Our experience with Chapman Ford of Horsham was our second time dealing with a Chapman Auto Group Dealership. Both experiences were fantastic! We placed our order with Ashlie for a 2024 Ford F150. She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. He took extra care to keep the buying process safe during the covid pandemic. It takes a lot to impress me, and Jeremy did just that. There are 10 Toyota dealers closer to my home than Team Toyota of Glen Mills. They made it worth the trip.

2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This Jeep was meant for me. The Jeep that I had been riding around with is a 2008, so any Jeep would have been an upgrade:) However, the design, the interior, and of course the after market lift, and tires, make me feel proud of what I drive. I was even able to create a personalized plate through them. I welcome "Blad Betty" into the family with open arms.

Our relationship with Piazza Hyundai began when we purchased our 2012 Santa Fe from Tiffany Selfrit. The entire process was low-pressure, and Tiffany was very knowledgable and asked just the right questions to ensure that we got the vehicle that was right for us. Since then, Piazza's excellent service department has converted me from a "car dealership sceptic" to a devoted client. I have always been treated courteously, professionally, and fairly when bringing my car in for service -- as if I were a valued customer. My husband and I recently had the opportunity to experience Piazza's dedication to their clients on a whole other level when we broke down in Maryland on a 3 day road trip. Our car was towed to another Hyundai dealership in Salisbury, where we had to leave it for diagnostics. We were assured that they would call us the next day to give us an update. We rented a car and continued our trip. Unfortunately, the Salisbury dealership did not call the next day (or since -- and that was 10 days ago!), despite our numerous phone calls to them. On the second day I called Rick Stubblebine, my service manager at Piazza. He immediately expressed concern and relieved much of our anxiety about the situation by offering to contact the Salisbury dealership personally to see what he could do for us. His assurance that "you aren't in this alone" was incredibly reassuring, and demonstrated to us his extraordinary commitment to his clients. Since then, Rick has continued to advocate for us, and has taken it upon himself to check in regularly with us and the other dealership. Although the problem has not yet been resolved, Rick's kindness and dedication has certainly made us #1 fans and future customers of Piazza Hyundai!

2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited review
This is the best Jeep Wrangler model ever made. The past YJ, TJ, JK models are great, but this Jeep JL 2018 Wrangler Sahara Automatic V6 is the best one yet. The comfort and modern amenities are top of the line. The 8” infotainment head unit and Alpine sound system is out of this world. The interior fits my family of four and has enough cargo space for a stroller, scooter, Onewheel XR and beach chairs. The exterior needs no introduction with its iconic round headlights and seven slot grill. Followed by a three piece removable top, which I managed to take off and put back on by myself. FYI, don’t try doing this by yourself. My final favorite thing about my Jeep JL is the ability to customize the Jeep with all of the amazing aftermarket parts and pieces. This allows you to take the best looking car on the road and make it your own.
