Dealership: my husband and I have been to several dealerships in the last few years. This was by far the best experience we have had. They don???t pressure you to buy anything and their inventory has just about anything and everything. Even better is that the price of their vehicles actually are in line with what jelly blue book values them meaning you aren???t being upcharged like most dealerships. Plus snacks and drinks were offered every time we came in. Our salesman was Justin and was hands down the best salesman we ever dealt with. There was never pressure on us to purchase and we could look at and drive anything we were interested in. Any information we needed was supplied and everything was just an overall please thank experience. So much so that we already know that if we are in the market for another car in the future we will reach out again to buy from Justin.
I called about a Toyota Highlander on the website. Spoke with Keith to make sure it was still there. When I got there, he showed it to me, gave me the Carfax on it. He ask me about taking it for a test drive. Put a plate on it and said to keep it for the day. I fully checked it out. He wasn't pushy. The car was in great shape inside and out. They have a great staff and have a great lot of cars to look at. I'm extremely thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend them.
This was a low stress purchase with friendly staff. They delivered what they committed to without pressure, which is all I generally want in a buying experience. I worked directly with the sales manager Donnie before ever visiting the dealership and he was a pleasure to work with.
New to the area after going to many dealers this was the place that helped me the most. They gave me the most in trade in value and helped me get into a better vehicle. Check engine light kept coming on. Took it in and it required a replacement of one of the cylinder heads. I knew it would be in the shop for awhile. Dealership put me in a loaner for two weeks so I was in no hurry to get my Rubicon back. I was happy when I did get it back though, and It ran better than before. Good job to the service department. All the work was covered by the warranty. Very pleased.
Wonderful service. The salesman and manager could not have been nicer. We arrived late in the day and were still able to wrap up the sale in less than an hour. Great prices and wonderful service. Highly recommended.
When we pulled up at lot, we were helped. The salesman got some info from us. He called us later when he said he would. The experience at the dealership was excellent. Everyone we spoke with were very professional! Would def recommend friends to go here!!
From the time I drove on the lot Josh (salesman), Rita (Finance Mgr.) and Tony (owner), I felt like part of the family of Autoplex. The vehicle I found fits my needs with only minor adjustments on my part from my previous vehicle of 15+ years. A great first and now lasting impression of the family at Autoplex. There were so many common threads in our lives that we found after lengthy conversations. I also checked with different businesses around town who new Tony and heard nothing but positive comments. Naturally not everyone will have the positive experience I had however, most probably will. Like everything else in life, it will depend on the individual. I would highly recommend Autoplex as a first or even a last stop as I did if your looking for a used vehicle.
