I had a very Great experience at Serra and would go back and lease again
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
The turning radius is the best for the size of this suv. The brakes are quick to respond. The 4x4 is a must. The only downside is that they aren't all standard with a trailer hitch. Love the sunroof, the all leather interior.

I was totally amazed with my experience still in shock how Tim Shea got me in the SUV I needed because the one I wanted had less mile 18k but the banks wanted a larger down payment, but the SUV I got still was the same model and had under 50k miles on it, and less money also I love the color of the interior and key point is it's more space for my children. I want to thank all who helped make my day.

I needed assistance with buying out my current lease. I called this location. I was sent everything required quickly before I even needed to go in, which helped the process go extremely smoothly and allowed me to walk out and complete the entire thing within a few hours. The rep who helped me and the finance person were amazing. They both took the time to explain things to me and break down the terms of my new loan. I truly appreciate the help I received.

Sky Auto SalesReviews
Sky Auto Sales review
I purchased a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them. They were great to work with. Upfront about the vehicle and its condition over the phone before I looked at it. I did my research and everything checked out the way they said it was. I talked to both Joe and Fred, they very considerate and not pushy about buying the vehicle. Overall the experience was great and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. 10 / 10. Thank you Sky Auto Sales.
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
I've owned this for 6+ years. Only 18,300 miles. So, not what I expected when I bought it. I anticipated driving to many hot air balloon events across the country. But, then COVID and work from home. Now retired. No need to drive a lot. I've ensured that all maintenance is done as needed (maybe more often than needed). Other than a minor parking lot ding (not even a note apologizing), it's pristine. Side note: my dealership really wants this as a trade-in. But, I'm not seeing the advantage.

Eddie, Robert and Olivia at Opus did a great job helping me purchase a vehicle from Tennessee 500 miles away from their dealership in Michigan. Eddie's answered all my questions, sent me every picture and video I requested. Eddie also recommended a transport broker that took great care transporting my vehicle in a timely manner. Robert is really friendly and nice. Olivia did a wonderful job on the paperwork and communicating about my transport. It was a wonderful experience. Check them out. Thanks everyone!

James got us in and out quickly! He also washed our Jeep without having to ask. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. Thank you so much!
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
This is the 3rd Jeep product we have owned over the years, first was a Grand Cherokee Laredo, then most recently a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport. We just purchased the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd in Febrary 2023. This Jeep is the most luxuary we've ever had in a vehicle, it has everything but the cooling seats which would be nice as we live in FL. This will be a dinghy towed vehicle behind our Class A motorhome. We also towed the Liberty Sport.

Macomb AutomotiveReviews
Macomb Automotive review
Exceptional value. We’ve bought cars from this dealer for a decade. Most recently a 2025 Acura RDX A-spec with 9000 miles on it. I found records in the car showing that it sold 18 months ago for $51k. Current book was $41k. I paid $31k. Showroom clean. They disclosed and showed a picture of the rear end damage it sustained. All repairs made passed inspection from my mechanic. Understand that McComb Automotive specializes in the sale of R titled vehicles. Other reviewers missed this key point. Also understand that they DO NOT finance. This is clearly stated on the website. What you lose is the factory warranty, Acura guarantees 5 years bumper to bumper, 7 years power train. What you get is McComb’s warranty of 1 year power train, and exceptional savings. Do your homework, then go test drive a car. You will not be disappointed. Do not expect a slick salesperson or even an overly pleasant office staff, although Kathy was very helpful and efficient. This place is all about the cars. We purchased a 2017 Acura RDX IN 2018 and have made ZERO repairs to it. My sister has purchased a dozen cars from McComb Automotive and has loved every single one of them. We recommend them with no reservations.
2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee review
The 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited was the Jeep I had my eye on for a while. I've owned a 2012 Laredo X, and a 2018 Limited Anniversary/Heritage Edition. I was specifically looking for Limited trim without the 20" rims, although, I love the look of the Altitude versions, I just didn't really care/want to deal with less side-wall, nicer-looking rims. I avoided the Overland and Trailhawk because of the air-suspension. Overall the interior is fine, it's comfortable and familiar for me, since I've owned them before, but that's also the only issue/complaint I would have. The interior is updated from the 2012, however, basically it's a very light update, U-Connect, Gauges, Shifter, and possibly a few other items here and there. But essentially, the dashboard is the same dashboard I've seen since 2012. While owning the previous (2) I never experienced any mechanical issues that left me stranded. One had a weird issue with blowing lights in the tailgate, but it would just randomly decide to burn out, replace one it would blow another. No other major issues. The 2019 leather on the steering wheel feels smooth and buttery like they always have. The suspension feels great, still solid and tight. Brakes are strong and grippy, pedal feel is nice and firm. So far I'm super satisfied with this Jeep, I got the perfect combination of all the features I wanted, Memory Seats, Sunroof, power trunk, heated-seats and wheel. Not sure if I'd be willing to sell this one and get a newer model, but, I'd possibly get another WK2.

Car Dome Auto SalesReviews
Car Dome Auto Sales review
I had such an amazing car buying experience thanks to Drew. He truly went above and beyond. After the first hour of inquiring about my vehicle, he was giving me a phone call. I live in Washington, and was hesitant to buy a vehicle from another state; since I couldn’t take a look at the vehicle or test drive it. He sent such well, detailed videos of him driving the vehicle, as well as interior and exterior videos. He was running numbers for me after work hours and did all the leg work. Drew was nothing but honest, and worked just as hard as me to make my deal work. I was unsure for a few days if I could make it all work out, and he was patient the entire time. He took it day by day along side me. He didn’t pressure nor drop me, not once, even after it took me 2 weeks to seal the deal. I plan to continue my business with CarDome in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family, and honestly anybody who needs a car!

Snethkamp Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-RAM review
After not finding the new 2017 Jeep I was seeking at my local go to dealership I broadened my search distance. After looking at Jeeps at 7 dealerships far from home and being discouraged for various reasons regarding these visits, I had one more go at it and drove to Snethkamp Jeep far away. Story is: was paired with salesman who actually listened and was interested in our satisfaction to make the deal happen. The visit evolved: examined condition of, test drove, liked Jeep, discussed terms of deal including trade in $, struck agreements for sale. Drove home in new Jeep same day! Snethkamp buying experience helping to smooth all the negatives of a long search. So if you need to be treated with a professional approach and consideration in your purchase try Snethkamp Chrysler Jeep, it was a pleasure for me that day.

Zeigler Honda of Racine review
On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.
