I have owned our Jeep from Day 1! Only had 1 issue the Jeep, had to replace the cross arm! Utter than that, change the oil, keep up with the maintenance, replacing wore out parts, as need. Our Little Green Jeep has been our work horse. We drive it every day, for shopping needs & what nots, because it is easier to park, zip thru traffic & we don`t worry about wee little door dings from the idiot parked next to me!!!! Our Jeep has over 135,000 miles on Her. Her mileage per/gallon has gone down from ah constant 18mpg to ah 13 to 15mpg as the miles started piling On! Absolutely No Regrets in buying our little Green Jeep...

i have a 2017 wrangler unlimited sport with a 6 speed ..at 18 000 miles they had to drop the tranny ..now at 49 000 they will need to do it again and its pissing me off. Plastic parts in a tranny is stupid . And a reverse gear too pointy and too thin ..Seriously ? You know its an issue and still no recall?

Been a jeep guy for 35years. 2 Cherokees always wanted a wrangler bought a 02 sahara in good condition 193000. It's a 4.0 5spd enough said. No leaks body in great shape,paid 8200.00. After rebuilding the frame that broke due to knuckle head engineers who put drain holes on the side of the frame instead of on the bottom the frame rusted out. 5000 both sides & front anyway after all that I upgraded almost everything on my beloved jeep , new power strip bosch platinum plugs kn filters bilstein 5100 shocks magnaflow exhaust system revolver style rims good year wrangler tires front grill protector tail light guards plus a power chip so from my point of view I have a classic tj better than new these classic TJ s are fun to drive my jeep goes topless 6 mos a year. My advice is to inspect the frame!!!. I didn't know to look, but it all worked out I wouldn't trade my jeep for a Lamborghini, there's only one, to top it off I added a US Navy Anchor ⚓ tire cover to show my pride of my service to my country as both of my sons have and are serving I'll keep this jeep until it's over the engine will outlast me!!! Jeep should've kept the 4.0 5spd the 3.6 is a great engine too

I love my jeep Sahara I put a 2in lift in it and 20 in rims with 35 in wide tires , I took it on a 5000 mile road trip it did great on the highway and over the mountains of Colorado I hit a lot of snow and rain on the trip to the west coast and back to Oklahoma I loved the drive it does not drive like a sport car but better then my work truck does , for the whole trip I avg 20 miles to the gal even with the over size tires on it and the off road is just what you think a jeep would be , if you want a good on and off road then I say this is a good jeep for you

I went to my local Dodge dealer near Santa Monica, and apparently they were too busy to help. Talking to them, they didn’t seem capable of doing anything other than changing the oil on cars, or selling them way over MSRP. I have been putting off getting my car serviced for a while as I had been dreading the car dealer service ‘experience.’ I need not have worried. I was met at the Ellis service entrance at the time of my appointment by Jerry the manager. It was a great welcome and he was super helpful and positive. He made had sure I knew exactly where to go. I then proceeded to the service desk where I was met by Eder. We d discussed a few things that my car needed and did the paperwork. The service really was amazing and really fast. A few hours later Eder called me and went through the specific list of things that needed doing. He managed to get most of it covered by the warranty, and gave me the choice of what was and what was not essential of the remaining items. He gave me a fair set of options and prices. It was also great to find out that Eder is really knowledgeable, it like I was speaking directly to the mechanic. Throughout the process, the communication by text and phone was really fast and impressive. I seriously wish my local dealer was as good as the guys at Ellis. Fortunately, I am happy to travel to the other side of town to have these guys look after my car. The level of service and the quality of work was exceptional. Incredible vehicle. Especially if you put a manufacturer 3 inch lift on it and aftermarket wheels and tires and running boards. A total beast if you can’t afford the Renegade or if you are too upside down on your trade. If you don’t know the Jeep go get one. It’s life-changing.
