Just purchased the Wrangler JL with the 2.0 turbo engine. Very comfortable car with lots of new safety features. We got the one touch slide roof. It feels like we have a convertible but we can close it in 10 seconds which is a great feature in FL with our famous pop up showers and thunderstorms.

I purchased a vehicle from out of state from Richard Session. He and 'Big John' (sales manager) were persistent enough to make it possible but not pushy enough to be off-putting. They offered plane tickets as incentive and a ride from the airport. They used text messaging which is easier and more accessible in my opinion, and answered into the evening to meet my needs. I felt Brandon in the finance department worked tirelessly and genuinely to offer the best financing, however, do not leave messages as he will not call back. When I left, I noticed a ding in the windshield and, although it took awhile to hear back, they went above and beyond to offer a monetary solution, even though the vehicle was sold 'as is'.

Absolutely LOVE my 392 20th Yr edition!! She’s a stingray grey beast, that is just as powerful and fun to drive as my Ftype Jaguar! The detail and design is comfortable and I am addicted to the powerful exhaust rumble on her! Puts any previous year Wrangler in a different class- my opinion, after having other Rubicon’s. Well worth taking the leap and spending the +$100k on her! No regrets!

I am new to Wrangler and have not had it long enough to speak to the overall reliability. However, it has been every bit of what I had expected. I am glad I got the JL as it has many preferred features over the JK. I am keeping mine stock but a buyer can do anything they like to modify their Jeep. It is a true do what you like vehicle, very versatile. Enjoy.

This is my 3rd Jeep and everyday driver. My husband bought her for me because he knew I wanted another Wrangler again. We live in Colorado, and go off-roading in the mountains; she amazes me every time! She handles in-town and highway driving great, too. I have customized her (bulbar, angry eyes grille, lift kit, etc..), which is all part of the fun!

Great around town as the short steering radius allows very easy parking and the short length for negotiating traffic. Not so great on fuel economy as it has the 4.0 inline 6 engine.

Have driven my 2002 Jeep Wrangler for 9 years. Love it! Only reason I'm considering changing vehicles is that my dog cannot get into the back any longer and I have a hard time with the emergency brake. I'm 70 years old and not so strong as I was... Before this I drove an older Jeep and loved it too! I paid $7000 for it and might get that IF I sell it.

Our salesperson, Tony, was very professional, no sales pressure. The finance guy who completed our paperwork was also very professional- again, no sales pressure to buy "add ons". We had done all our due diligence and knew what we wanted. They treated us with respect.

i have a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a 6 speed ..at 18 000 miles they had to drop the tranny ..now at 49 000 they will need to do it again and its pissing me off. Plastic parts in a tranny is stupid . And a reverse gear too pointy and too thin ..Seriously ? You know its an issue and still no recall?

There's nothing like a 2 door Jeep Wrangler when it comes to climbing rocks, crawling through mud, and making those tight turns. My other jeep was a soft top which can be noisy on the highway, but this hard top is quiet. I also love that roll cage/soundbar. I can still take the roof and doors off, put it in 4WD and have a blast.

Got a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited in Blue and love it! Came with soft top but got hard top also for winter. I feel comfortable driving with no blind spots. And it drives great! Would recommend!

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

I love my Jeep Wrangler Freedom Edition 2door. Paint and interior looks like brand new as a 6 year old Jeep. Loaded very well including 3.73 gear ratio leather and navigation automatic hardtop granite crystal everything matching. hand washed from day 1.

I had a wonderful experience at Classic BMW and wish that I could continue to use them as my service center! My service provided was Cody Garcia who earned 5 stars for sure! I had driven out to visit my parents in Allen, TX from Atlanta, GA. When I arrived, my Emergency Call System Malfunction light came on the dash of my 2019 X3. All of my internet based systems, GPS, ConnectedDrive, voice recognition, etc. stopped working. I did some research on the BMW forums and found it was most likely a result of the shark fin leaking, which shorts out the TCU. I heard it was an extensive job, involving the removal of the headliner and ordering parts could create delays in the repair. I let Cody know all of this when I dropped it off on Monday morning and advised I would need it back by Friday to drive home. While I was eager to have my systems back online before headed back to ATL, I knew I may have to wait. Cody kept me informed each day and eventually let me know they would be able to repair within the time frame!! They even went the extra step of replacing the headliner, which had damage from a previous repair to fix my LED lights that went out a while back... I couldn't believe they noted the damage was left by my home service center! I felt nervous that there may be rattles after the repair, but I have absolutely none... in fact, I think I had one before taking it in to Classic that is now gone! After the repairs, they did a service inspection and returned my car with an excellent wash! All the while, was happy with my M240i Convertible loaner... a fun little car to have for the week's vacation with my family! I am so thankful they were able to get everything repaired quickly and they treated me so nicely for visitor from out of state! Highly recommend!!!

Bought a ‘23 Wrangler 4 cylinder with High Altitude package, upsized my tires to 275/70-17. Rides great, and getting 23 mpg Highway. Very happy with my purchase.

Purchased our new car at Auto Merchants, it was my first car buying experience at a non-traditional car dealership. I was pleasantly surprised with their inventory, salesman and mgmt. Hats off to Omar our salesman, he treated us with respect, was very patient as we asked hundreds of questions. Since we were not familiar with the new car, he explained all the options and features. I highly recommend anyone to give them a try before going to the other dealers in town.

Bought my used 2 door at about a year old, with 17,000 miles. Had a couple issues initially: passenger seat got stuck, and airbag light was on. But once I had those fixed, the car has been completely reliable. And I found out that the 2 problems were related. So really it was only 1 problem. The stuck seat has impacted the air bag sensor or something. Loads of fun driving this thing through the snow. 1 foot, 2 feet. Fluffy, or packed by the snow plow. It didn’t matter. Shift it into 4wd and point it where you want it to go. It just went over all of it, and without any drama. Nice and slow. No need for momentum. It just went right through the snow . Can’t wait to take it off road with some friends. As for everyday driving, I love it. You just have to know what you’re getting into. It’s not designed to be a comfortable or sporty car. It’s loud, rather uncomfortable on the bumps, the 2 liter engine sounds like a dish washer, etc. But, those are also all the quirks I love about it. It’s not pretending to be something it’s not. I would’ve gotten the manual roll down windows if I had the choice. It’s just the opposite of my other car, a Macan turbo. It’s just a good old fashioned, honest vehicle. The engine and transmission combo make for a pretty quick team. I’d say 0-60 in about 6 seconds. That’s pretty xxxx quick for a 4000 pound truck designed to go off road. Rarely do I push it that fast of course. I like to drive nice and slow in this car. This is my car to go slow and smell all the roses. I love it. I’m averaging just under 20 mpg driving mostly in NYC. Not bad. Best mpg I’ve had from all my suvs. The hardtop only takes 10 minutes to take off. But it’s still a pain in the xxx. It’s definitely a 2 person job. And then there the issue of where to store this big thing. It’s not like NYC houses have big garages. We’ll see how often I take it off once the summer comes around.

Just purchased my Jeep in late March 2023. Rides good, looks good and handles good. Mine is stock. Looking to get some new wheels and tires.
