I had gone to a previous Jeep dealership and was misinformed and deliberately mislead. I tried Healy and had a completely different experience. The salesperson (Nick) was understating and authentic. He empathized with my previous feelings of frustration and was up front the entire time. I can’t say enough positive things about Nick’s approach to selling cars. He was not pushy and very supportive with a passive approach which is appreciated in a field of aggressive salespeople. Finance (Anthony) was also very accommodating and genuinely friendly.
This is my first time writing a review on anything so if you are in need of a new car try Healy first.

I've owned this vehicle since I purchased it new in April 2013 and it has exceeded my expectations. Comfortable to drive, great gas mileage. looks nice inside and out and I have had minimal problems. Highly recommend.
Kris was a very pleasant sales associate. And Tom was very welcoming. Both were very helpful and helped make my purchase a smooth one and got me the Jeep brand that I wanted.

This car is currently meeting my needs . I bought a 2008 used one but currently has so many mechanical problems and am not happy with it. Am spending a lot of money on repairs and I regret my choice . But the car looks good on the outside and has a good interior design with a cool ambiance to it. Maybe should have purchased the newer models but this one is draining my wallet in repairs.
The staff was very professional and they fixed my car in a timely manner

My 2018 Jeep Compass Limited left me stranded twice. Both times it would not start. They were unable to find the problem. Two trips to the dealer. First time it had a little over 200 miles on it second time 3,500 miles on it. Battery is good, charges, mechanic thinks there is something that is causing the battery to lose charge, but, is unable to figure it out. I am now involved with FCA Customer Care . Hoping for a fix to the car,as, it is fun to drive when it works. Comfortable for me , fun panoramic sunroof, and a nice radio. Though being worried every time I go to start it , is not a nice way to feel. This is a safety issue. I would not buy this car again...Too many hassles with the car and aspects of having to work with FCA. I am very happy to read of all the people that are loving their cars. It gives me hope..Be sure you purchase the extra rental policy with the car..
Buying experience was simple. Sales rep explained options and was not pushy. He and his manager moved things along smoothly with no problems. When picking up vehicle all paperwork was ready and I was in/out in 45 minutes.
Love the way it feels and drives.

I had no intention of buying a new car until I drove a rental Compass and just couldn't believe how it drove. I highly recommend test driving this car if you are thinking of buying a new vehicle.
A pleasant and professional group of service individuals to deal with. From every person I met to the cashier. They explained the recall in detail, what it takes to correct it, consequences if I didn't correct it and didn't try to up-sell me anything while there.

Everything is great except for one thing. We dislike the stop/start feature. It does not save gas like they say it does and the fact it has to be hard on the engine and the starter and the fact if the system fail to start back up , it may leave a family stuck in a dangerous traffic situation...I was not use to it and gave it too much acceleration and nearly rear ended the car in front of me..... This device is a big joke.......
Everyone was nice. i ordered my jeep from the factory and it came in just a few weeks.
Chris (the salesman who sold me the jeep) was very friendly and explained everything to me about the jeep wrangler before and after i bought it.

I overall like my Jeep Compass. I went from a car to this vehicle. I am a bit disappointed in the layout of storage areas and tightness of cup holders. Only one place to plug in charging devices. I went from 2011 Sonata and feel like I lost some of the space, digital technology was better. I would think that in 2016 I would have better technology.
We bought a Jeep Patriot from them about 6 years ago. We came back to the same people to purchase a Durango this time. We had a great experience with Carl & Bill who helped get us into the perfect car.
Nice looking. I regularly receive compliments.

The Jeep Compass is a nice looking vehicle. It is a Smooth ride with Comfortable seating. It has a Wisely planned interior. The Perfect size for single or small family. Great mileage.

Best move I ever made was go see Jay , when my lease was up , I was nervous about over mileage and they made it look so simple ! Most comfortable I ever felt going to dealership !!! 3 days later I drove home in my Durango !!! Still speechless today ! Your crazy not to give Jay a chance to make something happen for you !! I searched online for at least a year now, looking for the Exact car I wanted and I found my perfect Jeep at Larry Roesch.

This car meets our requirements and needs for our daughter. Roomy enough for her gear. Just right on the power and speed. Efficient gas mileage. Easy to drive. Minimal blind spots.
Larry was a great salesman and made the car buying experience fun and exciting. It seemed as if he was as excited as we were to buy the truck, and I???m very pleased with how appreciative he was of our business. This car is an excellent value compared to others the same size and features. Does not have all the fancy gadgets and touchscreens, but those are more things to go wrong. Gas mileage is fair. CVT automatic takes some time to get used to, but likeable.
Came in due to transmission stalling and needing to get into work ASAP on a Monday morning. Turned out I was overdue for an oil change! Thomas stepped up immediately and made sure to get me in line for this to be done ASAP! Thomas was very proactive and showed leadership skills that any team would be proud to have! Ask for Thomas J Biggie next time you go in!

Amazing car very comfortable. Love the leather interior and the color and look of it. SUV has everything I was looking for heated seats sun roof fog lights Bluetooth setup.

This car met all of my needs, from long road trips to tailgates in the parking lot to regular drives to work. Not only has this car met my needs on a daily basis, but has an added level of reliability during poor weather conditions. Its not too small, but not oversized. Can easily be parked in any urban/suburban area.
Great experience to deal. Definetely to share it among my friends. The distant dealership provide much greater deals and some nagotiation flaxabilities. Me & my wife fully satisfied driving a used car which is so spacious for traveling.Thanks to all.

I love the sizes it’s just right for me. I feel safe and comfortable. I feel like this is going to be the best car for the harsh winter driving.
Every time I have service done, it is extremely smooth and I never have any issues. Everyone is friendly and very fair.

I had several problems early on with my new Jeep Compass 2016. The reason I’m writing this is because I had, what should have been a minor accident and turned out the car was a total loss. I was bruised several places and very surprised the air bag didn’t go off. I did not feel safe in this car after my accident. Look at consumer reports before you by your next car. Jeeps are not rated well. I recommend buying a car with higher ratings.

My jeep is wonderful. It is not a small tiny car but it is not a large SUV either. It is just the right size. Small enough to be easily driven everywhere and big enough to cart all kinds of stuff everywhere. The only thing I dont like is that it is black. When I bought it I did not realize every flaw shows up on a black car. My fault and not the fault of my jeep.
