My Gladiator is 3 years old. Driving in Alaska and what a great vehicle. Starts every morning with no issues. Drives great in deep snow thanks to the ground clearance. The ride is stiff-it’s a Jeep.

TJ was so helpful, he kept me updated with my 4 runner coming into the dealership and even sent pictures of the truck. I have recommended him to friends if they’re looking for a car. It was a bit of a drive for us, almost 4 hours but totally worth it. TJ and the dealership are like family, they gave us a great deal and helped me get the truck of my dreams. Thank you. Everyone was friendly & helpful. I had a recall & the service was quick. I received an email on 8/26 suggesting that I was due for my first service. I requested that also. All the was done was the fluids were checked. I was told that oil couldn’t be changed until I the life was below 30% and my car is at 50%. I drive 1 & 1/2 hours for my appointments and they only checked the fluids. On my invoice it said to schedule my next service at 10,000 miles. When I called back & explained my mileage was at 9938 I was told they couldn’t do anything. Very disappointing!!! I’m a senior citizen & thought they should have checked my tires, pressure & such as was described in the email.

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own
