I bought a 2014 Ram 2500 in Oct 2014 from Don Weir's Reno Dodge (completely horrible buying experience). I had to take it back to the dealer several times for recurring issues with the tire pressure sensor system. Reno Dodge could not get it right. They chipped the paint on my driver's door one of the five different times in six weeks that I had to drop the truck off for repairs. I will not return to Reno Dodge, or ever use their new dealership opening in Fernley, where I live. I had been taking my other Dodge vehicles to Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno for service for years, and I will continue to do so. The folks in the service department are always friendly and helpful, and the lifetime oil change program is certainly a great deal!
