Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.
I have now been to this dealership both to buy and now for service. I ended up not purchasing here, but only because I was looking for a very specific used vehicle and was on a short timeline. However, the sales person was great. Additionally, I am now using Josh as a service adviser and he is great too! Highly recommend this dealership for buying or service!
Loved Patrick he was wonderful. Narrowed down to what we wanted and the price extended was same dealer discount as one on line. Asked if we bought 2 cars (one used but still a total of 65 or so K) if better deal. Answer was no. Got finance offer of 9.8. Asked for better. Came back after running our credit w offer of 4.9.still Not great. We have excellent credit. Enter finance manager. Basically asked what he could do for us. Pretty clear we wanted better finance rate. Attitude of him was just brutal. Patronizing and rude. Unfortunately after 5 min of dealing w him we left the dealership w a sour taste and a disappointed daughter. Felt badly for Patrick as he was fantastic.
I have to say this was the smoothest buying experience that i have had. I began working with Ben Dayton in the internet department about a month ago. Told him what I was looking for and he found it. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle contact Ben at Airpark Dodge

Amazing sales man Steve! Extremely happy! Came in to see a vehicle that they didn't have a sales person had said it was there . Steve calmed me down. Then after we looked at the new Cherokee 's which he was extremely knowledgeable. I wound up buying one . My experience went from bad to amazing.
From the time I got there was greeted pleasantly now with the people they worked diligently to try to get me into what I needed they help me probably several Vehicles show me sell vehicles just Pleasant all around experience good people good employees makes you feel good about what you purchased thank you
Rick Watson took the time to show me every vehicle he had in stock and arranged for me to drive a jeep. Rick didn't have what I was looking for so he searched other dealers inventories and finally ordered a Jeep from the factory. After the jeep was built and in shipping we met with the finance man from Moore Jeep Troy Miller. Troy was very helpful and explained in detail all options of financing including gap insurance. We felt very good with the whole experience.
After leaving my car every effort was made to solve the problem. Diagnosis was performed after which time the necessary repair was made resulting in correcting the issue.
