I believe the Cherokee and Grand Cherokee both had the option to set the max tailgate height and I don't see why they couldn't include that feature in the new Compass. Overall, it's a good car with more positives than negatives, but with a few improvements it could be the perfect small SUV.

We like the Jeep because I have a good experience with those cars, the first one was a Cherokee, the Compass it is very economical on gas especially on the highway, the only thing is that it doesn't have to open the trunk from inside the car not even with the key, I like it.

2023 Jeep Compass review
My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Was skeptical going in but coming out of the dealership was a good story to be had. Worked with William Holcomb and was very fair with my trade-in so in much that I didn’t have to put any money down and it was a 2013. Got the vehicle I wanted with more options then I can imagine and left with a full tank of gas. Also they can me a good deal on their paperwork but I still chose my credit union because there deal was better and it didn’t matter that I went that way. Also I didn’t have to waste my whole day getting the deal done. Less 2 hours and I was leaving with my vehicle. Great experience working with William and auto lender. Thank you Jim Regan
2022 Jeep Compass review
2022 Jeep Compass Limited ♥️ when I bought my Jeep I loved it at first sight❗️just being very specific. Love the cooling/heating for seats upfront and also in the back. and the heating steering wheel. Love the outlets super great option for outdoors. Love having 4x4 I also love the options for different off road travels sand, mud, snow glad we don't get snow in Florida ♥️ my Compass is not sluggish at all. Trust me when I want it to get up and go it does. But I didn't buy my Jeep to tear it up either. Lots of room and storage. Plugs everywhere for everyone's phones. And mine I just put on the charger no need to plug it in. LOVE the back up camera. If you are having problems with that go to your dealership they will fix that for you right away. Full extended sunroof from front to back. I love finding all the little Easter eggs hidden on my Jeep. Love the remote options on my phone that can lock, unlock, start, horn, basically I can do everything on my phone. Love the SOS button incase of emergency. You can drive for 6hr and 37min before getting gas. Also other feature I love it will stop byself if iam coming up on something and iam not stopping. So many more features that I love ❤️ Money well spent. Eventually I will be getting a lift kit on it. And trailer hitch. I would most definitely recommend. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Honestly I have nothing bad to say. I LOVE MY 2022 JEEP COMPASS LIMITED. ❗️🤘

I own a 2018 Compass with 1.4 l gas engine, 125 kw, 170 HP. This is not mentionned in the article. And this engine is quite more powerful than the American atmospheric one. Still, the Jeep is not quick :) The gas pedal still 'creates more sound than speed' :) Giedrius, Europe

Nissan of BowieReviews
Nissan of Bowie review
I had a terrific experience at this dealership! I was very nervous going into this whole process as this was the first time ever buying a new car by myself. I had recently just had my previous car totaled by the insurance company unfortunately and needed to get a new car. (RIP to my Nissan Versa) I researched the car and trim level/features I wanted and then found dealers in my state that had the specific car I was looking for. I then weeded out the dealers that had poor reputations online. Nissan of Bowie had a good reputation online and also had the cheapest listing online for the exact car I was looking for (a 2025 Nissan Sentra SV with Cold Weather Package.) I showed up and met a salesman named Perfection. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Unfortunately they didn’t have the exact car that was listed online available anymore but they were able to find one elsewhere and get it over to their dealership in a timely manner. Perfection and the sales manager were able to offer me a fantastic rate for the car and were very easy to work with. I did go visit another dealership before I pulled the trigger on the car at Bowie just to get a sense of what other places were offering and to get a little bit of leverage to negotiate. I did not have a good experience with the other dealership despite them offering me a slightly better price, about $200 less than what Bowie ended up agreeing to. The sales manager was very intimidating and not very friendly so I ended up going back to Bowie and we got a deal done. Perfection was very kind and patient with me as I struggled with several technical difficulties trying to fill out the paperwork and add the new car to my insurance. He managed to make the whole experience as stress free and easy as possible, given the circumstances. The sales manager was also very reasonable and was willing to work with me to get a fantastic deal. Finally I’d like to thank the finance manager, whose name I cannot remember unfortunately. He was fantastic and a really cool dude. I had difficulty making payment at first because my bank daily withdrawal limit was way below my down payment. It took forever to get my bank to raise the limit and then even longer to get the transaction to go through. He was incredibly kind and patient with me about the whole thing and I got to speak with him a little bit about life and past experiences and whatnot while we waited on hold forever with my bank to get their act together. (For those inexperienced at buying cars like I was, either make sure your bank cards daily limit withdrawal limits are high enough for what you plan to spend before you go to the dealership, or bring a checkbook or cash lol. Next time I buy a car I’m bringing my checkbook just in case as a backup anyway) In summary, if you are looking to buy a new car, Perfection and the whole team over at Bowie of Nissan will treat you right. And if they don’t have the exact car of your dreams on the lot, they will work quick to get you that car and will negotiate in good faith to get you a good deal. PS if you drive for Uber or do Uber Eats currently and have done at least 50 trips you can qualify for discounts on a large number of different new cars!
